Eine wunderschöne und mit viel Liebe gestaltete Unterkunft mit tollen Gastgebern. Man hat sich sofort willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Leider hatte ich nur eine Nacht gebucht. Absolut für längere Aufenthalte zu empfehlen

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, eine reine Oase zum entspannen. Es fühlte sich direkt wie nach Hause kommen an 🤍.

1. It’s super loud on a main road, actually in general Mauritius is just noisy and loud and dirty. It was not clear to us at booking that the room will be loud on website. 2. The infrastructure of the room is quite old, for example water boiler is pretty old. And the room we booked was tiny. 3. The entrance lock not welcoming and felt a bit not safe . we have to lock and open each time. 4. We were told that most guests leave in the morning and back at night to sleep only. But if we as guest just want to read a book and chill . It’s not a good choice. 5. We could not cancel our stay since it’s a non-refundable term. So we had to drop and eat the loss.

все начиналось прекрасно, милое приветствие, забота и уют. на второй день наш холодильник перестал работать, и все дорогие продукты испортились. кондиционер платный, но нельзя его надолго включать, стирка вещей платно, поменять полотенца на чистые через кучу объяснений что их меняют в другие дни. половина из недели вода в душе была холодной, объясняя плохой погодой и солнечными батареями, при этом стояла жара и солнце все эти дни. последней каплей было проснуться с тараканом на собственной подушке. о, поверьте, вы будете не одни жить в этом номере. с вами будут миллиарды муравьев, тараканов, гекконы и летающие твари. все это будет объяснено вам тем, что дом уже старый. ну а захотите попросить помощь с экскурсией, вам обязательно пойдут на встречу, и организуют за 400 евро, вместо 180 евро на официальном сайте. безразличие и бережливость, жадность и экономия, прикрытая под соусом «мы вам очень рады». и это жилье стоило дороже, чем предыдущая квартира в La Gaulette где не было ни одного таракана или муравья, безлимитный кондиционер, стиральная машинка, терраса с видом на Le Morne, любая просьба по звонку. Делайте выводы, дамы и господа Everything started out wonderful: a warm welcome, care, and comfort. On the second day, our refrigerator stopped working, and all the expensive food spoiled. Air conditioning costs extra, but you can't leave it on for long. Laundry costs extra, and towels were changed only after a bunch of explanations that they were changed on different days. For half the week, the shower was cold, blaming the bad weather and solar panels, despite the heat and sun all those days. The last straw was waking up with a cockroach on my pillow. Oh, believe me, you won't be alone in this room. You'll be with billions of ants, cockroaches, geckos, and flying creatures. All this will be explained to you by the fact that the house is already old.

Die beste Unterkunft die wir hatten auf unserer Mauritius Reise (hat uns besser gefallen wie die 5 Sterne Hotels in denen wir waren). Das Penthouse ist absolut zu empfehlen, sehr gute Ausstattung und tolle Aussicht. Mind 1 Woche bleiben! Tolle Gastgeber mit super Tipps. Alles sehr sauber, herzlich und gepflegt.

The property is nestled on a hill overlooking Black River Bay. Our room had a lovely little balcony — the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and watch the sunset. The location is excellent, just a short drive to the beach, supermarket, and several high-quality cafes and restaurants. The apartment’s trendy beach décor instantly put me in a relaxed holiday mood. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, and the beautifully presented towels, decorated with flowers and ferns, reflected the care and pride Fabrice and Pascale take in creating a warm, welcoming environment for their guests. On top of that, the hosts gave us a warm welcome and shared helpful tips on places to visit.

Fabrice and Pascale were wonderful hosts and provided all the resources I needed for an incredible holiday. The property is beautiful and was in the perfect location for all my outdoor adventures.

During my Christmas holiday stay at Bellevue Tamarin, I had an amazing experience. Fabrice, Pascale, and Ali warmly welcomed me from the moment I arrived, making me feel completely at home. They hosted a delightful Christmas dinner for all the guests, and we celebrated New Year’s together on Tamarin Beach, which was unforgettable. The property is both convenient and beautifully maintained, featuring a stunning garden, and it's perfectly situated for exploring the South Island. I'm leaving with cherished memories and can't wait to return. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Amazing place, amazing hosts and great apartment. Fabrice and Pascale are really welcoming and warm. We ended up feeling we made new friends. They gave us great advice on what to do in Mauritius both before and during our stay. Fabrice called us in advance and gave us advice on how to move around in Mauritius, why we ended up renting a car, which made the trip a whole lot better. Upon arrival Fabrice took us on a guided tour in Tamarin to show us where to eat, shop and so on. We ended prolonging our stay even though we had booked another place in advance. We stayed in the penthouse apartment with our 7 month old baby and it worked out really well. They offered us to borrow a baby chair, baby cot and carry backpack for hikes. They have three sweet dogs, and we weren't worried for a second about them. They even came up one morning to say hi but only because we forgot to close the gate to our apartment. When the baby was put to sleep we especially enjoyed the roof terrasse. All in all we would highly recommend to stay with Fabrice and Pascale and we hope to come back one day.

The property was so nice. It had everything needed and the location was good. It is a litte away from the beach but thats perfect because it was quiet. The hosts were super nice and I would definitly go there again. They took me and other guests to a concert of a mauritian singer and it was sucha nice experience.

Kitchen equipment could be newer and better. Mosquito nets in windows/doors would be super helpful at night. The location was a bit further from the beach because it was not possible to cross unoccupied plots nearby and get to the beach through a much shorter and faster route. Not owners fault of course

When you think of the word Penthouse you think luxury. This penthouse was certainly not that. Our main concern was the safety of the electrics which blew repeatedly every night, luckily the owner showed us where the fuse box was so we could reset it every time we were plunged into darkness. We worked out in the end that we could only use one appliance at a time. The overhead fan in the main room was broken and we could not even use the very noisy free standing fan provided when using the cooker or any other appliance as the electrics blew. The bedding was cheap and crumpled; the bedroom was advertised on hotels.com as having blackout and an overhead fan, it had neither. Generally the property is run down and done on the cheap and to top it all there is a very noisy construction site next door to compete with the noise of constant traffic on the road below and barking dogs. We booked this penthouse apartment for 11 nights but only endured 4. We have received a partial refund but not full for the nights we did not stay. Most annoying was the owners claim we had not informed them of the repeated electrical problems and that we were leaving - she stood in the kitchen face to dace with me and witnessed my stress and upset and I told her we would be leaving. If you like a homestay feel and don’t mind poor quality facilities, this is the place for you - the owners clearly enjoy talking to and organising their guests. We just wanted privacy and safe accommodation.

Very nive place to stay and a great and lovely family! If you don't want the luxuary hotels and want a nice place to stay this is a fantastic place. From there you can explore the hole island. If we go back it will be at Bellevue!!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Belle Vue. Stayed for a week on our honeymoon and Fabrice and Pascale went over and above to make us feel special. They were always available to answer all our questions and give advice about the local area and nothing was too much for them. The flat itself was a little tired looking but it was a decent size with a nice terrace and it was perfectly adequate for our needs. The surrounding space at the property is beautiful with a nice garden and swimming pool for guests to relax in.

There is a construction site directly behind the apartments which made it very noisy between 8am-4pm Monday-Friday so it is impossible to have a lie in. It is definitely not somewhere to stay if you are looking for peace and quiet but would recommend the accommodation if you have lots of activities planned and intend to be out all day. Fabrice did try to contact us to warn us about this at the time of booking. One very minor criticism is that the wifi was very hit and miss however this was not a problem for us during our stay. It is quite far away from local amenities and the beach, so hiring a car is definitely advisable.

The Stay with Fabrice, Pascale and Familiy was an extraordinary experience. From the first moment of online contact to our arrival until our departure, everything exceeded our expectations (costumer delight on the highest level). After our arrival, we got many valuable tips for adventures and restaurants, where to shop, including activities in the region that were a big value add to our experience. Our apartment was well equipped, tidy, and clean, if somethig was needed, the hosts were always around to help and the property itself was heaven within Tamarin. We really enjoyed our time there with the hosts plus their lovely dogs. It felt like being at home. Thanks again for everything, and I can highly recommend this place for a stay on Mauritius. I had a great stay at Pascale and Fabrice's place. They made me feel comfortable from the first minute and helped to make arrangements for my short vacation. The garden feels like heaven, I could stay there all day! I recommend staying at Bellevue Tamarin!

Staying at Ali, Pascale and Fabrice place has been one of our favorite adventures in Mauritius. Imagine a lush garden with palms and flowers, a pool overlooking the ocean and a roof terrace with sunset view, a studio all for yourself (plus friends or family of course), and still this is only part the experience. What you find in Bellevue Tamarin is a warm welcome and that family feeling that makes you wanna spend the whole day talking with your hosts. Fabrice, Pascale and Ali are very experienced in hosting guests from all over the world and they are exceptional at tailoring your stay based on your interests and passions. I would definitely recommend Bellevue Tamarin to anyone looking for a 5star experience without being in a resort or hotel. Thanks again Ali, Pascale and Fabrice, we’ll definitely be back :)

The guest house was well located for visiting the Black River National Park and Le Morne (we had a car). Lovely place set in a beautiful garden and the hosts were friendly and very helpful with local knowledge and suggestions.

The room was quite warm and there was road noise when the windows were open. Both were helped when we were given a fan on request.

We were very happy that we were upgraded to the Penthouse for a special occasion. The accommodation was very good with great views over mountains and ocean?

Stay at Bellevue Tamarin was absolutely amazing. Very clean and I had everything I needed. Wifi in my room wasn’t working, but I was offered to work on the balcony at the penthouse, so it was much more better option with a beautiful view as an bonus. Fabrice and Pascal are such a welcoming and kind people. And also what you can excpect as a bonus are two german shepards with puppies ❤️. I would definitely stay again. Lack of WiFi in the bedroom, added cost of aircon. Very noisy road meant room verandah couldn't be used.

Pascale and Fabrice are lovely. They want their guests to feel good and they are always helpful. My room was cute decorated and comfortable. The location is great to visit the south.
