Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Dovolená zde byla úžasná. Byli jsme 4 dosp. osoby a 1 dítě. Apartmán byl prostorný, dobře vybavený, čistý. Byli jsme na 15 dní, po týdnu nám vyměnili ložní prádlo a ručníky v koupelně. Velice milá majitelka, která mi poradila spoustu informací již před příjezdem přes WA. Pomohla mi i zařídit odvoz z letiště do ubytování a zpět. V místě pobytu se o nás starala paní Luz, která byla velice milá a když jsme něco potřebovali, vždy pomohla. Na ubytování byla každý den. Líbila se nám velká terasa, kde jsme trávili každý večer. Veřejná pláž je cca. 250 m od ubytování, je velice pěkná a příjemná. Půjčeným autem jsme navštívili i jiné pláže, ale ta naše se nám líbila nejvíce. Celkově byla dovolená úžasná, moc jsme si jí užili. Děkujeme.
Slabé připojení na WIFI, ale koupili jsme si data, takže jsme to vyřešili.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the most beautiful beach I've ever seen. I highly recommend this place!

It smelled like mothballs. This is a hazardous material. Harmful when inhaled. This isn’t for indoor use. I’m on the trip for wellness after cancer therapy. I don’t need to be inhaling hazardous substances. Terrible.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026After leaving another area of the Dominican Republic due to sargassum covering both the sea and the beach, we accidentally discovered this wonderful villa, and it turned out to be the best choice. The villa is located near a stunning Caribbean beach with white sand and crystal-clear water. Mrs. Luz was very kind and helpful, and the cleanliness was truly excellent. We also loved Dominicus: a quiet little town with great restaurants and small shops. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for relaxation and a truly spectacular sea.

En primer lugar, en la publicación se indicaba que el aire acondicionado estaba incluido. Sin embargo, después de realizar la reserva, el alojamiento nos contactó por Booking para informarnos que el uso del aire acondicionado tenía un costo adicional, lo que no coincidía con la información publicada. Debido a esta situación, realicé un reclamo a través de Booking, quienes también se contactaron con el alojamiento para aclarar el tema. No obstante, nunca recibí una respuesta. Al llegar al alojamiento, me comuniqué por teléfono con la dueña y le expliqué lo ocurrido, incluyendo que ya había presentado un reclamo a través de Booking porque el cobro adicional por el aire acondicionado no figuraba en la reserva. Tras esa conversación, y considerando que le comentamos que estábamos celebrando nuestro aniversario, decidió permitirnos utilizar el aire acondicionado sin costo de manera excepcional. Además, aunque mantuvimos contacto constante con la dueña, ante una situación que se nos presentó, su esposo nos atendió por teléfono de manera poco respetuosa, con una actitud prepotente y agresiva, sin ofrecernos una solución. Por último, algunos enchufes del alojamiento no funcionaban.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Si bien un poco pequeña era cómoda. Yo nunca cociné pero contaba con los elementos necesarios si hubiera querido hacerlo. La atención de la Sra Luz excelente. Siempre predispuesta a solucionar todo. La ubicación impecable,súper cerca de Playa Dominicus.
No me gustó que me cobraron más de lo que decía el precio en booking en dólares ya que el dueño vive en Italia y quiso cobrarlo en euros. El dijo que era un tema de mi banco ,pero nunca me había ocurrido eso con booking.

Place was old and surcharge for a/c of $15 per night. There was no wifi. There are plenty of cheaper newer and more modern options within a block or 2. In order to get our money back we had to wait two hours in the heat w no wifi and with kids for the lady to show up. Even then she was saying she didn’t have the money and wanted to fix the wifi. She wouldn’t even answer my call. My husband had to call her from another outside number.

Richiesta del pagamento in contanti, perché il sistema non funzionava, questa è la scusa usata e se fossimo rimasti più giorni avremmo dovuto pagare in contanti. Pagamento di tasse, nonostante il pagamento in contanti del 19% Se volessimo usare l’aria condizionata, dovevamo pagare 10 $ Ventilatore rumorosissimo era impossibile dormire Per fortuna, abbiamo prenotato solo una notte per valutare l’hotel e ce ne siamo andati la mattina dopo Messaggio su booking falso a tal punto che siamo quasi convinti che booking è complice!!!

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025La casa está muy bien ubicada, a pocos minutos de la playa, de restaurantes y supermercados. Estuvimos alojados en el apto que esta en en ático izquierdo. Tiene dos habitaciones grandes y cómodas, una de ellas tiene aire acondicionado de pago, pero también tienen ventiladores de techo y uno de pie. Además tiene dos baños, cocina, salón grande con tv y una terraza con muebles donde se puede estar, un asador para hacer barbacoa, tendedero de ropa y un comedor. Las puertas y ventanas tienen mosquitera. Tuvimos de regalo dos botellas pequeñas de agua. La anfitriona es muy amable.
El wifi no iba muy bien. Solo nos dejaron un rollo de papel higiénico en cada baño. Algunos cacharros de la cocina están para cambiar.

It's a little hard to communicate with the owner since she only speaks Italian, but she's willing to help whenever needed regardless of the language barrier.

Very clean apartment and fully equipped with air conditioning, safe, Wi-fi and kitchen overlooking a beautiful garden. The location is perfect: it's just a few steps away from the beach. The place is quiet with shops, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and surrounded by nice people. Absolutely recommended.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2024The position of Villa Preciosa is perfect: close to the beach and to all the services of the area, bars, restaurants, the pedestrian area and souvenir shops. The apartments are fully equipped and comfy, it had a kitchen with all the necessary for preparing meals. The staff is so welcoming and helped me with the transfer from the airport and gave me suggestions on the excursions that could be done from Bayahibe. Excellent price! I will definitely take it into consideration for my next trip and suggest it to my friends. Thanks Silvana for your tips!

Reviewed Nov 26, 2022Mrs Luz was friendly and kind eventhough we had trubles comunicating. She doesnt know English and we did not know much words in Spanish. The apartment was very clean and just a short walk from the beach.
Maybe to put airconditioning in the living room/kitchen, because of the mosquitos and cooking it was very hot there. Mrs Luz could know a few words in english or use google translate for easier checkin.
