Die Lage ist sehr gut! Supermarkt, Apotheke, Café, Kite Spot, alles gut und schnell erreichbar! Check in super funktioniert. Kurzes Problem mit WIFi wurde sofort erledigt.- funktioniert einwandfrei! Angenehme Betten, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Fön, Terrasse gut zum Frühstücken 👍, Poolblick, tolle Handtücher!!

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal in der Unterkunft, weil wir das erste Mal eigentlich sehr zufrieden waren. Mussten jedoch feststellen, dass Dinge, die vor einem Jahr schon kaputt oder beschädigt waren leider immer noch nicht repariert wurden. Alles wirkte inzwischen ein bisschen heruntergekommen, nicht so gut gepflegt,einfach ein bisschen lieblos behandelt. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr schön, nur das Inventar entspricht leider nicht (mehr) ganz unseren Vorstellungen. Küchenausstattung z.b nur 3 Essteller (für 4 Personen), kein Brotmesser ( haben dann eines selber gekauft :-), kein Staubsauger, uralter Besen und Wischmop 🙈🥴 Möglichkeit gewaschene bzw. nasse Wäsche aufzuhängen kaum vorhanden.. naja wie soll man sagen, es ist alles „ok“ und „halbwegs“ vorhanden, aber es könnte deutlich mit einigen Kleinigkeiten und ein bisschen mehr Liebe zum Detail verbessert werden.

Excellent stay. The hostess was very helpful and responsive, making everything easy from start to finish. The apartment was clean, comfy, and well-equipped, with everything handy and thoughtfully arranged. We had a relaxing 6 days in El Gouna and would happily stay again.

It was a fabulous location overlooking the massive swimming pool.

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment, the only criticism we have is the beds would be better with a mattress topper. And some towels for the pool would be a great idea.

Amazing chalet and its fully equipped 👌🏽 great stay for families, couples and children, you can walk to the beach and its for free, not like other chalets where you don't have access to the beach. Highly recommended 🤩

Where to start? The accommodation is in a part where they are still remodeling and building the complex, it is noisy even on Sundays. None of this is mentioned by the accommodation provider, so you don't know that you won't relax on your holiday. Second: the accommodation was absolutely filthy, unclean, musty, smelly, the equipment was old, which wouldn't have been such a big deal if it was clean. You just don't want to spend a week there, you don't feel comfortable there. We tried to communicate everything with the owner in a good way, but he misled us by saying that he didn't want to make a problem and understood the situation, but it didn't happen. He made excuses for booking, saying he was waiting to see when they would approve his refund request. We weren't even there one night! and they only gave us 50% back! Absolute unwillingness, we also had to call the booking office several times and with no response until the 5th day they solved part of our problem. Very bad experience as we had to find a second and clean apartment. Avoid this apartment round the bend if you don't want to spend your whole holiday thinking about not getting your money back for not wanting to live in filth.

Excellent place… very clean… all facilities & amenities available… overlooking a very large swimming pool… the private beach is a few minutes walking … very nice experience and a very helpful host.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location, great and extremely helpful owner. The apartment has everything you might need even during a longer stay. There are two small supermarkets nearby.

The owner of the apartment is very friendly and was great with communication. He made sure all the security checks were completed for each person before we arrived as you need QR codes to enter what is in itself essentially a private town in El Gouna. The pools looked clean, sunbeds were always available and the private beach was only a one minute walk away. The apartment was very spacious and there were towels and extra bedding stored in the cupboards. Also had all the utensils required if you wished to use the kitchen facilities.

The cupboard under the sink wasn't cleaned before we arrived and the bin wasn't emptied. The lock on one of the bathroom doors wasn't working properly and the washing machine door wouldn't open.

The host Ayman was extremely helpful, we were arriving a bit late at night and he picked us up and then dropped us off as well, was easy to reach out throughout the trip if and when we had questions. The flat was really comfortable and clean and mangroovy residence is really a great location with amazing facilities to stay in Gouna

The Mangroovy apartment complex is really nice and the pool is amazing. The host Ayman was always reachable via WhatsApp and even delivered fresh additional towels and blankets. Check/in and check-out worked without complications.
