SCAM with Security Deposit. I paid RM200 deposit on arrival via QR. Several days AFTER check-out they made a fraudulent claim for RM450 for "Nicotine Cleaning" even though I am a non-smoker and caused NO damage. They sent fake photos to Booking.com as proof. Do NOT pay any cash/QR deposit here. They will charge you again later for fake damages. Booking.com is reviewing this case. Not recommended.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026It was not a good place to stay. The beds were so uncomfortable and old the apartment smelt really bad and wasn't clean. The bed sheets smelt of damp washing. Host doesn't respond quickly. There is no laundry service. Still waiting for a response on my deposit I paid. I have contacted booking.com to help with this. Location is not ideal and far from most things.

The booking deposit quite high while other hotels just take Rm100, this one take Rm200 and it took a long time to get pay back cause another hotel give back deposit imidiately after check out.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Suasana apartmen ni sangat 'sweet' dan deco dia memang lawa sangat, sedap mata memandang. Anak-anak paling seronok sebab ada katil double decker khas untuk mereka. Bagi yang berkeluarga, dapur dia memang terbaik sebab barang dan kelengkapan memasak semua penuh. Rasa macam duduk rumah sendiri. Highly recommended!
The host delay in response esp part check in and refund deposit. Certain are got no line there, the host should be more proactive by making call etc. Hope to improve next time.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026Great!!! Staying at A'Moss Farmstary is a great experience! The enviroment & scenary is exactly as advertise! Special thanks to admin Ms Ana; she is very friendly, helpfull. We had a pleasant stay with 3 adults and 2 kids. The environment was peaceful and relaxing. Perfect if you are looking get away from the city. The place itself was clean & comfortable.. Definitely a good choice for family 😍.
We are going to bring our kids to the pool. They are saying we need to register at the main door. We are waiting almost 30 minutes to go in bcoz only 6 people are allowed to get in. There is a small pool only. After waiting for 45 minutes then we decided to leave. Cannot enter at all. Management needs to do something regarding this matter.

The host was responsive, making check-in and everything else super smooth. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and food spots. Overall, it felt like a cozy home away from home
One small downside was the flooring, since the weather in Cameron Highlands is quite cold, it would be more comfortable if there were carpets or rugs in more areas, as the floor can get quite chilly on bare feet.

Reviewed Dec 21, 2025Lovely apartment and excellent value for money. It has everything you need and a lot of extra touches that you wouldn't expect for this price point - shampoo, shower gel, coffee maker. I loved all the plants and the extra blankets were great too.
The common areas were a little dirty but the apartment was great, no real issues at all.

Only not good is the staff and customer service, took 2 days to reply to you sometimes 3 days. Worst part is deposit system, they put on hold to your money and only release for about 30 days. Please know they will only process your refund after 3 working days which add more waiting time. Really efficient.

Peralatan dapur yang lengkap seperti kuali, dapur gas, water heater dan kopi/gula/creamer. Next time, saya 100% guarantee akan book dekat sini. Air paip dalam bilik air laju. Air panas pun ada. Terbaik !!!

Deposit tak dipulangkan sampai ke hari ni.saya cek in 15/9/2025 cek out 16/9/2025.hari ni 19/9/2025 deposit tak dipulangkan.jangan guna alasan bank tahan!sebab bila dah transfer terus ke customer mane ada bank nak tahan?alasan tak logik gila..tilam bila tidur tengelam.tolong lah beli tilam lain.sebab tilam yang sedia ada terlalu lama dah nak tidur memang tak selesa..karpet pun tak ada.pihak penyewa nak balas masej punyalah payah.banyak lah kena tambah baik lagi.

ruangan rumah dipenuhi dengan hiasan yg x perlu n mnyempitkn lg ruang rumah cth kabinet hiasan piring2.. Cadar kotor n berbau.. Toilet master bedroom berbau... Cadangan sy tlg minimalist kn ruangan yg ada spya lbh menarik n tersusun kemas.. Ia lbh selesa utk family yg ada ank2 kecil. N tlg tukar @ basuh cadar n selimut setiap kali guest check out.... Kebersihan sgt2 perlu diutamakan..

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025Il residence era molto bello. Tutto subito sembra complicato trovare il proprio appartamento, ma fatto il percorso una volta è tutto più chiaro. Le informazioni dell'host erano super dettagliate e chiarissime. L'appartamento era spazioso, vicino ad una giungla dove si sentono i versi degli animali.
E' in cima ad una collina, quindi dalla strada principale bisogna farsi un bel pezzo a piedi in salita per arrivare al residence
