Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The location of the apartment is good. In walking distance to the main square and to many restaurants. It has a little garden where you can watch colibris. There are also a few cats that live on the property. Remember, that there is no breakfast available. But there is a little kitchen where you can prepare your own.
Even though the location is good, it can get very noisy as there is a larger street passing just by the apartments. Depending on the room, people also walk past your room to reach their room.

Beetje gehorig. De auto's en hanen maakten ons vroeg wakker. Maar ik denk dat dit overal in Salento wel is.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026The location is great, just outside of town but close enough to walk to. The views from the balcony on the first floor are nice. Furthermore the employees at the reception are very friendly and helpfull with any questions you have.
There isn’t AC but I think that’s normal for Salento. You do get a fan and even two if one isn’t enough. Next to that the temperature in Salento isn’t that hot so a dan will just do.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Super easy to collect the keys, the girls at front desk were super kind and helped us with that.Also, the owner of the property helped us with the luggage. What we appreciated most was how they handled any shortcomings. The hotel is only about a 5-minute walk from the main square, and although they don't have on-site parking, they kindly arranged a space for us at a nearby parking lot. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Breakfast wasn't included in our stay, but the apartment had more than enough utensils and equipment to prepare a proper breakfast. They also have an agreement with Beta Town Restaurante, which offers a 10% discount on breakfast if you show your Villa Salento key. Overall, a great experience. The team does an excellent job of making sure guests have everything they need, and those thoughtful touches really made a difference.

Nous avions 2 chambres. Pour l’une le coq commençait à chanter à 4:30 am… sans s’arrêter. Il était impossible de bien dormir car les fenêtres sont en bois et mal isolées. Dans l’autre chambre, elle donnait directement sur la rue où dès 6:00 am il passait des camions, des voitures et une vingtaine de cheval qui galopaient pour se rendre à leur ranch. Pour la tranquillité du matin, c’est 0/10. Dommage car le reste était parfait et la qualité des lits au delà de plusieurs autres hôtels.

Sometimes, the rails of the curtain fell off while we were opening or closing the door. There was also some noise early in the morning throughout our stay. Sometimes it comes from the roosters, or sometimes it comes from outside music.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Simplemente Espectacular, Ubicación demasiado estratégica si uno busca tranquilidad pero cercanía al parque. Si vienes en carro se tiene un convenio con un parqueadero a 2 min caminando, y creo que es un plus. La habitación espectacular, cama Comodisima, cocina sencilla y bien equipada, un balcón con una vista espectacular y todo bastante amplio, baño amplio y cómodo. Las instalaciones del lugar son muy bonitas y todo es muy aseado. La atención de Alejandra fue muy buena, desde el principio estuvo atenta a nuestra llegada y presta a darnos recomendaciones del pueblo.
Estuvimos tres noches y no ha queja de nada, nos fue muy bien con todo lo relacionado con el hotel

Beliggenheden ligger lidt “ude for byen”.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026Nous avons aimé son emplacement, légèrement excentre mais proche à pied du centre ville. Le SPA était top avec un rapport qualité prix excellent.
La grande fenêtre de la cuisine était sans rideau et donnait directement dans la chambre, ce qui fait que la chambre n’était pas suffisamment noire. Et surtout le bruit. Les fenêtres ne sont pas isolées et on a l’impression d’être dans la rue, avec les coqs, les chiens et les véhicules qui passent juste sous le balcon. Il faut avoir un bon sommeil pour se reposer.

Breakfast would have been nice, or a filter coffee machine as instant coffee in this area is not the best idea. But you can buy amazing coffee a few minutes away so not a big issue

Reviewed Mar 7, 2026Das Studio ist top eingerichtet, viel Platz, gute Küchenausstattung, bequemes Bett! Tolles Badezimmer mit warmem Wasser! Die Lage hat mir sehr gefallen, alles zu Fuss erreichbar- der freundliche Service der Mitarbeitenden! Die Hotel-Katzen, die mich begrüssten. Und die Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang! Ich würde ohne zu zögern wieder buchen und länger bleiben.

The location is 10 mins walk to the centre, the water was hot, the place is clean and very comfortable and spacious, and has the best view considering it is closer to centre The tours they offered were a lot and great selection as well. We took the coffee tour.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Beautifully appointed room with a kitchenette. Just an 8 minute walk away from the main part of town allowing for a very quiet and peaceful stay. I could have stayed longer and I certainly will the next time I visit.
There is nothing that I didn't like. This place was superb.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026The location is Great but you have to keep in mind some rancheras will be the music you go to bed to. Busy area around the place but no an issue if you can manage the noise.
The place is supper comfortable and the noise from outside is blocked by their double glassing windows so that was great. The rooftop is also amazing so please go and use it.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026La casa es muy linda, cuidan a gatitos, además es muy cómoda, amplia, limpia, tiene muchos jardines lindos.. al no quedar tan en el centro es muy tranquila y se descansa muy bien
La.posicion del tv es rara.. porque queda de.lado, se.siente.un poco de humedad en la.alcoba, la atencion en recepción no esta mal, pero podría ser.un poco mas atentos, ya que dejamos las maletas.y al volver a hacer el check in nos tocó esperar porque no habia nadie es recepción. Pero en general es una muy buena experiencia.. volvería

Il caffè in dotazione in cucina è quello solubile (eresia per la zona!!) odore in camera probabilmente del trattamento del legno o anti zanzare Suggerirei di utilizzare dei dispenser per i saponi del bagno anziché i campioncini in plastica

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Personal muy amable. Hotel situado en una zona con buenas vistas al atardecer. Zonas comunes muy cuidadas y bonitas. A 5 minutos caminando al centro. Habitación muy grande, limpia y equipada con un buen secador. Cuentan con servicio de lavandería. Aparcamiento gratuito en la calle de al lado.

Uns wurde ein anderes Apartment zugewiesen, als gebucht. Erst nach massivem Auftreten, konnten wir ins gebuchte Apartment. Also Bilder und Beschreibung besser griffbereit dabei und hartnäckig bleiben.
