Reviewed Apr 3, 2026Beautiful and well equipped apartment with breathtaking views of the beagle channel and the surrounding mountains. The Center is just a few minutes walk away. The bed was very comfortable, the water pressure great and the whole apartment very spacious. Extraordinary friendly and helpful staff and we had an overall wonderful stay here.
The WiFi wasn’t always as stable but worked fine for most of the time. We would have loved a sofa in the apartment for cozy evenings but that’s just a personal preference!

From 7am-10pm there was a persistent banging noise like someone was jumping on the floor above us. We figured out it was the gym next door to the building. Despite how much we liked the room itself, it made the stay unbearable.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026The location and views (at least from Apt. 506) of the harbor and surrounding mountains are fantastic.
To start, the apartment was not cleaned well. The slanted wall under the stairs leading to the loft was filthy. After buying sanitizing wipes at the grocery store next door, I ended up cleaning it myself because it was so gross. The kitchen was tidy but was kind of sticky, and there was freezer burn (and opened bags of ice from past guests) in the freezer. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were fantastic when they worked, but that was rather hit or miss. The sheets and towels we were given were old and stained (although they had obviously been washed) and didn’t smell great. The management also gave us two towels for two adults and would provide new ones only every three days. And to get more toilet paper and new towels required multiple messages with the receptionist, who was very nice and lovely overall. You won’t get any housekeeping services at all if you stay here for just two or three nights. We had to specifically request housekeeping service for our long (13 days) stay. My other comments echo what past reviews have said - the “amenities” provided in the apartment (cutlery, plates, chairs, etc.) were old and inadequate and need to be updated. For instance, there are two camp chairs in Apt. 506, no couch, and four uncomfortable, rickety dining rooms chairs (and table). We complained about this, and the management did bring two other chairs, but they just took them from the lobby. There is some closet space, but nothing to put your suitcases on (other than the bed or dining room table). Since I had the same problems with Polo Sur as past reviewers, it seems obvious that the management doesn’t care and won’t make any updates. This is perhaps ok if you stay here for just a couple of days, as the view and the location make up for a lot. But for a longer stay like ours, I recommend you go elsewhere.

Eine Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden zu finden war kein Problem. Ein großer Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Hafen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

No había personal de limpieza. Fuimos 10 días y tuvimos que contratar a una persona para hacer la limpieza. Si bien la fotos que se muestran aparece una heladera de pie, nos tocó una heladera más parecida a un frigobar y con el congelador abarrotado de hielo

Gorgeous apartment, clean and modern. Beautiful view of the mountains and harbour. Lovely hot power shower. Great little Kitchen although didn’t use. Would def stay again.
