Ευρύχωρο, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, ήσυχο.

Πολυ καθαρό και περιποιημένο κατάλυμα. Σίτες, άνετα κρεβάτια και κλιματιστικά αθόρυβα. Δίπλα στο κέντρο.

Ένα πραγματικά σύγχρονο διαμέρισμα δίπλα στο κέντρο της πόλης! Προσεγμένο στην κάθε του λεπτομέρεια! Εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα! Οι ιδιοκτήτες έβαλαν μεράκι και εκλεπτυσμένο γούστο ! Οι φωτογραφίες του ανταποκρινονται απόλυτα στην πραγματικότητα ! Ευκολο πάρκινγκ! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία!

Tutto. La posizione tranquilla ma vicino al porto e alle stradine tipiche di Preveza. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi parlano benissimo italiano. La casa era confortevole non mancava nulla e aveva una macchinetta che faceva un espresso buonissimo.

It was a wonderful stay! The apartment was only a 5-minute walk from the Preveza Marina, making the location very convenient. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The space was comfortable and a good size. The only small challenge was climbing up to the loft. The hosts were very kind, friendly, and always helpful. Overall, it was an excellent choice for both its location and cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again!

Cleanliness, parking when it’s available & location. 5 minute walk to the harbour town, cafes & retail stores.

Property was only suitable for 2 adults & not 4. Access to the loft bedroom by stairs was not correctly described. Children & elderly people could not access the loft bedroom by the stairs as they were dangerously steep & almost impossible to get cases up. If you sat up in bed in the loft bedroom your head hit the ceiling. There was no window or ventilation in the loft bedroom apart from a skylight. The hot water was scolding & needs a temperature regulator.

Καθαρό, πλήρες εξοπλισμένο άνετο και λειτουργικό! Δίπλα στο κέντρο της Πρέβεζας δεν χρειάζεσαι αυτοκίνητο. Η κυρία Ράνια ήταν υπέροχη εξυπηρετική όπως θα έπρεπε να είναι κάθε επαγγελματίας στον χώρο του τουρισμού! Ευχαριστούμε για την όμορφη διαμονή μας!

The apartment was spacious and clean. it had everything you need. it was located in a quiet area very close to the center. Rania was available and suggested where we could eat and where we could go to the beach. I would come here again

Το διαμέρισμα της Ράνιας ήταν πεντακάθαρο, σε τέλεια τοποθεσία χωρίς πρόβλημα στο πάρκινγκ, δίπλα στο κέντρο αλλά χωρίς φασαρία το βράδυ, με μια κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη που για οικογένεια ειδικά είναι πολύ χρήσιμη, με μεγάλο υπέροχο κρεβάτι και έναν καναπέ που ανοίγει και φιλοξενεί άνετα πχ δύο παιδιά. Ένας χώρος ιδανικός και άκρως προσεγμένος για να περάσεις τον χρόνο σου στην λατρεμένη Πρέβεζα! Δέκα με τόνο! Θα ξανάρθουμε!

Πολύ καθαρό το σπίτι εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα η Ράνια και πολύ βολική η περιοχή με εύκολο παρκάρισμα

This spacious apartment had everything we could have asked for and was within easy walking distance of the historic heart of the city and the beautiful waterfront. It was impeccably clean, and collecting the keys was very convenient. The host was responsive and very happy to assist with anything we needed. I highly recommend this property and would happily return to stay there again in the future. We parked on the street, and it was not challenging to find a nearby spot.

Perfect

Close to the center and the marina, brand new, clean and comfortable. Perfect position for sight seeing, but also good for trips to varous beaches and Lefkada. Also close to the airport. The host was very kind. We could use the garage, which is a big plus because we used the car a lot. It had everything we could expect including espresso machine and ground coffee for it. Beautiful balcony. We could also use a shared washing machine and iron. There are stores near by. We would definitely come back. Great value for the money we paid.

They were rebuilding the street, so the access was a little bit challenging, it required more careful movement, as any other building site, but still manageable. Some minor details in the apartment, like the door of the shower cabin, handles on the wardrobe, but that is not a big deal. The neighborhood seems a bit old and unmaintained.

Very nice and clean place at a great location!

The host was very friendly and helpfull. She organised also our taxi to the airport. We liked the tastefull and colourfull interior. There is a lot of facilities, we enjoyed the excellent espresso machine. The appartment is new and close to the boulevard.

Amazing communication from Rania, and detailed instructions for check in. Apartment was as described and perfectly suited our needs for our stay in Preveza - great location for walking to the marina. Very clean and well kept apartment and building.

Unfortunately the car park was unavailable due to roadworks that lasted the whole of our stay - we were woken by drilling and banging each morning. Not anyone's fault but it was a shame that it affected our trip.

Super clean, comfortable modern apartment in a very quiet location which we really appreciated. The view is over an old street towards the ruins of a barracks but these are partially hidden by greenery and olive trees so although not a classic holiday view it was peaceful and characterful.

Everything perfect!

The host - Rania was super friendly and available to contact us. The apartment was very clean and very tidy (all of its facilities were brand new). Our kids (we were a family of four) really enjoyed the fact that they had their own room in the attic which was also equiped with toilets and a shower. The location is five minutes from a supermarkt and five minuts (to the other direction) from Preveza's old town which has a nice port and lovely resttaurants.

Super nice hostess, very quick to respond to our requests, and very accommodating. Unit was clean, comfortable, good A/C, good amenities. Central location, mere minutes from walking to historic center of city. Plenty of parking space! Quiet and safe neighborhood. Street in front is closed off to through traffic, so there’s no traffic noise, considering it’s central location! Residents can drive in, of course.

View is towards an old abandoned military barracks; not really an issue for us, since we prefer to walk out rather than stay in during our vacation.

Everything! You can find everything you need! The owner is really nice and helping out with a lot! There was also coffee and tea! We will come back, for sure!

There were really rude guys who were partying, but the owner tried to keep them quiet. She was getting back to us immediately and was nice!

The apartment was comfortable, warm, clean and well located near the centre of Preveza and the harbour.

Modern, clean, spacious and well equipped apartment with nice balcony and parking (which we did not need). Quick and clear responses to communication for arrival/departure etc.

Minor points regarding the showers. The upstairs one could do with a shower head support/bracket and the downstairs shower was slow to drain.

It was central to everything. Lovely and clean, and modern. Excellent value for money. The host was very helpful.

This Apartment is located 5 mins walk from old town with all its restaurants and the beautiful Marina. The local beach is 15 minutes walk from the Apartment.

The only thing that lets the Apartments down is the outlook from the balcony. Your looking directly across at an old arm barracks, but apart from that this area is a real taste of Greece.

I liked the modern touches and the cleaningness as well as the lighting ojtside which was important for the whole neiborhood to find it.

Everything was excellent. No problems with anything and it was very clean and nice location. The kitchen was not so well equipped so not so good to use if you want to cook but no problems for us. Very nice staff and left us a baby bed and food chair which was a big help with our toddler. Strongly recommend!
