O nosso quarto/apartamento era bem equipado inclusive com Ar Condicionado e ventoinha o que foi otimo tendo em conta o calor insuportavel que faz em Benidorme. Tinha uma varanda incrível com vista para o mar o que tornou a estádia ainda mais agradavel. Se voltasse a Benidorme ficaria hospedada novamente aqui. Recomendo muito
A única coisa que não gostei era que no apartamento só tinha exatamente 4copos, 4 pratos, etc... Como só tinha 4 coisas de cada utensilio era complicado gerir. Mas tudo era ótimo.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Отличные апартаменты, замечательный персонал. В номере есть все необходимое, с балкона открывается красивый вид на море. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Супермаркет в 5-10 минутах хотьбы. Вернёмся ещё сюда.
Путь на море короткий, пару минут, но лежит через лестницу. Ее можно обойти, но тогда дорога займет минут 15.

Da rua para a receção não tem elevador, que deveria ser referenciado nas reservas pois havia um elemento com problemas de mobilidade e não tínhamos sido informados. Falta de parque Apartamento com formigas

Al irnos del apartamento, había una señora en recepción que al pedirles las maletas que habíamos guardado, nos miró de mala manera. Solamente queríamos pedir un taxi y organizar el bolso antes de partir y ella no fue nada amable. Parece como si el personal fuera sólo amable los días que uno está alojado y no al retirarse. Me pareció una falta de respeto.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Ogromnym plusem jest lokalizacja. W spokojniejszej części Benidormu, bez tłumów i blisko plaży. Dzieciaki mogły same wracać z plaży. W pobliżu jest mnóstwo sklepów i restauracji. W samym obiekcie, na parterze przyjemny taras aby usiąść ze znajomymi.
Podejście z plaży d hotelu jest po schodach. To jedyny mały minus.

Não é uma crítica negativa mas apenas uma sugestão. As varandas podiam ter um toldo como se vê em muitos apartamentos à volta. Como bate o sol logo de manhã cedo,a varanda fica muito quente e é impossível lá estar nas horas de maior calor.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Las vistas ,la limpieza y poder contar con una plaza de garaje (aunque sea al aire libre) en la puerta del apartamento. La terraza es grande y se estaba muy agusto a pesar de que hacía calor.
Lo único que se tenga que hacer el cheking a las 16:00 horas y que para poder acceder a la playa tengas que bajar cien escalones o dar una vuelta considerable con una cuesta arriba interesante.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026The unit is sold as an apartment—with the description listing a bedroom and a living room, though in reality, it is a single room containing a bed and a sofa—and is charged at a higher rate, despite actually being a studio. The air conditioning unit was leaking onto the balcony, and the sunbed there was extremely dirty. We had issues with ants in both the bathroom and the room. The towels were stained, and when the bed linen was changed during our 10-day stay, we were not provided with fresh pillowcases.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Es war ein absoluter Traumurlaub! Günstig und unfassbar toll gelegen! Wir haben unseren Honey-/Babymoon verbracht. Wir hätten kein besseres Appartement auswählen können. Jeden Morgen diesen wunderschönen Ausblick in kompletter Ruhe genießen zu können war ein absolutes Highlight. Der wunderschöne und überhaupt nicht überlaufene Sandstrand ist über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Am Ende der Treppe befindet sich das Restaurant Portus Massai, jenes wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen können. Am Strand beträgt die Tagesmiete pro Liege 6€ und pro Schirm 6€. Aber das Appartement stellt auch kostenlos Strandsitz und Schirm zu Verfügung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Selbst wenn, dann konnten uns die sehr herzlichen Damen an der Rezeption sofort aushelfen. Das Zentrum von Benidorms ist mit dem Bus innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Parktplätze gibt es direkt an der Unterkunft für 15€ pro Tag. Diese sollte man allerdings direkt nach Buchung reservieren. Waschmaschine steht unten kostenlos zur Verfügung! Man benötigt lediglich nur eigenes Waschmittel. Wir werden definitiv nächstes Jahr zu dritt dieses Appartement buchen!

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza fantastica in questo appartamento e lo consigliamo senza alcun dubbio! L’appartamento è spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. La camera è grande e confortevole, il bagno e la cucina sono pratici e ben organizzati, ma il vero punto di forza è il balcone con una vista mare spettacolare. Svegliarsi ogni mattina con quel panorama è stato semplicemente meraviglioso. Abbiamo effettuato il check-in online, che è stato semplice, veloce e molto comodo. Abbiamo avuto poche occasioni di incontrare lo staff durante il soggiorno, ma al momento del check-out sono stati davvero gentili, disponibili e cordiali. È stata un’esperienza molto positiva e ci siamo sentiti davvero a nostro agio. Se dovessimo tornare a Benidorm, sceglieremmo sicuramente di soggiornare qui di nuovo. Grazie per aver reso la nostra vacanza ancora più bella☺️

Al estar el apartamento en alto , y tener esas maravillosas vistas, el acceso a la playa por la cuesta con el calor y la carga de sillas , sombrilla ... se hace pesado y por el acceso de las escaleras es muy duro.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Located at the quiet end of town the apartments offer a place to get away from the stereotypical Benidorm madness. It offers superb sea views and a balcony to relax and take it all in. Just down the road near the beach are two lovely bars offering a selection of food and drink. If you want to take in some of the madness of Benidorm’s strip it’s a 45-60 minute walk away or you can use the frequent bus service which goes from a stop 5 minutes from the apartments.
The stairs down to the beach could be a problem for some. They aren’t even and need to be taken carefully. They can be avoided by walking around the longer route. But the apartments are worth it!

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Besonders gefallen haben mir die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand, der traumhafte Blick auf das Meer sowie das geräumige und komfortable Zimmer.
Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers würde ich infrage stellen. Zudem gab es sehr viele Ameisen, die überall anzutreffen waren – sogar auf dem Bett sowie in der Küche, im Badezimmer und auf dem Boden.

The location is peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds. The Old Town is about a 40-minute walk away, which is worth keeping in mind when planning your day. Overall, it was a lovely stay, especially for those looking for peace, comfort, and stunning scenery.
The only minor drawbacks were that there was no hair dryer available and more toilet paper would have been appreciated during the stay.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026La vista es impresionante. Hay todo lo que es necesario. La cama es muy cómoda. Viajamos con el bebé, y pudimos solicitar una cuna. La verdad que la cuna no es de buena calidad, y si es un pequeño bebe como en nuestro caso es un poquito incomoda porque es demasiado grande.
El suelo sucio) lo lavaba otra vez porque las piernas eran negras.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Нам усе дуже сподобалося! Персонал привітний і завжди готовий допомогти. Апартаменти були чистими, затишними та комфортними. Велике ліжко дозволило нам без проблем розміститися втрьох — я, дружина та дитина, а також у номері був розкладний диван. У номері було тихо, а з вікна відкривався гарний краєвид. Розташування чудове: до моря всього близько 150 метрів, поруч є все необхідне. На всі наші прохання персонал реагував швидко та без жодних проблем. Рушники змінювали регулярно. Також нам надали знижку, а оскільки ми проживали 9 днів, прибирання номера було безкоштовним (зазвичай ця послуга коштує 30 €). За правилами виселення мало відбутися о 11:00, але наш рейс з Аліканте був лише о 19:55. Ми попросили залишити номер до 17:00. Спочатку нам запропонували доплатити 30 €, але після короткої розмови та нашого прохання врахувати цю суму за рахунок безкоштовного прибирання персонал люб’язно пішов нам назустріч. Загалом ми залишилися дуже задоволені відпочинком. Рекомендую ці апартаменти для сімейного відпочинку — комфортно, зручно та з чудовим ставленням до гостей.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Lovely clean apartments with a fantastic view. We were glad we picked self-catering as it was relaxing not to rush around dining rooms for food. We ate a late breakfast on the balcony most mornings. In a nice quiet area with a few bars & restaurants near. About 40 mins walk to the old town. No 2 or 3 bus costs 2 euros. Great beach in front of apartments. Another big plus for the apartments is the staff, especially the reception staff who were helpful, friendly & polite. We would definitely book again 😀
A very minor complaint 🙄 would have liked a bread knife.
