Reviewed Jul 20, 2025The rooms were spacious and all en-suite. The access to the compound and the apartment itself provide additional comfort due to the security features on site. The pool access and lovely scenery and views from the apartment made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
A good part of the living room space was taken by the dining area.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2025The property has nice furniture and a good view of the lagoon. Its spacious also.
The bathrooms were smelly and on the first day the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The owner was nice and sent some staff to clean but they were using dishwasher soap to clean the bathrooms and they weren’t quite clean to be honest. I tried to refund but they didn’t agree.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2025The property was really neat and clean and the host had prepared the apartment for our arrival in a very welcoming way. There was WiFi and entertainment channels for the kids. The view overlooking the lagoon is amazing and very calming. Well done and definitely will return to this amazing place again.
It’s not what I didn’t like it’s more that I had my parents with me and it’s the second floor and they are too old to be going up the stairs several times a day so we had to make our daily trips worth it so we wouldn’t have to take them out several times, but other than that there wasn’t anything that I can mention that we didn’t like.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2024The appartment is clean and has basic cooking facilities Swan lake complex is one of the best in Gouna; The lake is very clean and huge in size with variety of depths Wifi
Only cash/bank transfer accepted, no credit card. Cable TV wasnt working. Door smart lock isnt very smart :), requires multiple trials to unlock. Appaetment located at 2nd floor, that should be mentioned clearly in the description, for families with infants or special needs, comfortable stairs though .

Reviewed Jan 8, 2024Everything about the apartment was super great, from communication with the host from the very first start to the check out, to the apartment itself and it's cleanness. I'm a hygiene freak and very picky and to be honest I couldn't be more happy about the hygiene in the apartment, the beds are very comfy and the furniture is new. The ambience of the apartment, decoration wise is very neat and comfy to the eyes.
Honestly, nothing.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2023The only thing we really liked was the crystal lagoon.
1. Floors and closets were extremely dusty, rest of apartment was in general dusty. 2. One of the bathrooms had body hair all over the floor and sink, had dirty walls and another had rust stains on the floor. 3. Apartment had a stuffy / dingy smell. 4. Kettle was broken. 5. All bedroom AC’s weren’t working properly, warm air was coming out, wasn’t fixed till the next day after nagging the host. 6. Tiny ants all over the kitchen, and found them in the living room and bathrooms too.
