El personal muy amable, intentó ayudar en todo lo que pudo. Las habitaciones son grandes, la cama cómoda y está todo muy limpio.

Las habitaciones en la planta baja carecen de privacidad, estás muy expuesto a que te vea cualquiera a no ser que corras las cortinas y te quedes en modo cueva. Los aires acondicionados en una habitación no funcionaba y en la siguiente que me dieron iba a medias.

Super lokalizacja obiektu, na tyle daleko że nie słychać szumu a jednocześnie blisko na plażę i do restauracji. Dodatkowo super miły Pan, który otwiera bramę.

We really enjoyed our time at Seaview Terrace in Weligama! The hospitality was top-notch; everyone was super polite and went out of their way to help us. They were generous enough to arrange both a late check-in and late check-out for us, which we truly appreciated. On top of that, being just a 2-minute walk from the ocean/beach made everything so convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for three nights with our family, renting both the villa and the apartment, and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent — close to several surf spots, the fish market, and a nearby shop, while the street itself is very quiet and peaceful. Everything in the accommodation is new and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped, with everything you need for cooking. The property is extremely comfortable, and we felt completely at home during our stay. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

The air-conditioning was not working properly and it was really hot in the apartament. Clearaly it was not well maintained.

Seaview Terrace was in a central location. Just a short walk to the beach and numerous restaurant. Rome were clean with a comfortable bed. Roof top had nice views and a full kitchen if needed. There is also a security guard to always open the gate for guest and parking for my tuktuk.

The really great advantage of the house is that it is located on a very quiet street. Unfortunately the smell from the fish restaurants was super intense for me. Overall the surrounding area is dirty, but it’s quite common in weligama. The room itself was ok, quite big yet missing something like chair/small table in. The water pressure in the sink is low, in shower is ok. The bed for the kid was not prepared in advance and the mattress and pillow had the bad smell. it was clean in the apartments same as in the whole property. The big plus is 24/7 security, every nice and charming people. The manager, Dilan, is very helpful person, he was always available on WhatsApp. It’s about 10-13 min walk from main surf schools which is quite far but easily you can use tuk tuk if needed. One night the AC wasn’t working properly and it was really hard to sleep as it was very hot in Sri Lanka that days.

El personal agradable, servicial, extraordinario. Nos gustó mucho una terraza que tienen en la parte alta, con una pequeña cocina y para disfrutar libremente. Nosotros cenamos en ella, comprando un pescado recién hecho que se puede conseguir cruzando la calle. Hay varios puestos de pescado fresco. La playa está también cruzando la carretera. La habitación cómoda, el baño limpio y cómodo aunque no tenga mampara. Cama y almohadas también cómodas. Relación calidad precio perfecta

Everything is great

First of all, very friendly and helpful staff. Dilan helped with many questions about the area and activities, helped with booking trips and even offered free rides on his scooter around nearby locations and interesting places. The place itself is conveniently located on the alley between two roads so there isn't much noise. There are several nice seafood restaurants on the beach nearby. A breezy sitting area on the roof. The room was clean, quite spacious with properly working ac and fan.

Потрясающая вилла, вернемся снова! Здесь прекрасно все, от расположения, до комфорта, теперь по порядку. Безопасность. На вилле день и ночь работает охранник, открывает и закрывает ворота, всегда приветливый, позитивный. Никто на общую территорию кроме жильцов не зайдет. Кроме того, имеется сейф, за вещи можно не переживать. Расположение. Рядом с виллой абсолютно все что нужно. Самый крупный магазин/мини-рынок фруктов с низкими ценами и огромным выбором - 1 мин. Лучшие рыбные рестораны - 1 мин. Dominos pizza -1 мин. Магазин с алкоголем, с хорошими, честными ценами и возможностью платить картой - 1 мин. Хорошая аптека - 7мин. Крупный супер-маркет - 9 мин. Автостанция с магазинами на любой вкус - 6 мин. До школы серфинга SurfUP (по нашему мнению лучшая русская школа на Шри-Ланке) - 11 мин. Комфорт На первом этаже полноценная кухня с абсолютно всем необходимым, и это - божественно. Совершенно не зависишь от времени работы ресторанов, особенно удобно при раннем серфинге. Также на первом этаже большая прихожая с удобными креслами и диванами. Мебель новая, ремонт хороший, свежий, не стыдно пригласить в гости) На втором этаже отличная кровать с крутым матрасом, душ-туалет с горячей водой (что оказывается не очень распространено на острове), балкон с креслами и столиком. Шторы плотные - спать можно и в обед. Кондиционер и Вентиляторы на потолке справляются даже в самые теплые солнечные дни, всегда комфортно. Сушилка для одежды под вентилятором - топ, иначе вещи не сохнут, особенно спасала в дождливые дни) Администратор виллы, Дилан - исключительно позитивный и отзывчивый, все наши просьбы и пожелания удовлетворил бесплатно (обмен валюты, переходники на местные розетки, трансфер до а/п, завтрак и даже блендер). Пообщавшись с другими серферами мы убедились, что это лучшее место, как по расположению, так и по удобству/комфорту, однозначно рекомендуем!

Sehr gute Lage und sehr nettes Personal!

Die Lage war sehr zentral und die Ausstattung in gutem Zustand. Es gab eine Dachterasse mit einer Küche die jeder nutzen konnte.

Die Unterkunft hat Seaview im Namen allerdings sieht man selbst von der Dachterasse aus das Meer nur mit langem Hals. Das war sehr schade. Die Ausstattung war in gutem Zustand und das Bad groß aber leider war der Wasserdruck in der Toilette und der Dusche echt nicht doll und wir hatten nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier für 3 Tage. Auf Nachfrage haben wir dann noch eine bekommen. Für etwas weniger hatten wir in Hiriketiya beinahe Luxus.

Gute Lage, man ist direkt am Strand. Der Gastgeber und der Sicherheitsmann sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich gewesen!

Handtücher etwas fleckig, aber nicht schlimm. Nachts war es ziemlich hell aufgrund einer Außenleuchte.

Komfortables Appartement, gut ausgestattet und nah am Meer. Rieiges Bad mit heißer Dusche. Wachpersonal rund um die Uhr vor Ort und sehr freundlich. Für uns die beste Unterkunft in Sri Lanka in der Preislage.

Everything - the villa is so lovely and specious, internet was so fast (we worked from there with many video calls), perfect location for surfing, it’s right in front of the villa, the staff was super helpful.

Both me and my friend were very happy about this hotel. The location was perfect! We felt also were safe and the security was super nice. The bed was comfortable, size of the room was perfect with everything you need for a simpel vacation. We would really recommend this place!

The property was clean, new, comfortable, and in a good location. There was only one security guard who was nice. The roof top was a beautiful place to eat breakfast with so many birds flying around.

The door only stayed close if you locked it. There isn’t really a view of the ocean. Lots of Moskitos.

Room and bathroom were very big and everything was clean. Shower was hot. WiFi is by far the best we've had in Sri Lanka. It was even better than at home in the UK. The rooftop was nice, clean with seating to have breakfast and take aways. It even has a kitchen on the roof to use. Staff were incredibly kind and nice. Always around to help, open the gate, security and just have a chat. They even gave us umbrellas when it rained. Location is by the sea and walking distance to everything.

Only two faults. The room isn't that sound proofed so you could hear people upstairs and when people are outside. There's no water refill station available.

Great location, staff and facilities

The villa is nice and cozy. The place is facilitated to make your experience enjoyable. Locating closer to the beach and the great service made the stay even better. Highly recommended.
