1.נעילת דלת חדר השינה לקויה, הבת הצעירה בת שמונה ננעלה בתוך החדר בלי אפשרות לפתיחת הדלת מבפנים או מבחוץ, לבסוף הצלחנו בעזרת מפתח הדלת, והידית נשארה לנו ביד. התפרקה מהדלת.2. נעילת חדר השירותים לקויה והדלת נשארת קצת פתוחה אלא אם כן מחזיקים אותה כל זמן השהייה בשירותים. 3. דלת הכניסה לדירה נפתחת מכל רוחנקלה אלא אם כן נועלים אותה. 4. נקיון סדינים מתחת לכל ביקורת מלא כתמים. חדר רחצה עם אמבטיה גבוהה שמסוכן להיכנס אליה אם מדובר בילדם או מבוגרים, אין ידית אחיזה, יש ידית שיצאה מהמקום, בקיר, ברגע שניסינו להשתמש בה.צילמתי את כל זה לבעל הבית, אמר שאין מה לעשות כרגע וירשום לפניו ועוד ניסה לטעוןהשאנחנו שברנו את המנעולים... בנוסף היה שם ארון מגירות שבור לא בר שימוש, והיה חסר שלט של המזגן באחד מחדרי השינה. לעניין הנקיון והתחזוקה, על אדן החלון מבחוץ היה קן יונים עם 2 ביצים, רשת היתושים היתה קרועה, והכניסה וחדר המדרגות הם של בניין ישן ולא מתוחזק כראוי מבחינת תאורה בחדר המדרגות ותחזוקת צבע וניקיון סבירים.

Reviewed May 10, 2024We stayed here last year too. Came back because it is worthy enough for ua to come back. We were not disappointed. Basically everything is good exclamation the 64 steps we need to negotiate daily.

Not the apartment, but the building and the neighborhood are very worn and unfriendly looking; The apartment itself was good, but the staircase with no light at night, and the area not so much; We also found a roach as soon as we opened the door (only one, which means it’s from other apartments, which is not surprising based on the outside look of the building);

Reviewed Oct 2, 2022The apartment was as described, clean, and looked pretty decent for a one-night trip to Tiberias. For the price, it was excellent. The apartment is complete with appliances and towels.
They failed to mention it's an apartment on the 4th floor without an elevator, which was a bit annoying, considering we had some suitcases. Still for the price offered it was ok I guess.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2022the apartment was well equipped, AC worked well (it was 40C during the day and 28C at night, for me pretty scary), the host was responsive and helpful.
Didn't like is too much said, but I would feel more comfortable with English when speaking via phone. Finally a mix of English and Russian made the job.

The place was very dirty. There is a poop all over the toilet. The bed linens are very dirty and the pillow covers has a terrible smell. There is a dust all over the place. The bathroom is not also clean
