Huzurlu ve terapi etkisi olan bir tesis. Dalga sesleriyle güne başlayıp, muhteşem bir gün batımıyla bitiyor gün.

Molyvos merkezine araba ile 4-5 dk mesafede, düzgün ve güvenli bir tesis. Yanındaki otelin imkanlarından faydalanma şansınız ve hakkınız var, yatak oldukça rahat ve oda yeterince büyük ve konforlu. Pencereden bakınca denize bu kadar yakın olmak şüphesiz güzel ancak mevsimsel etkiden de olabilir, gece dalgalı ve hırçındı biraz deniz, bu nedenle geceleri biraz gürültülü bir konaklama oldu. Bunu sevenler de olacaktır elbet ama denize söz geçirebilsem biraz daha sessiz olmasını tercih ederdim. Çalışanlar ilgili, mesaj ile sorduğum sorulara hızlıca dönüş yaptılar, teşekkür ederim. Genel olarak mutlu ayrıldığım bir tesis oldu.

Diğer yorumların favorisi olan dalga sesi, biraz fazla geldi doğrusu. Odada zemin temizliği de çok iyi gelmedi bana, biraz daha özenli temizlik yapılmış olmasını tercih ederdim.

Nice spacious room right on the sea front. Good location, you need a car to get around to molivos or petra.

Minor issues, lack of wardrobe space, and a slight smell in bathroom.

If you want to have tranquility during the high season, but still want to see around and enjoy good dinners in the well-known restaurants, this might be a perfect place. In 5-7 minutes you can drive to the busy district and enjoy your time and then come back to your calm place with a private beach. The hosts were very responsive, by theay. Well, to enjoy the facility, I guess you should have a car, though.

Fotoğraflarda görünen her şey birebir aynıydı. Burayı kiralık bir ev gibi düşünebilirsiniz, içinde kahve makinesinden bardağa, mutfak lavabosundan çatal kaşığa kadar her şey vardı. Yanda bulunan otelin barını ve restoranını kullanmakta serbestsiniz. Odanın camı aynı resimdeki gibi denize açılıyor. Camın önünde 2 sandalye ve 1 masa vardı. Biz sabah kahvelerimizi orada içmeyi tercih ettik. O alanın hemen altında da şezlong ve şemsiye var, burası küçük bir koy olduğu için çok sakindi. Taşkınlık yapan insanlar ya da çocuklar yoktu. Gürültülü bir müzik asla yoktu. Ev sahiplerimiz inanılmaz nazik ve tatlılardı. Gece dalga seslerinde uyumakta zorlanırsanız panjur yapılmış, o bile düşünülmüş. Oda kliması inanılmaz yeterliydi ama rüzgar alan bir bölge olduğu için pek gerek duymadık. Her yıl gitmek isteyeceğimiz romantik bir lokasyon olarak hafızamıza yer etti. :)

The location is unbelievable, the rooms were clean and spacious.

Maria ist sehr aufmerksam und versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Lage is traumhaft. Du den Sesseln vor dem Fenster kommt man nur vorne vorbei oder steigt durch das Fenster. Mitbenutzung des Pools ist sehr angenehm. Das Restaurant des Hotels ist gar nicht zu empfehlen.

Mülleimer im Bad sollte keinen Klappdeckel haben, wenn man das Toilettenpapier hineingeben soll. Der Bereich vor der Tür sollte besser gereinigt und aufgeräumt werden.

Absolutely beautiful studio in a stunning location right on the rocky beach with our own beach lounges and outdoor sitting areas. The sunsets Ives the ocean were like a fairy tale. Use of fabulous hotel pool and restaurant were a bonus making it very easy and relaxing. Loved the sound of the small waves breaking on the rocky beach .

Need a car as a little out of Mythymna. The beach is beautiful and hotel next door had a ramp for getting into the rocky sea .

It was a wonderful accommodation experience. Maria is a fantastic host... Very friendly, kind, welcoming and helpful... Our studio was very clean and had everything we needed. It's in an ideal location for a peaceful, comfortable and quiet holiday.... Falling asleep to the sound of waves and waking up to the tranquility of a deep blue sea felt amazing. Ideally located for morning/evening walks to the city center... And wherever we went, we wanted to return as soon as possible to the magnificent tranquility of nature and the sea. And there was no need to go anywhere else to watch the sunset. Thank you so much for everything... We are very excited to come back again.

Το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται σε μαγικό σημείο και με υπέροχη θέα. Χρειαζόταν ένα λεπτό για να είμαι στη θάλασσα! Οι οικοδεσπότες εξαιρετικοί! Ένιωσα σαν στο σπίτι μου. Από τα καλύτερα που έχω μείνει ποτέ!

Ακόμα κι αν προσπαθούσα, δεν θα μπορούσα να βρω τίποτα αρνητικό. Όλα ήταν πάνω από τις προσδοκίες μου! Εγγύηση η Μαρία και ο Στρατής, μας έλυσαν κάθε πρόβλημα.

Maria was very caring and helpful. It was good to have the option of using the hotel facilities. It was great to be right next to the sea with lovely views, especially of the sunset.

The beach is not so nice - stony and very uncomfortable to walk on. But there's a metal walkway into the sea, which is helpful. When you get in, it's a lovely place to swim if the sea is calm. The room was not cleaned while I was there. I would have liked a hob.

Right on the beach and next to pool and restaurant at hotel. Could walk to Molyvos but it was a trek up hill and so we had a hire car. Small kitchen area was sufficient.

Room was very dark with no comfy area to sit. View was not interesting. No drawers/ storage for clothes.

Able to use the pool and had access to the restaurants of the adjacent hotel. The property was on the beach.

The property could use a good scrub down. The woodwork in the room wasn’t clean.

If you are looking for clam, romantic and sea all together, thats the perfect place to stay. Sunrise and sunset times are amazing. Maria was helping us from the beginning. Easy to communicate and very friendly.

Baia este mica iar prosoapele sunt destul de uzate plus de culoare gri inchis... Tot la minusuri mai mentionez si faptul ca atat plaja cat si intrarea in mare este cu pietre destul de mari.

Amazing location!! The rooms were right on a private beach! Maria, the hostess, was always smiling, willing to help and propose places and activities! Ideal for people who want to relax and listen to the sounds of the sea! Bonus: you are allowed to use all the facilities of the neighbour hotel! Have in mind that you will need a car to go to the center of Molivos.

Kendine ait bir plajı var ve çok güzeldi. Oda temiz ve Maria oldukça ilgiliydi. Güzel vakit geçirdik.

Dalga sesleri

Tüm çalışanlar çok kibar oda mükemmel sabah dalga sesleri ile uyanmak çok güzeldi. Maria çok kibar ve çok yardımsever. Bir daha yolum düşerse yine aynı tesisi tercih ederim.

Konum olarak harika bir yerdi. Molivos ‘a araçla 4dk mesafede idi. Sabah dalga sesleri ile uyandık. Hemen yanındaki Afrodite otelin havuzunu kullanabiliyorduk. Yan taraftaki taverna çok lezzetli ve bol alternatifli bir menüye sahipti. Hiç başka bir şey yapmadan ya da başka bir yere gitmeden bir kaç gün kafa dinlemek hem deniz hem havuz keyfi yaşamak için ideal. Odada dolap tost makinesi kahve makinesi su ısıtıcı gibi pek çok ürün vardı. Araçla iki dakikalık bir mesafede market ihtiyaçlarını karşılayabileceğiniz oldukça yeterli yerel bir market vardı. Özellikle Maria harika bir ev sahibiydi. Çok güleryüzlü yardımsever ve anlayışlı idi. Her sorumuzu içtenlikle ve hızlı bir şekilde yanıtladı. Herkese tüm kalbimizle tavsiye ederiz.

Deniz kenarındaki konumuyla sabahları dalga sesleri ile uyanmak çok keyifliydi.Yanındaki Dream Hotelin olanaklarından faydalanıyor olmak keyifliydi.Akşamları odanızın önünden denize karşı kahve içmek öğleden sonra ön taraftaki verandanızda dinlenmek çok keyifliydi. Özelliklede gözlükle denizde dolaşmayı sevenler için koyun yan tarafındaki kayalıklara inanılmazdı.Çok bakir ve inanılmaz çeşitlilikte balık vardı.Akşam Molivosa gidip 5dk uzaklıkta sessiz sakin otelinize dönmek çok keyifliydi. Umarız ilk fırsatta tekrar geliriz,bu sefer arkadaşlarımızla. Bu arada Mariadan da bahsetmeden geçmeyelim ev sahibimiz çok kibar ve düşünceli birisi whatsappdan çok güzel bilgilendirmelerle hayatınızı kolaylaştırıyor.

Mutfak eşyaları biraz daha fazla olabilirdi.

De locatie is prachtige op 5 meter van de zee. De rust van een gehuurde studio achteraf, maar met de optie om gebruik te maken het hotel ernaast. Je kunt kiezen voor rust of levendigheid.

De afstand tot de centra is verder dan ik dacht. Toch een paar km bergopwaarts.

Location,Location,Location Elegantly simple, stones throw from the water. Start and finish the day with a dip in the sea.

De ligging van de kamer, het geluid van de zee en de rust.

De ligzetels en parasols aan de huisjes kunnen misschien eens vernieuwd worden.

Definitely a hidden and surprising experience worth to have. Particularly if you have a car, this is a lovely addition to your Molyvos experience.

Biz Ekim ayında gittiğimizden deniz sezonu bitmişti. Denize sıfır bir yer. Denizi çok taşlık. Sahilde taşlık ve iri çakıl. Bu yüzden denize girmek biraz problem olabilir. Sakatlanabilirsiniz. Molivos merkeze 6 dakka , midilli feribot iskelesine 60 km. 1 saat uzaklıkta. Araba kiralamadan buraya gelemezsiniz.

Deniz kenarı ve doğa ile içice olması güzeldi.

Denizi aşırı dalgalıydı. Hiç giremedik. Odalar aşırı ses geçiriyor. Yan odada yaşanan tüm özel hayata dair sesler direkt odanızdan duyuluyor. Berbat ve utandırıcı.

Denizin hemen yanında dalga sesleriyle uyumak çok keyifli. Tesis fotoğraflarda gözükenden çok daha güzel. Yanında bulunan tavernada lezzetli yemekler yiyebilirsiniz.

Beğenmediğimiz hiç bir şey yok. Deniz sadece çok taşlı fakat onun için denize giden bir platform yapılmış.

Location is great, right on the beach. You can relax on the private sun beds, almost private with just a few neighbors in the same facility. Bar and restaurant facilities in the hotel next door are quite good and not expensive.

Almost nothing. The sea is clean but very rocky. But this is something about the island, you don't have a lot of sandy beaches in that part. It was not a problem for us but keep in mind you need a car to get around, nothing in the walking distance.

Harika bir deneyimdi! Deniz kıyısının hemen yanında olan bu butik tesiste kaldığımız süre boyunca hem çok rahat ettik hem de sabahları dalgaların sesi ile uyanıp gece yıldızlar altında vakit geçirdik. Fotoğraflarda gördüğünüzden çok daha fazlasını sunuyor. Oda oldukça temiz ve konforluydu, çok rahat ettik. Sıcak kanlı ve yardımsever bir sahibi var, tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle burada kalacağız.

I loved being so close to the beach and sleeping with waves. Room was big and very clean. watching sunset from our room was very romantic.

The only issue for me was entering the water, which was challenging due to the rocks. I’m also not a fan of a seabed covered in seaweed, so this part of the stay was disappointing. Considering how much I paid, I was expecting to enjoy the sea more, but unfortunately, I couldn’t. And it is very expensive, if sea was clean it would worth the money.

verschonen van handdoeken was slechts eenmaal bij 7 overnachtingen, evenals beddengoed. De vloeren waren erg stoffig, en vooral onder het bed was het niet schoongemaakt! We hebben alleen via iphone gecommuniceerd, niemand gezien....

Appreciated the crockery and glasses provided, having the window open and hearing the lapping of the waves was magical

We had the best holiday of our lives at Terracotta Boutique Beach Studios and everything was perfect! It was a beautifully decorated studio, the bathroom was also very nice with a lovely shower. The view is fantastic and never boring. It was wonderfully relaxing to fall asleep and wake up with the sound of the waves in the background. We also liked that you can sit at the front or back of the studio, so you have the choice of sitting in the sun or shade. And last but not least, Maria the hostess is the sweetest and warmest hostess I have met, not to mention the cleaning lady from whom we received a gift upon departure. We immediately booked for next year, twice this time.

Es ist ein Gebäude mit 5 Zimmern direkt am Strand. Die Einrichtung entspricht einem Boutique Hotel. Die Gastgeberin Maria kümmert sich persönlich um ihre Gäste. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und können es weiterempfehlen. In der Taverne nebenan kann man sehr gut essen.

Reinigung und Service jeden 2. Tag. Die Matratze war uns etwas zu weich, dies ist jedoch ein persönliches Anliegen.

Odamızın deniz manzarası çok güzeldi, odada herşey düşünülmüş ve güzel döşenmiş bir oda, ayrıca yatağı çok rahattı. Ulaşım olarak molivos merkeze çok yakın hiç bir konuda sıkıntı yaşamadık.
