Me confundió el anuncio. Pensé q había reservado en el q tiene yacuzzi pero cuando llegamos , era lindo pero el más chiquito de todos. No sé si no estaba claro el anuncio o q yo fui la q eligió mal. Recomiendo prestar más atención q yo cuando reservan la habitación.

When we entered the building we were hit with an intense smell of laundry softener. It smelled nice. Sadly, it was coming from our apartment. The smell in the apartment was unbearable. It was hard to breathe, the headache and nausea were almost instant. We opened all the windows and removed the bedding from the bed to try to air it out a bit but it wasn't helping. We contacted the host to ask if there were some additional beddings somewhere but he said no. We tried taking a nap but the smell burned our noses and eyes so we had to leave and we left everything open hoping it would be better when we got back. The smell got in our skin. Neither of us is sensitive to any smell or detergent but this was as if someone just poured gallons of softener on everything and forgot to rinse it out. We still don't understand how someone changed the bedding there and thought it was okay. We were gone for a few hours and when we got back the smell was still unbearable so we contacted the host to tell him we had to leave because we were on the verge of throwing up. He replied that he'll come with the new bedding if we can wait but it wasn't possible for us to stay there anymore and at that point I don't think the bedding would have helped. The smell was in the carpets and in the mattress. When we told him we were leaving the host just stopped answering and didn't offer any sort of refund. Other than that, it was kinda noisy, the stairs are very inconvenient if you have luggage and overall the apartment felt dirty.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026Ottima sistemazione nella via principale di Ushuaia, con tanti negozi, supermercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Si raggiunge il porto turistico in una decina di minuti di cammino e, grazie al contatto con l'host, Mike, siamo riusciti a farci bloccare all'ultimo momento - dato che il nostro volo è arrivato appena in tempo utile - un tour per la navigazione del canale di Beagle davvero indimenticabile. Il ritiro delle chiavi avviene tramite una key box, ma Mike è stato disponibile anche a distanza per qualsiasi informazione e ci ha aiutato a risolvere un paio di questioni in poco tempo. L'appartamento è nuovissimo e dotato di ogni confort, incluso idromassaggio, se interessa la cosa. Il Parco Nazionale della Terra del Fuoco è a poche decine di chilometri, raggiungibile tramite navette con servizio regolare che partono e ritornano da Ushuaia o con taxi (mentre Uber, Cabify e veicoli privati non possono andare oltre la biglietteria): per acquistare il biglietto di ingresso e percorrere qualcuno dei suoi magnifici sentieri di trekking, suggerisco di portare contanti, perché le carte di debito o credito con PIN a 5 cifre nei parchi argentini danno qualche problema.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026Está en una avenida principal, accesible al centro de la ciudad caminado. El check in y check out fue muy sencillo. Mike fue atento y se contactó con anticipación. Acceder en general a la propiedad es fácil en cualquier momento del día o noche. Es cómodo. Tiene varios espacios para relajarse. No usé todas las instalaciones pero puede ser bastante acogedor.
Había deterioro de algunas instalaciones: llave en el baño que hacía difícil usarlo así como la puerta corrediza de de la habitación. Está en una avenida principal por lo que es fácil escuchar afuera y me desperté un par de veces en la madrugada por ruidos de la calle, gente hablando en voz alta.

Reviewed Jan 17, 2026L’appartement est spacieux, le lit est très confortable, la salle-de-bain est immense et très pratique et l’hôte est très réactif pour répondre à nos questions et propose de bonnes suggestions pour les restaurants. De plus, il est très aidant en cas de besoin. De plus, l’appartement est presque de tous les services. Un énorme merci pour le séjour!
C’était bruyant pendant la nuit avec les motos qui passaient dans la rue. Malgré cela, l’endroit est pratique puisqu’il est presque de tout. Toutefois, avec des bouchons, ça se passe bien pour dormir. Je retournerais dans cet hébergement compte tenu de l’excellent service personnalisé de l’hôte.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Because of the rain and the end of our trip, we spent quite a lot of time there, and it felt almost like home. There was a kitchen, Netflix, and internet, as well as a functional living area. Despite being close to the street, the apartment was quiet. The bathroom had many extra features, such as a whirlpool bathtub and a shower cabin with similar functions. Unfortunately, they were already quite worn, but still fully functional. Definitely worth the price.

La calefacción es perfecta (tuvimos calor de lo bien que andan los radiadores), las dimensiones del departamento son muy buenas y están bien distribuidas las habitaciones. La ubicación es inmejorable, estás cerca de todo, lo cual hace que puedas ahorrar mucho en transporte. Ya quiero volver a hospedarme acá.
No hay nada que objetar. Todo excelente.

LA conexión a internet es bastante mala, y algunas de las cosas del equipamiento del depto. se las ve de una calidad bastante mediocre o baja calidad.
