Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet und sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal ( Rezeption und Reinigungskraft) war sehr freundlich und engagiert. Wir haben den Wellness-Bereich im Deluxe by Regina mitgenutzt. Das war natürlich für uns noch ein zusätzliches Plus für einen perfekten Urlaub. 😃

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Heel nette en moderne accommodatie. Op 4’ wandelen van gigijoch kabelbaan. Rustig gelegen. Fijn dat je gebruik mag maken van de welness in 2 2 van hun andere accomodaties. Om de dag wissel van handdoeken inbegrepen. Heerlijke infrarood in appartement aanwezig. Alles was prima. Wij komen zeker terug.
Geen. Een extra tip: hangslotje meenemen om je skilocker op slot te doen.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Not our first time in this location, and it stays great as it was. We'll definitely be glad to visit again. A good large apartment to host a family of 4, with all the facilities, and also getting cleaned up. And the fun of having an infrared sauna built in, and the hotel services available, barely 5 min walk from the lift.
Self service laundry isn't anywhere to be found in the region until 1 hour drive. For using the hotel laundry service need to drop the laundry at the hotel, and the prices are, well, hotel prices, per piece, prohibitive for a weekly family clean-up that can easily exceed 200€. A few paid washing machines for the customers would make longer stays easier.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Nicely equipped spacious apartment, walking distance from the Giggijoch cable car and the centre of town, and even closer to the bus stop to go to the Gaislachkogel area. Very good ski storeroom with boot dryers. Access to beautiful spa at one of the other Regina hotels. Very nice Italian restaurant next door!
The check in, as well as luggage room for early arrivals or late departures is at the DeLuxe Regina which is a good 10 minutes walk and more with skis and luggage. This is very inconvenient for guests without a car. The apartment has a dishwasher but no soap or sponge for handwashing if you only have one or two items.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026excellent apartment - worth the money. Clean, tidy and well looked after. 5-7mins walk to the ski lift. Free use of the hotel facilities which is about a 10mins walk from the apartment and well worth it.
Didn't realize we had to walk up to the main hotel - about 10-mins from the apartment to pick up the apartment key - perhaps booking could made this clearer

В апартаментах ооочень холодно. Нам дали двухэтажные апартаменты, хотя при бронировании таких апартаментов нет ни на фото, ни в описании. На просьбу поменять, персонал ответил что всё занято и нам надо было писать заранее что мы такие не хотим(((( Хотя мы про такие не знали. Считаю, что это обман! Мы были с маленькими детьми. Хотели чтобы у них была отдельная спальня. В итоге они были очень далеко от нас, комната находятся не друг под другом. Они нас даже не слышали. И им надо было ночью в темноте бегать на второй этаж в туалет. Очень неудобно! Никогда бы не отдали деньги за такие апартаменты. 3000 евро за 6 дней. Холодно и так неудобно. Уставшие после лыж по лестнице бегать.

We were accommodated in apartment 17, in this part of the accommodation there is only a small place to place skis and ski boots, no skiroom, there is only a small entrance hall and there are no heated ski boot dryers at all, I recommend that the accommodation owner add this equipment.

Check in sollte im Hotel in der Gemeindestrasse sein. Bei unserer geplanten Ankunft mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war diese Rezeption aber nicht besetzt und für den Check in wurden wir an das nächste Hotel in die Dorfstraße 101 verwiesen. Dort eingecheckt mussten wir an das andere Ende von Sölden zum Appartmenthaus laufen. Ca 25 Minuten. Ansonsten alles perfekt.

Nepohodlné sezení ( malá sedačka pro 4 lidi), málo místa k odložení věcí v kuchyni, není kam pověsit ručníky v koupelně, při 4 lidech není kde vysušit vlhké oblečení.

In november is really cold, after 10 pm, and 8 am the heating is off, and for some appartment with a huge giant french window in the evening in winter is freezing cold, but service is good, we had additional duvet.

Das Personal im Regina Hotelsuits könnte abgesehen von der Rezeption freundlicher sein. Der Empfang an der Rezeption hingegen war hervorragend und sehr freundlich.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025This was a fantastic choice- a brand new, two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, apartment with all high end fittings, bathrooms, kitchen, all with wooden floors and decor. Massively pleased and impressed. Oh, and you can lay in bed in the main bedroom and watch the mountain-side. Just note- wait for a message from the owners giving you check-in details as you need to go to the main Regina hotel to check-in.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2025L’appartamento e’ spazioso come le camere e il bagno principale. Molto luminoso e pulito con arredamento essenziale ma moderno. Molto bello. Piacevole il balcone con l’affaccio fuori anche se, essendo al piano terra e in basso nel paese, un po’ vicino alle altre strutture. Cambio asciugamani ogni due giorni. Silenzioso di notte. Vicino al centro del paese e a tutti gli impianti di risalita, cinque minuti a piedi.
Sarebbe stato gradito uno spazio salotto. C’è un divano ma posizionato male rispetto alla televisione e vicino al tavolo di cucina. Anche uno stendino per i panni, per far asciugare costumi e teli d’estate sarebbe stato funzionale.

Große tiefe Badewanne, ein Kamin und sogar 2 infrarot-Wärmestellen für den Rücken an der Wand im großen Badezimmer. Man konnte den Spa-Bereich von einem Hotel, welches zu dieser Kette gehört nutzen, leider war unser Aufenthalt viel zu kurz dafür, aber vielleicht nächstes Mal.
Kissen leider viel zu hoch/dick, alles andere war perfekt.
