Manque d'isolation. Nous entendions totalement les voisins et leur enfant. Notre chambre avait une porte qui donnait sur la chambre d'à côté. Cela peut etre difficile a gerer.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026We stayed in Studio 1. We had a little kitchenette and a door opening out to the garden. It’s a short walk to the centre. I had forgotten breakfast was included. What a nice surprise to find a package at the door.
That we hadn’t booked for more nights! I looked on the description to see if there was a washing machine but it wasn’t mentioned. When you’re travelling it’s nice to plan ahead for when you wash.

Alleen contact met de beheerder via e-mail. Geen persoonlijk contact gehad, ook niemand gezien tijdens al die dagen dat we er waren. Op zich niks mis mee, maar ik vind het nogal onpersoonlijk.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Sehr schöner großer Balkon. Das Bad ausreichend groß mit Fenster. Gute Lage, Parkmöglichkeit im Hof. Schlüsselübergabe perfekt gelöst!
Frühstück war ein wenig lieblos, aber ausreichend. Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber durchaus funktional und supersauber.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Die ruhige Lage von CasaViva,wir hatten das Studio mit Terrasse was für uns optimal war da ich Schwerbehindert bin und nur mit dem Rollator unterwegs sein kann!Auch für meine Frau welche letztes Jahr einen Schlaganfall hatte war die Ruhe das beste für denn manchmal sind viele Menschen für meine Frau das Chaos und unser kleiner Hund hatte seinen Spaß! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Virlen Dank für das kostenlose Update. Die Wohnung hat eine super Aussicht von allen Zimmern aus, hell, und der Balkon hat Sonne pur von spät morgens bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles bestens unf funktional. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Die Lage ist sensationell, sodass man das Auto getrost stehen lassen kann auf dem Privatparkplatz.
Nörgeln auf hohem Niveau....es dürfte noch eine Raffel haben in der Küche. Die Wasserhahnen tropfen etwas.

Besteck und sonstige Ausrüstung auf das Minimum reduziert. Bequeme Betten, ruhige Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (ca 100 m).
Ein "Facelifting" würde dem Appartement gut anstehen. Relativ geringe Inhouse Schallisolation.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025Grosses Studio, sehr sauber mit bequemem Bett und geräumigem Bad. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei unserem Angebot (war reduziertes Preusangebot).
Die Küchenecke ist etwas veraltet vom Stil und leider fehlt ein Backofen. Man hört die Bewohner des Nachbarstudios sehr gut da es an Schallisolierung fehlt. Für zwei Nächte machbar, für länger wäre es mir zu laut.

The soundproofing of the apartment was poor, noises and rattling could be heard from the neighboring rooms. The apartment did not have many comforts, for example, the promised iron was not found. A toaster would have been nice.

Möblierung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In der Küche wäre ein Toaster gut, da kein Backofen vorhanden. Anstelle des Duschvorhangs eine Duschwand wäre angenehmer.

Gedateerde inrichting, sfeerloos, weinig plek om toiletspullen handig neer te zetten, bed kraakte enorm (oud ledikant), te dun hoofdkussen, douchegordijn (plakt tegen je aan onder de douche), schoonmaaksters al vroeg in de ochtend bezig en veel stemmen op de gang, uitslapen is er niet bij.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2024It was really pleasant stay, comfort kitchen with all needed, really spacious room, huge terrace with nice mountain view. Clean and nicely designed apartment. Comfortable bed, silky pleasant bedclothes. Extremely clean air that helps you fall asleep like a baby.
The only thing that is out of the apartment responsibilities - is the bell that wakes you up pretty early.

If you are only staying one or two days, I think it's worth buying the breakfast which is served just across in another hotel (also very cute!) And definitely have tea and a treat at Liu's Teahouse almost just around the corner, this was phenomenal. Lastly, this is a lovely region, we didn't know much about before and we'd definitely go back.

I would have preferred more coffee pods. We only had 2 and those were finished on day 1. A fan would have been nice as well for the hot day. Nothing more to add.

The view from the windows were beautiful! We liked that we were able to make complete dark inside. There was possibility to make a raclette and other things too.
