Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Sibosiso, the security gaurd at the gate was one of the most friendly and joyful security guards I've met and is an absolute blessing. Definitely the highlight of the stay. Outside of that the facilities and location itself is amazing, very well kept place.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The property was within a safe gated community and had all the necessary equipment within the unit, i.e. fridge, stove, washing machine etc.
We experienced a minor issue with the shower drain which seemed to be blocked and very slow to drain the water. We reported it to the management who said they would get it fixed right away. We only stayed 1 night, so it was not a problem.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026We loved everything about Brainline`s accommodation. The gardens are beautiful and a lot of space to move around. The unit we stayed in was spacious, clean, comfortable only the bed was a little bit hard, but I have back problems so its not to say its not good for someone else. This was our second time staying over at Brainline and we will continue staying over in future. Security wise, it is excellent. The security gaurds at the gate is really helpful and really friendly. Great place to stay over.
There's nothing not to like about this accommodation.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Spacious and well equiped.The gate guards were very friendly and helpfull. (We went in and out a lot.) Thank you for the fresh hydrophonic salad in the kitchen.
The cleaning ladies were very loud early Monday morning in the communial lounge and unlocked the door to enter the apartment without warning. Luckily we were dressed... I told them that we clean after ourselves and that were sorted, but they still entered to clean (pack away clean dishes) while we were out.

Honestly nothing i could find off,maybe have another chair in the room to accommodate number of the people that have booked so to avoid to have someone eating while sitting on the bed.

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026This is an exceptional private, quiet and friendly offer in the North. It offers an excellent environment where nature meets urban living in a smooth blend of refreshment. Birds sing freely here and you can always trust nature to confirm you are at home away from home.
We love it here and only blame ourselves for the short stays as this place deserves not only 2 days but more. We will surely return soon to this comfortable place.
