Bellissimo appartamento, pulito e molto curato. La posizione rimane molto vicino alla città di kalamata ma allo stesso tempo è molto tranquilla. Nadia e sua mamma sono state molto accoglienti e gentili, ogni mattina ci facevano trovare prodotti locali freschi per la colazione. E ultimo ma non per importanza il panorama e i tramonti visti da bay view rimarranno nei nostri cuori!

Nadia & her mother Olga, were perfect hosts. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. Breakfast is a great touch, as were the gifts left for us. We would highly recommend this apartment, fantastic views, spotless clean.

Το σπίτι είναι ευρύχωρο με όλες τις παροχές και τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια με μικρό παιδί. Πολύ καθαρό, άνετο, δίχωρο με ευρύχωρο μπάνιο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Η βεράντα με την πανοραμική θέα στη θάλασσα υπέροχη. Έχει σκιά το πρωί οπότε απολαμβάνεις το πρωινό σου. Το ψυγείο και η κουζίνα μας ήταν γεμάτα κακουχία για πρωινό και όχι μόνο. Ψωμί, κέικ, κρουασάν, βούτυρο, μαρμελάδες, γιαούρτια, αυγά, τυριά, αλλαντικά, λάδι, γάλα, χυμό πορτοκάλι, φρούτα κλπ. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Είχαμε πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή.

Beautiful view over Kalamata! The apartment had everything we needed – an iron, hairdryer, Apivita cosmetics and all the necessary amenities. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming.

The view, the hospitality and the location were exceptional. We travelled with a 2 year old and they thought of everything. It was spotless and easy to find. They even booked a restaurant for us when we asked if they can help and even suggested a great beach.

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα με απεριόριστη θέα στον Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο, ευρύχωρο και πολύ καθαρό, με πλούσιο πρωινό, που περιλαμβάνει και τοπικά προϊόντα, πολύ κοντά στην πόλη της Καλαμάτας αλλά και σε πολύ όμορφες παραλίες.

Η ηχομόνωση μεταξύ των ορόφων θα μπορούσε ήταν καλύτερη. Αν μένεις σε κάτω διαμέρισμα, ακούς ήχους από το επάνω.

Είναι μια σύγχρονη κατοικία με ησυχία και εκπληκτική θέα, άριστη καθαριότητα,προσεγμένο σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια.Το ψυγείο μας περίμενε γεμάτο από προϊόντα για πρωινό ακόμα και για γεύμα! Η ανανέωση των προϊόντων καθημερινή . Και σε περίπτωση που κάποιος δεν έχει , υπάρχουν πετσέτες για την θάλασσα.Ενα μεγάλο μπράβο στις οικοδέσποινες!

Η πρόσβαση είναι λίγο απαιτητική λόγω της ανηφόρας αλλά η θέα σε ανταμείβει!

Perched on a hillside above Kalamata, this place asks a little of you on the way up, the roads are steep and winding, but the moment you step onto the balcony, all is forgiven. The view stretches across the full sweep of the beach and city below, and it never really gets old, whether you're watching the morning light settle in or the city glow at dusk. The apartment itself is clean, thoughtfully designed, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, and the host has stocked the fridge with the essentials; eggs, cheese, butter, pastries. So your first morning starts without any fuss or a drive back down the hill. That small touch makes a real difference. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already started thinking about our next Kalamata trip. This will be our first stop.

Από τα καλύτερα καταλύματα στην Καλαμάτα! Η θέα μοναδική στον Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο, η καθαριότητα καθημερινή και άψογη. Η εξυπηρέτηση πραγματικά υποδειγματική. Παρόλο που δεν αναφέρεται πρωινό, κάθε μέρα μας άφηναν φρέσκο ψωμί, γλυκά, μαρμελάδες μέλι, καφέ, και αρκετά πράγματα στο ψυγείο. Οι φωτογραφίες δεν μπορούν να αποτυπώσουν την υπέροχη θέα . Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

La posizione eccellente sulle alture affacciate sul golfo di Kalamata. La vista stupenda è romantica sul golfo incantevole. La struttura moderna e tradizionale dell’appartamento e della intera casa che vi ospitava. Il cibo fornito quotidianamente dalla proprietaria Nadia e dalla sua gentile mamma. La tranquillità del posto che si raggiunge attraverso una strada immersa negli ulivi onnipresenti nella Messenia e in particolare intorno a Kalamata. Noi siamo rimasti sette giorni e siamo ripartiti con un vero dispiacere. Kalamata è il duo golfo sono molto molto piacevoli. Grazie davvero per il bel soggiorno. Una vacanza gioiosa.

Όλα στο κατάλυμμα ήταν εξαιρετικά. Η τοποθεσία και η θέα υπέροχη! Το εσωτερικό άψογο, καθαρό και πολύ όμορφη, προσεγμένη διακόσμηση. Αν και αναφέρεται ότι δεν έχει πρωινό, υπήρχε ένα καλάθι με είδη για πρωινό, φρέσκο ψωμί, κουλουράκια, κέικ, κρουασανάκια, τοπικά προϊόντα (ελιές, λάδι και αποξηραμένα σύκα) και το ψυγείο ήταν επίσης γεμάτο με οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν για πρωινό και σνακ (τυρί και ζαμπόν για τοστ, γάλα χυμο, αυγα). Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν επίσης άψογοι, πολύ φιλοξενοι και ευγενικοί!

Δεν υπάρχει κάτι πραγματικά αρνητικό να πούμε. Το μόνο που ίσως σας δυσκολέψει είναι η ανάβαση καθώς το κατάλυμμα βρίσκεται σε λόφο (για αυτό και η εξαιρετική θέα). Προτείνεται να ρωτήσετε τους οικοδεσπότες για τον καλύτερο δρόμο . Εμάς μας πρότειναν εναλλακτική διαδρομή που εξυπηρετούσε πολύ περισσότερο από αυτή που έβγαλε το Google.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική με υπέροχη θέα στον Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο. Το διαμέρισμα πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και με όλες τις παροχές. Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό με φρέσκα προϊόντα και πλούσιο. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και θα πήγαινα πάλι ευχάριστα.

If you’re looking for a convenient location to all things Kalamata, consider Bayview. The accommodation is spotless and offers everything you need to prepare a quick meal with complimentary bread, olive oil, fruit, eggs and other breakfast items. Nadia went out of her way to accommodate us, including a last minute change in plans. It’s rare to find great service. When you do, it’s worth sharing the word.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Tage im Bay View Apartment verbracht und vergeben gerne 10 Punkte! Es beginnt mit sehr effizienter Kommunikation vor der Anreise und einer persönlichen Begrüssung durch die Inhaberin. Der Kühlschrank ist fürs Frühstück gefüllt, es gibt frisches Brot, süsse Sünden vom Bäcker und jede erdenkliche Art von Kaffee. Alles ist luxuriös, sauber und von guter Qualität – das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt sehr gut. Parken ist direkt beim Haus möglich. Und dann ist da natürlich noch der Blick auf die Bucht – einfach herrlich! Wir empfehlen das Apartment wärmstens. Sollten wir den Peloponnes wieder bereisen, wird es unsere erste Wahl sein.

Etwas spartanisch eingerichtet , aber praktisch.

Wir haben unsere 3 Tage sehr genossen. Die Wohnungen sind sehr geräumig und top ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts und die Gastgeber sind bemüht, auf Wünsche einzugehen. Für das Frühstück wird alles bereitgestellt und täglich aufgefüllt. Das gibt einem Flexibilität und Privatsphäre. Wie der Name schon sagt, ist der Ausblick auf die Bucht wirklich zu jeder Tageszeit einzigartig. Das ist Entspannung pur. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Geniale Lage, superbequeme Betten, alles war fantastisch!

The apartment is set in a peaceful location with stunning views of the gulf and Kalamata. The property was easy to find with clear instructions. The beds were most comfortable and everywhere was exceptionally clean and tidy. Breakfast was a delight, with a wonderful full selection of foods, including artisan breads, cakes, biscuits, olive oil, eggs and bacon, and plenty of tea and coffee too. The hosts Nadia and her mother were perfect, attentive and most hospitable. We absolutely recommend staying here, and we will return too!

το κατάλυμα είναι καινούργιο σε μία ιδανική και ειδυλλιακή τοποθεσία πολύ ψηλά με απεριόριστη θέαστον κστην θάλασσα πραγματικά μαγευτική , πολύ ποιοτική κατασκευή , ένιωθες την καθαριότητα και την ποιότητα σε κάθε σημείο του καταλύματος . H υποδοχή ήταν εξαιρετική θα σημειώσω ως καταδείξη της Άριστης φιλοξενίας το ότι παρόλο που που δεν προβλέπταν το πρωινό υπήρχε πλήρης διατροφή με πολλά καλούδια ψωμί φρέσκο κάθε μέρα , ελαιόλαδο ζαμπόν τυρί αυγά , ελιές βούτυρο μαρμελάδες καφές καφετιέρα και πολλά άλλα τα οποία να ανανέωναν καθημερινά . Δεν έχω λόγια!

Posizione speciale, panorama unico, i tramonti e la quiete, la serenità che si respira e’ impagabile. La casa, accogliente e monto comoda, è pulitissima. Le hosts Nadia e Olga sono state super disponibili, accoglienti ed ospitali. Ci hanno omaggiato dei prodotti locali, dell’ottimo olio del luogo, le famose olive, buonissime, i biscotti, la colazione, ogni giorno nuovo e super fresca, e’ stato un plus unico, super apprezzato. E voglio precisare per onorare l’iniziativa delle host che la colazione è offerta da loro e NON da Booking. Ogni giorno prodotti freschi, lievitati di pasticceria, succhi, latte, caffè pane, uova, formaggi, salumi, toast, miele, per colazioni dolci e salati, ogni giorno una sorpresa. Per il giorno di Ferragosto ci hanno omaggiato il Dolce tipico, buonissimo e gesto apprezzatissimo. Sicuramente un indirizzo da custodire er le prossime vacanze nel Peloponneso, le località più belle sono facilmente raggiungibili, e quando poi si ritorna a casa, pulita, profumata, quella quiete e quei tramonti sono totalmente ristoratori. 2eme séjour dans ce petit paradis perché sur les hauteurs de Kalamata. La vue est magnifique, l’appartement parfaitement décoré et d’une propreté exemplaire. Et le petit déjeuner un régal avec des produits locaux. Merci à Olga et Nadia pour leur accueil chaleureux. Et comme on dit : jamais 2 sans 3 !

One of the best accommodation we have ever been. Very clean, with cleaning everyday, clean towels everyday. The owners, Olga and Nadia are the best hosts, they provide breakfast everyday, even it is not included, ( proof they care for guests ). All in all I recommend them 120%. :)) thank you Olga and Nadia.

WiFi a little weak.

Nested on the mountain of Kalamata with a breathtaking view of the Bay. Tranquil, far away but close enough. If you want to relax and experience Greek hospitality, this is a great place to stay.

The hosts left a wonderful selection of food for breakfast. It included fresh baked goods from the local bakery, fresh eggs, yogurt, meats, cheeses and fruit. It was wonderful not to have to think of going out somewhere. We could enjoy our breakfast while enjoying the beautiful view.

Incredible view! We were so grateful for Olga and Nadia's generosity and kindness. Loved the fresh veggies and of course the fig trees. Recommended restaurants were all incredible!!!

The view is incredible - right at the top of the mountain overlooking Kalamata. Our host left some delicious snacks for us on arrival which was just what we felt like after a long drive (breads, olives, fruit, olive oil). We really appreciated this. The self-serve breakfast weas also perfect. Our room was just as described and met our needs perfectly.

Nothing really. Just a word of caution for other guests, with the location at the top of the hill, you absolutely need a car. Also, it started to rain slightly just before we arrived which made the road slippery and we struggled to get the car up the hill due to lack of traction. Our host advised a less steep route which avoided that issue.

pay attention: the breakfast is not offered. The host will do shopping for you with products that will not necessary meet your expectations and preferences. Especially bread was disappointing (bread/bakery with long expiration date). The breakfast you're supposed to prepare on your own. Pity that Booking.com does not distinguish between real breakfast offered by hotel/host or one that you need to do on your own. For me what we got there was not a "breakfast" but "shopping of food".

The place is in great shape and appears brand new. The view was fabulous and the food provided in the fridge and gift basket were amazing!

Excellent location. The view overlooking the bay is magnificent. The rooms are spacious and come with all the necessary amenities. The fireplace provides excellent heating and woods are supplied everyday. The fridge is full of all the goodies you need to prepare breakfast. So are the baskets that contain different types of bread, fruits, jam etc. Three different types of coffee are on offer! The rooms are super clean making the stay even more enjoyable. Although Kalamata is only a few minutes drive away you get the feeling of a relaxing isolation. Staff are super friendly, helpful and discreet. Overall, you get a really luxurious stay.

Driving up the hill through narrow and steep roads might be a bit scary but after a while you get the knack of it and is not a problem.

The view from the apartment was amazing and apartment was very comfortable and felt like home during the time we spent in Greece. Great hosts that were really helpful and had eyes for our needs eg they replaced a pillow with a smaller one that worked better. We would recommend this place to anyone.

We were there during off season and not many restaurants were open I walking distance.

The panoramic view of the bay was simply breathtaking, presenting a perfect blend of shimmering blue waters and the vibrant hues of the horizon. As for our accommodation, the suite boasted tasteful decor that complemented its surroundings. It wasn’t just the aesthetics; the suite was fully equipped with everything we might need, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Moreover, the meticulous cleaning ensured a pristine environment, making it feel like a home away from home. The breakfast was generous and delicious. A beautiful guest house overlooking the ocean and mountains. Very tranquil and private. Also a great variety of food left in the guest house everyday for breakfast. Truly a beautiful property in every way.

Mrs Nadia and her mother Mrs Olga were the most hospitable hosts possible. Everything in the apartment is clean, new, and perfect. They have thought of every possible thing. The welcome gift was so generous and the “continental “ breakfast consisted of fresh eggs from the chickens, fresh melon from her garden, cheese, ham,muffins, bread, etc. the view from the apartment was amazing. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing property with all things thought out by the owner. She leaves you everything you need to have a perfect stay including local snacks and breakfast and beach towels. The view is great, nearby many things etc. The water is hot, wifi works well, spotless clean, great products etc. It is very comfy to spend a week like at home. The hospitality is what makes the place spectacular.

Our stay at Bayview Guesthouses was phenomenal. It blew away our expectations for accommodation. The view is incredible. The apartment was spacious, well stocked and felt brand new. We would absolutely stay here again.

Everything! The place was big, thinking on every detail. Very well design, good taste, and very clean. The place is at the mountains, but close to the town. The owners were super friendly, gave a feeling of home. The best of this place was the view, AMAZING! This is what I dream of Paradise. It was the best place I'd been for years.

I didn't like that I stayed only one night. I should stayed there a week. But this is my fault. The guesthouse was Perfect!!

The apartment features pleasantly comfortable and minimal decor with impeccable Grecian summer flair for you to live your Greek summer holiday fantasy against the blue backdrop of the breathtaking panoramic views of the entire Messinian Bay. The breakfast was a true feast with a bounty of complementary local treats from the rustic bread to the dried figs - the families own branded product, traditional Greek molasses cookies, and Messinian crunchy fried dough rings (to name just a few), topped by generous samples of packaged kalamata olives and extra virgin olive oil for some in home cooking for those inspired by the olive grove setting and a fully equipped kitchen. At night you can enjoy the cool breeze and lights of Kalamata below on the spacious balcony before going to sleep on amazingly comfortable beds promising a great night's sleep and pleasant dreams of the day to come.

We only wish our apartment were available for more days since we wanted to extend our stay.

The accommodation looks exactly like in the pictures. The minute we walked in, the cleanliness was noticeable. The kitchen's fully equipped. When I saw the Nespresso machine I was already looking forward to my first cup. On the dining table there are welcome local snacks/goodies..very nice touch. The refrigerator's filled with stuff you can prepare yourself for breakfast and is refilled daily. There's also a daily housekeeping as well as fresh change of towels. Though there's no reception like in a hotel, the owner Nadia, responds quick and her mom who let us in when we checked-in lives just next door. When we come back to Kalamata we'll stay again in this property.

The owner is meticulous. Everything is high quality and brand new. The room has everything you need and then some. Fantastic balcony and view. Comfy beds and pillows. Security measures are of a high standard as is everything here. Hostess very accommodating.

The sun during the day is so hot you need to close the blinds which is only a problem if you want to hang out in the room and want natural light. The remote location is nice but requires a drive through some winding roads up the mountain. This can be good for some and not for others.

The drive up was a bit steep, but what an amazing view and an amazing appartment. The tranquility and the view make it an truly special place.

I know Greece quite well and thought that is a really outstanding bay view apartment managed by an over average caring lady. I definitely will come again.
