We stayed here as a family and were very satisfied with our experience. The location was excellent, the facilities and equipment inside the apartment were good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The fire alarm sensor in the living room is quite sensitive. It was triggered during cooking, so guests should be aware of this.

Le logement bénéficie d'un cadre agréable. Il est au-dessus d'un restaurant mais il est bien isolé phoniquement. Le logement, au dernier étage, était cosy et lumineux . Présence d'un parking juste à côté (payant en journée).

Beautiful location, warm comfortable rooms

Sehr schöne und hervorragend ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit geräumigem Bad, bequemen Betten und einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küchenzeile. An das Wohnzimmer schließt sich noch ein kurzer Flur an, über den Bad, Toilette und Schlafzimmer erreicht werden. Das Schlafzimmer ist daher besonders ruhig, weil es durch zwei Türen vom Wohnungseingang getrennt ist. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und engagiert; zur Begrüßung stand sogar eine Flasche Wein auf dem Tisch. Als sich die Kaffeemaschine unserer Wohnung als defekt herausstellte, wurde diese noch am selben Tag ausgetauscht. Gut gefallen haben uns auch die zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wasserfälle sowie das Restaurant im Ergeschoß. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eigentlich war alles prima; der einzige Wermutstropfen waren unregelmäßig zuschlagende Türen im Erdgeschoss zwischen 18 und 21 Uhr, die vermutlich mit dem Restaurantbetrieb zusammenhingen (Vorratskeller?).

We loved our stay at our apartment. The apartment was cosy and the location was beautiful. The proximity to Spa Francorchamps was a bonus too. 🏁

Very well equipped, restaurant next door, right beside the falls. The apartment we rented was on the 3rd floor so getting luggage up and down was a bit of a struggle. Its a well equipped, very comfortable, spotlessly clean facility with easy parking outside or behind the complex during the day. Owner is very pleasant. Nice area with plenty to see and do in the vicinity. Perfect for visiting Spa Francochamps and all the historical villages nearby.

Maybe the stairs or rather climbing the stairs with luggage. Fine once you are settled in.

In tegenstelling tot onze (misschien misplaatste) verwachting totaal geen ontbijtmogelijkheden bij het appartement. Pas later hoorden we van andere gasten dat er ontbijt mogelijkheden bij een ander hotel in de buurt waren. De host van get restaurant gaf aan dat er geen ontbijt was, verwarrend allemaal.

Locatie, was mooi, en de appartementen super goed ingedeeld, schoon . Rustgevende locatie, veel pads om te lopen in de natuur. Is prachtig daar.

Jammer voor de horeca zaken in de buurt om 21 uur alles is leeg, zo gezellig terrassen niet goed gebruiken, mooi weer, kan beter en meer aantrekkelijk voor publiek. Premium locatie maakt gebruik van!!

Confort et chaleur du lieu Tout est pensé pour accueillir le client.. comme à la maison.. Toutes ses petites choses qui rendent le séjour agréable : équipements, crochets, ceintres en suffisance, bibliothèque de livres dans les 4 langues, décoration, bouquets de 💐, .. Les attentions de la propriétaire, et son appel téléphonique pour voir si tout allait bien 🙏

Un peu moins l'odeur de frites dans les WC (reste localisée dans les WC séparés)🙊

It was very easy I just walked into the restaurant and they gave me the keys. Not too much work or difficulty with boxes and stuff

L'appartement est parfait. La décoration est faite avec goût et avec des matériaux de qualités. La cuisine est bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire indispensable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. Le petit-déjeuner que nous avions précommandé était copieux et très bon. Tout cela, en plus du cadre magnifique du village de Coo, a fait que notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Notre petit chien aussi a apprécié.

Het is een locatie met mooi uitzicht. Het appartement was erg gezellig ingericht. We werden verwelkomd met een fles wijn en een kaart. De badkamer is fijn, goede douche. De bedden sliepen prima. Er is wel geen lift, we zaten op de derde verdieping. Voor ons en onze hond was dat gelukkig geen probleem.

De ligging. En het appartement zelf.

1 klein minpuntje waar de eigenaars niks aan kunnen doen. Onze bovenburen waren net zo een stel olifanten. En konden goed met de deuren slaan.

Het is enorm proper en gezellig ingericht. Aan alles is gedacht. Ook heel belangrijk, goede bedden. De vriendelijkste eigenares ooit die ons nog heel lief opbelde om ons een aangenaam verblijf te wensen. Ik kom zeker terug!

Localisation de l'appartement, ce petit village de toute beauté, entouré de forêts, la rivière......très bon restaurant également. Etablissement que nos conseillons vraiment

Tolle Lage und Einrichtung

Die Wohnungstüren sind sehr laut. Und es riecht etwas nach Küche vom Restaurant unten. War aber nicht schlimm.

اعجبني موقع المكان جدا. فهو قريب من الشلال وبين الناس. لست وحيدا في منطقة بعيدة معزولة . انت تشاهد الناس والسياح من نافذة الشقة. وتسطيع ان تشاهد سيارتك من النافذة أيضا. و لا ن الشلال بالقرب من السكن ببضع خطوات وكذا الحديقة فلا تنسى رحلة القطار القديم الى اعلى الجبل على الشخص 10 يورو فهو في الشارع بجانب السكن من الجهة الخلفية . ولا تنسى ان تحجز الحديقة مقدما لان الحديقة مغلقة اغلب الايام خارج العطلة الصيفية . فهي تفتح اغلب الاوقات في السبت والأحد. ولا تنسى ان تشيك الطقس. نظافة السكن ممتازة وجميع ادوات ومعدات المطبخ موجودة.

عندما استلمت المفاتيح من المطعم لم اجد الترحيب الذي اخبروني به من قبل موظفي المطعم كما ذكر في الايميل عندما وصلت اليهم . واحسست ان الموظفين في المطعم لم يعطوني مفتاح الشقة الصحيحة لانه في البداية الموظفة كانت ستعطيني مفتاح شقة رقم 6 ومن ثم دار حديث بينها وبين الموظف باللغة الفرنسية و اخبرها ان تعطيني مفتاح رقم 5 . يبدو ان شقة رقم 6 لها اطلاله اجمل من شقة رقم 5 . ولكن المواصفات نفسها. الدرج خشبية وعندما تنزل اوتصعد من شقتك يسمعك الجميع . لا ينصح به الأشخاص الذين لديهم اطفال مزعجين لانه سكن هادئ جدا واصحاب الشقة يعطوك ايميلات تحذيرية بشان عدم الازعاج.

Het uitzicht is erg mooi. De bedden waren uitstekend. Lekkere douche, fijne keuken en alles zit in de buurt om je te vermaken.

Perfect location, stylish and lovely apartment, very clean good price and quality.

Cozy, clean, furniture very well designed, kitchen very well equipped, ideal for a relaxing vacation. Parking just in front of the apartement, or just 2 minutes walk (you can temporarily park at the front door to unload the luggage’s anyway. Many attractions, for childrens and for adults.15 min from SPA FRANCORCHAMPS CIRCUIT…

The apartments are in the heart of Petit Coo and have been beautifully renovated. The building was originally the Baron Hotel, in the same family for more than 100 years.

The apartment was relatively clean.

Location during our stay was very disappointing. The village put up a “Christmas Market” which surrounded the hotel, making it a very busy and noisy place. Concerts and open air parties in the evenings, lasting well after midnight. After the shows rowdy drunk patrons relieving themselves right in front of the hotel. We left four days early. When asking for a refund the owner refused to recognise our complaints. (Also, no free parking nearby. Free spots available only at village cemetery parking lot, but it fills up quickly and not convenient.)

Central location. Spacious apartment with good quality bed and nice living area. Super friendly owner.

Bike shed is also spacious and seems safe, but it’s next to the rubbish bins of the restaurant.

The apartment had been modernised and was very roomy and comfortable. A cupboard for our clothes in the bedroom, double washbasins in the bathroom, good sound insulation and fly nets in the windows. There was decent lighting which is often a point of critisism, full marks here. The kitchen crockery and cutlery were fairly matching and not a jumble of assorted items like you sometimes see. There were a good selection of kitchen utensils too. A good guide to the apartment in several languages was strategically placed so our most important questions could be answered, and a bottle of red wine to welcome us. We did not meet our host personally, but were contacted a couple of times during our 5 night stay to hear if all was well. Coo is a popular tourist spot and a good base for the surrounding area, good for walks and enjoying nature, not least the waterfalls and the dams. There are several restaurants close by so no need to travel far after the days' adventures. Altogether a great experience and good value for money.

The stairs! But we were on the top floor and worth it for the view, but be careful if you have bad knees, hips etc

It is very well furnished, well equiped kitchen and has a spacious shower room. Heating is also a good one, it feels very cosy here. I liked our stay a lot!

One point which is worth adjusting is curtains in the bedroom, would be great to have blackouts there.

Very comfortable two-bedroom apartment with complete kitchen. We loved the dark wood floors. We've stayed in other apartments with lino everywhere; easier to clean perhaps, but not as cosy. The town itself is a bit of a mixed bag: on the one hand it's in the beautiful, wooded valley of the Amblève and is served by the train (Liège - Luxembourg). There are four restaurants (five in Summer). On the other hand there's a bit amusement park with water slides and roller coasters, and also 'Coo Adventure' - activities such as zip-lining, so in the season it could perhaps get a bit overrun.

There was a bakery at one point, but the shop hasn't survived the Covid period. In fact the nearest supermarket is in Trois Ponts. There's a Carrefour there (but seems rather run down and may be on its last legs) and a Delhaize (much better market). These are 30 and 45 minutes walk, respectively, from the property.

We booked this apartment for the Belgian F1 weekend and the host had set up a taxi to collect us and bring us to the gp. Highly recommended was an amazing location with great food nearby

It's a nice apartment building with restaurants attached to the building. The sound of the waterfall provides a nice background white noise.

Location was not ideal as closest grocery shop was 30 mins and during F1 weekend taxi prices are extremely expensive.
