Logement très sale et à fortement besoin de rafraîchissement : salle de bain avec beaucoup de moisissures sur les murs et sur les joints de la douche par exemple, des cheveux dans la douche et lavabo… toilettes sales, papier toilettes tachés…le matelas taché… tête de lit de la chambre du haut taché… etc.. Très froid dans la maison, malgré un petit chauffage d’appoint. Des mobiliers abîmés.. C’est dommage car la maison a un fort potentiel.. !

La saleté du four, la graisse coulait de la grille la plaque etait très sale, les serviettes de toilettes petites et sales, pas de serviette pour la vaisselle, pas de torchon pour les mains, pas d’essais tout, le drap sur le canapé taché le froid 18°C c était humide la vaisselle pas propre de la moisissure surtout dans la salle de bain pas de rideau à la douche, le tapis de douche était mouillé voir même trempé à notre arrivées Les escaliers sont très raide surtout celle pour monter dans la grande chambre très dangereux Pas d armoire ou meuble pour ranger les affaires L’isolation inexistante on entendait les voisins L’appartement 18 n’y a pas de terrasse comme sur les photos Je souhaite bon courage au prochain D habitude je fais un petit brin de ménage là non !!!! Et aucun geste commercial A ÉVITER

Very nice apartment, rooms were very clean and location was very good. You can get half of the way to the airport also with electric scooters.

Dishes were a bit dirty and there was no coffee even if there was the machine.

Op bovenste stapelbed lag geen echte matras. Comfort was daardoor la la Verder stond op die kamer geen stoel of iets dergelijks om kleren op te leggen

Les draps étaient sales et sentaient mauvais Les serviettes de bain étaient pratiquement toutes tachées. Salle de bain moisie, mauvaise ventilation . Assez bruyant la nuit , pas mal de passage de véhicules à allure rapide.

Hygiene dramatisch, achtergebleven drugs, stinkende geuren, zwarte schimmel in de toiletruimte. En als je via booking of via eigenaar zelf een refund of gedeelde refund wilt word er geen gehoor gegeven negeert eigenaar booking en krijg je €10 reistegoed als een soort excuus. Alleen boeken als je echt niet anders kan genoeg verblijven voor dezelfde prijs in de regio!!!!!! Ervaren booking gebruiker hier luister alstublieft!

Tai pirmiausia užsakant apartamentus, nera informacijos, kad miegamasis įkurdintas trečiam pastato aukšte, kad į jį reikia lipti KOPĖČIOMIS, beje murzinomis. Atvykau su neigaliu vaiku, tad suprantama miegojom svetainej. Bute buvo šalta, vonioj labai šalta, šildymas neveikė, likome po keliones neišsimaudę. Duru kodine spyna užsikerta, prie duru stovejau su kruva lagaminu ir vaiku apie 15min kol patekome į vidu. Labai nerekomenduoju, prasčiausi apartamentai kokiuose esame buve lyginant kainas ES.

Close to airport

Bathroom was not very clean and plates and cutlery had to be rewashed before using. It smelled badly of cigarettes too.

Le service voiture proposé est pratique pour aller à l’aéroport tout proche. Il faut un peu marcher ou payer 10 euros pour être déposé directement devant mais c’est très pratique et la ponsctualite est parfaite. C’est un vrai plus pour le logement qui est parfaitement propre et fidèle aux photos.

Le rapport qualité prix est bon. Les matelas sont un peu trop mous à mon goût et la chambre parentale un peu basse de plafond, mais vu le prix il ne faut pas trop en demander. Prévoir des bouchons si vous voulez vous endormir tôt car la proximité de l’aéroport est appréciable mais c’est forcément un peu bruyant.

Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass wir sehr viel Schimmel und Stockflecken im Badezimmer feststellen mussten. Weiterhin war die Ausstattung speziell das Sofa sehr spartanisch. Ein flackerndes Flutlicht vor der Eingangstür kombiniert mit einer Kameraaufnahme hat zusätzlich keinen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Abschließend ist ein Teil der E-Installation sehr grenzwertig. Und sehr steile Treppen mit unterschiedlich langen Stufen sorgten für sehr viel Stolpern und großer Gefahr für unser Kind.

EL apartamento está muy bien, espacioso y limpio. La comunicación con el anfitrión muy correcta. El lugar muy tranquilo y cerca del aeropuerto.

El hecho que tuviéramos que dejar el apartamento a las 10 horas, pero lo entiendo ya que son normas del apartamento. Hubiera sido mejor salir a las 11. Por otra parte, se tiene que vigilar mucho con las escaleras para subir a la habitación superior.

A takarításra sokkal több figyelmet kellene fordítani ! Koszos konyha, fürdőszoba ! Illetve a napi 3-4 üzenet is kicsit túlzás. Egyszer elég a házirendet elküldeni , mindenki felfogja szerintem .

Molto sporca, il bagno non era stato pulito , casa davvero poco accogliente. Abbiamo avuto problemi e la porta non si chiudeva, ci è stato scritto in un secondo momento che bisognava alzare in alto... Ce ne siamo andati e non abbiamo dormito lì.

the location was not clean enough, the sheets in the bedroom looked like they were not changed after the previous guests; the floor in the living room was dirty and the carpet was dirty as well.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance of the airport and offers ample space. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the ground floor is overall great.

We did not like the noise from cars passing at high speed. There was no air conditioning, and during the summer, it became very hot inside the house, forcing us to keep the windows open. Our children, who slept on the first floor, were swarmed by mosquitoes and ended up with at least 20 bites each, despite our efforts to hunt them down, close the windows, and use anti-mosquito products. This property should have mosquito nets. Honestly, when we saw the bites in the morning, we thought they had been attacked by bed bugs or spiders, but upon checking the bedroom, we found mosquitoes on the walls. Additionally, there was no soap in the bathroom, which was a significant drawback since we had to go to the shop to buy some. The second-floor bedroom was unsuitable for our needs; it was incredibly hot there, and we struggled to get a good night's sleep.

This was my second time staying here. I simply love the convivence and it has a lot of space. Our host have always been ready to answer any questions. It is very close to the airport by CAR! We made the mistake last time and walked from the airport and the walk from the airport is not designed for pedestrians...Besides that, wonderful stay! We will definitely stay again.

We arrived at night each time. I do not know if it is the lighting at the front door was very dark. When we called for a taxi, several taxis said they do not pick up in that area. That seemed strange, it made it seem like they knew something about that area we did not know.

VERY steep stairs. With a baby, I would NOT recommend it at all. The floor was very cold. I recommend to leave slippers for guests. The cot appeared wobbly so we didn`t use it. Overall it was ok.

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was extremely accommodating, always available, and communicated with us quickly and efficiently. We felt very comfortable in the apartment—it was clean, cozy and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The property was near the airport and a bus stop. It was sufficient for a short stay.

I guess you should ask this to the owner of the property itself since we were unable to access the property itself ! The owner for small measure sent a link to the video the day after we were to check in - I am wondering if the video described the checkout or the checkin instructions !!t

The location was so badly located . I would not recommend anyone with family and having little to waste to use this premises. Consider factoring a 3km walk from the terminal to the apartment with the luggage etc.. before going for this one, with no decent transfer options like regular public transport, taxis etc ! It’s so inaccurately represented in the Booking website

Nice apartment, around 20 minutes walking to the airport. Perfect for 1 night between flights. There is a dedicatd parking place.

We stayed there on Sunday and there were no open restaurants around. We managed to find only one fast food place.

House could use some more cleaning here and there. Given the fact that you can't do much in the surroundings it was very disappointing that wifi (tv) was not working. Interior doesn't look as warm as on the photos (maybe some plants here and there could add some atmosphere).

Property was very clean and had all the necessary facilities. The owner was always reachable and provided detailed information. We loved the list of the nearby sightseeing and facilities (like supermarket, restaurant), that was made by the owner really thoughtfully! It really helped us! Also perfect location if you have to catch a flight. It took us 30-40minutes to reach the Airport by foot. Really friendly neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

Location was great if you need to get to early CRL flight. House is very big, comfortable, has parking lot and all you need for the day. We had a good time and a good rest for our 6 AM flight.

Very friendly owner who communicated extremely well. Spacious apartment with everything we needed for a one night stop over. Comfortable beds. Clean, light and airy. Very nice Italian restaurant just around the corner, little pricey but good and unfortunately didn't leave room for pudding

The apartment felt like it needed a deep clean. The bedding was very well worn and could do with being replaced. The stairs up to the top floor are very steep particularly when carrying suitcases, which could be an issue for some. The apartment was ok for a one night stay but wouldn't have wanted to stay longer.

The house isn't ideal for staying with a young child. It was chilly throughout when we arrived, and, especially in the attic bedroom, despite our efforts to warm it up, there was a noticeable draft. Despite being very close to the airport, if you're not willing to walk half an hour, access to the airport is not very convenient by public transportation. We had to pay 30 euros for a 4 km ride

The location is perfect just before the flight from Charleroi Airport. The house is so clean and you have everything you need. The owners are very welcoming and they want to make sure that you are comfortable in the house.

I usually do not write reviews but this time I have taken my time to write one because of the dissatisfaction caused by this booking. Since we have arrived around 23.00 o clock it would have been complicated to go elsewhere for that night. The main problems with this property: cleanliness: stains on the bed and hairs on the sheets (Most likely the sheets have not been been changed... I covered the pillow with a T shirt...) the height of the main bedroom: less than 150 cm one the sides when you get out of the bed... So you will probably kick your head on the deck ifyou are not a really small person ... the very steep and dangerous steps from the bedroom to the lower floor where the the bathroom is... Going down from the bedroom requires being very careful which is a little bit more complicated at night. From my point of view, this property is to be avoided by regular or older people. But of course if you don't care about the cleaning, if you love to sleep in a tent where the height above the head is not a problem and if you enjoy climbing the mountains then you may like this property. I have asked the owner for a refund for this total unpleasant experience which he refused. So at least you know what to expect if you go there.

The apartment is cosy and very well equipped. The owner gave us extremely accurate instructions and everything worked out smoothly. The private parking as well as the keys in the locker next to the door gave us complete freedom and the position with respect to the airport makes this apartment an excellent option for taking a plane early in the morning.

It was a bit cold on the ground floor although the heating was on and at the maximum. However, there was a pellets stove we did not use. Not sure it was possible to switch it on, though (but we did not ask).

Stayed at this apartment – just 5 mins from the airport. The large space had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bonus: private parking! Highly recommend for a hassle-free and convenient experience.

It was an extremely long walk from the airport to the location! We could not get a car service to come to our location the next day. They kept saying they did not come to the area. Uber, Lyft, and other taxis companies. Why? I do not know.

The road was busy and loud.

It is a large house in a duplex. It contains a large living room at the ground level with a couch and kitchenette, first level contains a room having a double bed and a bathroom and the second floor, in the mansard, has a double bed.

A chair (or a clothes horse) to leave the clothes when going to sleep, near the bed at the mansard would be very helpful. The stairs to the mansard may be difficult to climb for some people.
