Reviewed Aug 31, 2026מיקום מצויין. מרחק הליכה מחוף בר כוכבא. מרחק הליכה מהמרינה. יש קיוסק ומאפייה קרובים. דירה קטנה אבל יש בה כל מה שצריך. אלנה הייתה נעימה ועזרה בכל מה שהיינו צריכים.
הבניין ישן ומלוכלך ולא כל כך נעים להיכנס ולצאת ממנו. בדירה המרפסת קטנטונת וגם לא נעים כל כך לשבת בה.

אין חניה כמובטח ועל כך חטפנו שני דוחות,הבריכה אינה מותרת לאורחי הדירה אך ורק לדיירי הבניין,הבניין עצמו אינו מטופח

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026The pros are: The building is in an excellent location being walking distance to the beach, the Marina, restaurants, The actual apartment is clean with a good double bed,. Wifim TV and excellent air-conditioning. The aprtment is on the 1st floor The cons are that the building in which the apartment is situate is decrepit, dirty, rundown with al lift that works only occasionally. Once you get past the crappy building, the pros heavily outweigh the cons

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026Friendly hostess, nice apartment with a fridge and a microwave, really close to the sea. There's air conditioning and a TV in both rooms and the bedroom is a safe room (ממ"ד). Bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and there's even a small balcony. There's also 2 minimarkets that are open 24/7 within a short distance.
The building is rather rundown but don't be deterred because the apartment is very well kept. There are a couple of stairs so you should take that into consideration if you have accessibility issues, but other than that it's not a big deal.

Bedroom's window facing entrance's hall which is quite untidy. It's not the host's guilt. The frigidaire is noisy.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2025מול החוף ממש, כמו שחנינו לא היינו צריכים את האוטו - הכל מרחק שני צעדים. נוח מאוד עם ילדים. היענות הבעלים לכל טלפון. המקום נקי ומאובזר, כולל מטבח עם כל מה שצריך. בקיצור - חופשה חלומית.
לא הצלחנו להתחבר לטלויזיה ולווי פיי, אבל גם לא ממש היינו צריכים, אחרת היינו מטפלים בזה בקלות. מבחוץ הבית מרופט, אבל מבפנים נקי ונעים.

The neighborhood is quite neglected, lobby as well. The bldg is old so the surroundings isn't something to look forward to aside from beach proximity. We came for the Triathlon competition so it was convenient. Maintanance and furniture in general can be newer...

I didn’t like that the blanket and the pillows smells bad, especially for my kids that were sleeping in the living room. It looks like the sheets and the blanket was not washed for a while. and even my daughter, which is four-year-old told me mommy the blanket smells very bad.

The structure of the building needs care (noticed evidence of ceiling leaks). There was a persistent smell of cleaning solution that was not pleasant. Finally, it was COLD. The main room of the apartment had a ceiling heating/cooling unit that only warmed a small section of it. No heating unit in the mamad/bedroom which made for difficult sleeping.

The apartment was switched in the last moment, so technically this review is of the alternative unit. Everything from the complicated way to enter the property to the sorry state of the building to the unpleasant unit itself summed into a bad experience. The building was dirty and corridors smelled of garbage. The unit had minimal amenities and was filthy. Communications with this unit's owner were bizarre (one could barely get a full answer) to say the least.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2022The kitchen had everything we needed (but there should be instructions on how to use the hob) the kitchen and living room area was really nice and spacious. The location was amazing and the highlight!
The bed mattress was very uncomfortable and we had to sleep on the sofa bed for both nights. If the mattress was changed, the place would be fantastic
