The door does not close properly so you can lock yourself in but anytime someone else opens or closes a door it makes a great noise on your door too

Everything was great, they thought about everything that we might be needed at home, even perfumes! :) it was clean, well located and easy to access. Thank you.

Arrival of the ferry is normally around noon time but the check-in time is around 15. But we were able to change our clothes and leave our luggage so we spent the time at the beach in the downtown instead of waiting and hanging around. The room was clean and big enough for 3 of us. The room also has some kitchenware so I was able to have my morning coffee at the balcony. The weather was so hot but the air condition was working fine so it was really comfortable to spend time in the room as well. Location is perfect it's in the heart of the downtown walking distance to everywhere. There's a huge parking area in the surrrounding of the downtown which is around 10 minutes walking away from here and it's a free parking area.

Perfectly functional for a one or multiple night stay, great location with a 10 minute walk to the ferry port (castle side). Everything you could need and a bar/ restaurant right outside the front door.

Oldukca temizdi,merkezi bir konumdaydı. Biz 4 kişilik aile odasında kaldık. Tüm ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüştü.Bir daha Kos'a gidersem Milva apartment'ı tercih ederim.

Tesisin konumu harika. Şehrin tam merkezinde.Her yer yürüme mesafesinde. Otel odaları temiz ve kullanışlı. Tesiste ailecek konaklamak için ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her türden malzeme var. Bavullarınızı 2 Euro karşılığı saklama dolaplarına bırakabiliyorsunuz. Otelin hemen karşısındaki kafeyi kahvaltı için tavsiye etmiyorum, hem pahalı hemde zayıf bir menüsü var. Kos adasına gideceklere adanın merkezindeki beachler yerine civardaki beachleri tavsiye ederim.

Location, kitchenette with Nespresso mc, wahing mc, a/c , super shower - all in best shape - perfect for a stay in Kos center to recharge.. not to forget the luggage storage ! Just the best place !

Lovely location, surrounded by cafes. Apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Loads of utensils for self catering, coffee pods and washing machine. Beds were comfy. Small balcony with a table and chairs.

Kaldığımız odada makyaj çantası vs koyacak bir standa veya sehpaya ihtiyaç duydum.Sürekli banyo ve makyaj malzemelerimi içeriden taşımak zorunda kaldım.

Appartamento ampio e comodo, curato nei particolari, nulla lasciato al caso e pieno di accessori utili.

Mi aspettavo di più dal balcone- terrazzino. Molto stretto e anche se fornito di tavolino e sedie con affaccio su di un cortile sporco e rumoroso. Non l'abbiamo mai voluto utilizzare nè per cenare nè per conversare o riposare.

Muhteşem bir konumda. Bir şehri ilk defa keşfedeceksek mutlaka şehrin merkezi olmalı ki her yere yürüyerek gitmek ve çevrenizde dilediğiniz tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabileceğiniz yerlerin olması çok önemli. Ev sahipleri her isteğimi anında yerine getirdi. Teşekkürler.

non ci aspettavamo una camera così bella e ben attrezzata. c’era addirittura il soggiorno con un divanetto, la tv, nei cassetti il kit di primo soccorso, kit da cucito, pesa valigie, forbici, libro della storia di kos, password del wi-fi. c’era anche un tavolino per mangiare sia dentro, con tovagliette, tovaglioli, sale pepe e olio, che fuori sul bellissimo balcone a nostra disposizione, con anche stendino e vista bellissima sulla chiesa e sulla piazza sottostante. si intravedeva anche il mare. letto matrimoniale con materasso unito molto comodo, aria condizionata e prese vicine al comodino. bagno fornito di phon, saponi e il necessario per fare la lavatrice, anche un profumo c’era ! bagno e doccia spaziosissimi con mensole per appoggiale le cose. cucina con mini frigo e utensili per cucinare. anche macchinetta del caffè . posizione in pieno centro di kos town ottima per i giri in barca, raggiungere i bar a piedi e raggiungere le spiagge lì vicino. dotato di ascensore e negozio interno. parcheggiavamo il motorino direttamente davanti alla porta. appena arrivati, erano solo le undici ma la camera era già pronta!

locker TREMENDI, ci hanno rubato due euro perchè alcuni erano rotti e comunque erano davvero messi male… la porta di ingresso si chiude in modo troppo brusco, scomoda. camere poco insonorizzate, si sentivano i vicini tornare dalla serata… pulizie sono state fatte una volta nel giro della settimana, forse un po poco perchè i cestini erano pieni ecc. i fornelli erano davvero poco funzionali e puzzavano tantissimo

La struttura era in posizione centralissima in Kos town ed entrambi gli appartamenti erano esattamente come illustrati dalle foto. Con arredamento essenziale ma moderno. Pulizia e cambio biancheria / bagno due volte a settimana con pulizia dell’appartamento.

Se devo indicare un aspetto negativo, l’ unico neo era nel reparto cucina: una sola pentola ed una padella, per giunta quest’ultima in acciaio e non antiaderente

It was perfect for what we were looking for one night. Very clean, comfortable and close to the centre of Kos.

Bellissimo appartamento, fornito davvero di tutto ciò che possa servire, dall'attrezzatura in cucina, al kit da cucito, ferro da stiro, lavatrice incluso il detersivo, bagnoschiuma, shampoo, profumo. Abbiamo super apprezzato i teli mare.

I locker nei corridoi è meglio evitarli. Va bene essere a pagamento, ma almeno che siano funzionanti.

Banyosu çok konforluydu. Çamaşır deterjanına kadar her ihtiyacımız düşünülmüştü. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi. Keyifli bir konaklama oldu. Ateş ölçer bile vardı. Tertemizdi. Daha ne olsun.

Olumsuz hiçbir şey yoktu. Ücreti biraz daha uygun olsa 10 puan verirdim.

Konumu harika tam şehrin içinde. Temiz, düzenli, önceden kapı şifresi verildi girişimiz çok kolay oldu. Çıkış saatinin 11 olması da ayrıca güzel. Sadece salonda bulunan koltuktan dönüştürülen yatak aşırı sert. WC ve banyo da ekstra parfüm bile bırakılmış kullanmak isteyenler için.

Şehrin tam ortasında olduğu için 23:30'a kadar müzik gürültüsü var.

We really enjoyed our stay at Milva. Our apartment was comfortable, well-equipped and clean. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to everything (bus station, main port, restaurants and shops). We highly recommend it.

Spotlessly clean apartment in the heart of Kos, in an unbeatable location. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Check-in was seamless and hassle-free, making the arrival process effortless. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable, with crisp, fresh linens and soft towel sets provided. I especially loved the Nespresso machine and the complimentary coffee capsules, a lovely touch that made each morning even better. The apartment is beautifully maintained, well-equipped with everything you could need, and truly felt like a home away from home. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kos.

The apartment was extremely clean and thoughtfully equipped, with lots of small details that made my stay as comfortable as possible. There were two separate AC units, a washing machine, a fridge, a coffee machine with pads, and many extra kitchen utensils we didn’t even get around to using. I also appreciated the practical extras like clothes clamps, an iron and even a luggage scale. The apartment has a nice balcony and is located right in the middle of everything – just a short walk to many cafés, bars and restaurants, yet it is still well insulated from street noise so I could sleep very well. For me, this was the best value for the price I have found in Kos Town and I will definitely come back to Milva Apartments on my next visit.

Çıkış sonrası valizler için kilitli dolap hizmeti de büyük kolaylık sağladı. Tesis sahibi ve çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir tesis, teşekkür ederiz.

Tesisin konumu harika ana meydana 3 dakikalık mesafede. Hemen altında kafeler var. Kahvaltısı çok iyi. Yakın mesafede bakery var. Market çok yakın. Kostaki tek adresimiz.

Beğenmediğimiz yöününü bulamadık. Belki asansör küçük o yazılabilir.

Appartment liegt fußläufig vom Fährhafen sehr zentral mitten in einem Viertel mit Geschäften und Lokalen. Der Check-In läuft unpersönlich nur mit Übermittlung der Zugangsdaten, funktioniert aber völlig problemlos. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und extrem gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, Das Appartment hat einen großen Balkon Richtung Norden im obersten Stock, man kann problemlos mit offenen Türen schlafen, falls einen abends die Geräuschen vom Leben unten auf dem Platz nicht stören. Haben dort die letzte Nacht vor dem Rückflug verbracht, dafür perfekte Lage.

Sehr zentral, sauber und insgesamt ok!

Es ist so, dass die oberen Stockwerke mit dem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen sind. Aber für einen Rollstuhlfahrer ist es nicht geeignet, da zwei Stufen vorher zum Hauseingang. Dieses wurde in der Beschreibung mit einem Rollstuhl-Zeichen bezeichnet! In dem Fahrstuhl kann man keinen Rollstuhl mitnehmen, da er sehr klein ist.

Το μπαλκόνι του στούντιο δεν " έβλεπε" σε δρόμο, αλλά σε χώρο χωρίς άνοιγμα σε δρόμο, που περικλειόταν σπο το πίσω μέρος των γειτονικών πολυκατοικιών.

The apartment was very nice and had an excellent location. It is situated in a lively area, close to many restaurants and conveniently located for tours and sightseeing. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth, and the apartment included helpful information about places to visit, recommended restaurants, and other useful tips. The apartment was clean, and communication with the host was easy and efficient.

Tutto benissimo. Il punto centrale è perfetto. Pulizia ottima, ci hanno cambiato anche la biancheria durante il soggiorno. Servirebbe qualche tazzina per il caffè in più, ma consiglio vivamente la struttura!

The apartment has the best possible position, it's big and comfy and renovated. Another great thing was washing machine and the fact that they change bed linen and towels during our 1 week stay.

Everything was perfect, cleanliness and equipment of the apartment, excelent maids, location in the city center close to attractions, museum, shops, cafes, only 15 minutes walk to the city beaches and a beautiful cafe right in front of Milva apartments, always in shade, where we used to have a delicious breakfast. When we come to Kos next time we will stay here again.

Tesis çok temizdi. Konumu harika. İletişim kurmak istediğimde çok kolay ve çabuk iletişim kurdum. Erken giriş yapmamıza izin verildi ve bu bizim için çok önemliydi.

İlave beşik istemiştik ama verilmemişti, bunun yerine odadaki koltuğu yatak yapmışlardı. Çift kişilik yatak seçmiştik ama tek kişilik iki yatak vardı yan yana. Bu konforlu ve istendik bir durum değil.

Das Bett war eine Katastrophe, da die Matratze nur auf harten Holzbrettern liegt. Hier wäre ein Sprungrahmen bzw. Federkern angebracht.

Konumu çok uygun, kaldığımız oda bazı kimselere küçük gelebilir ama bana göre iki kişi için çok yeterliydi. Odada, tüm minik detayların düşünülmüş olması çok keyifliydi. Benim içim kullan at terlik konulması çok önemlidir. Yurtdışında birçok işletme masraftan kaçıp koymuyor. Ancak sırf bu detay bile beni,m burayı tekrar tercih etmeme sebep olur. Temizlik iyiydi. Klima güzel çalışıyordu. Duşun, tazyikli suyu güzeldi.

Lokalizacja super, wszędzie blisko, bezproblemowy meldunek, przyjazna i pomocna obsługa, bardzo dobry kontakt z zarządcą.. Przestronny , wygodny apartament, super wyposażony , wszelkie udogodnienia w apartamencie. Polecam zarówno na krótki jak i na dłuższy pobyt w mieście. Fajny jako baza wypadowa do innych miejscowości jak i na inne wyspy.

The apartment had everything a traveller could need. It's very well designed and perfectly located between the port, the centre and the station.
