Buscabamos un alojamiento cerca de la costa de corralejo y estaba a 5 min caminando

Horrible el estado en el que se encuentra, mobiliario viejo y sucio y la mayoría en mal estado o con humedades, olor a bajante y humedad insoportable, y colchas, cabecero o cojines sucios. Según entramos del check-in encontramos las sábanas húmedas y el wc roto, del que salía todo el agua al usarlo, perdimos parte de tiempo de nuestras vacaciones para que nos dieran soluciones las cuales fueron trasladarnos al día siguiente a un apartamento inferior o esperar a que vinieran a arreglarlo ese día, trasladamos nuestro malestar del que decidimos abandonar la estancia al pasar la noche ahí y no obtuvimos respuesta, estamos en espera aun de la devolución de, al menos, las noches no disfrutadas.

The location of this property for our needs was perfect. Short Walking distance to absolutely everything. The bungalows are very quiet which is what we wanted. Perfect size swimming pool. Enough sun loungers for each person in the bungalow. The property was very well maintained and the maintenance people were very friendly. We only had a slight issue with the air con but this was sorted out straight away, and was down to us, not the air con unit itself.

There was nothing not to like!!

Ho chiesto se ci fosse il parcheggio auto prima di arrivare e mi hanno detto che c'era, all'arrivo incontro un signore che mi dice che l'auto bisognava metterla dove c'era posto quindi era assente un parcheggio riservato. Il bagno puzzava di fogna un odore nauseante che costringeva a rimanere sempre la porta del bagno chiusa e quando si entrava era una catastrofe. Ho sollecitato del problema e mi hanno risposto che mi facevano sapere quando venivano a controllare e niente non é mai venuto nessuno. Pulizia della stanza ogni 7 giorni. Come si può pulire la stanza e cambiare gli asciugamani ogni 7 giorni? Sembrava uno scherzo. Posizione molto lontana dal centro e dalle spiagge. Non consiglio assolutamente

El apartamento estaba muy bien, la cocina muy equipada y con aire acondicionado en la habitación. Con la piscina y las hamacas se estaba muy cómodo.

Encontramos alguna cucaracha en la habitación algunos días, al ser planta baja. Esto hacía que al llegar a casa tuviéramos que revisar toda la estancia para comprobar que no hubiese más.

The apartment was gorgeous, all the facilities were clean and comfortable. Aor conditioning very good especially in the summer heat. The pool area was right in the sun while each apartment terrace gave you shade when needed. Great location. Shopping center directly across the road with large supermarket. Less than 10minute walk to the strip where large selection of bars and restaurants. Access to beach less than 5 minute walk. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Appartamento funzionale e comodo in un residence tranquillo che vanta un'ottima posizione (a due passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia, con piccolo centro commerciale praticamente di fronte), la piscina e la gentilezza dei gestori/personale di pulizia. Inoltre, disponibile saletta per i bagagli (questo mi ha consentito godermi la giornata dopo il check-out, in attesa di andare in aeroporto).

Al mio arrivo, odore di fogna dal bagno nonostante fosse pulito (risolto facendo scorrere un po' l'acqua, aggiungendo candeggina gel e bruciando un po' di incenso).

Kitchen was a little tired but functional.

La casa e il complesso sono molto belli e ben tenuti. Purtroppo, però, il nostro soggiorno non è stato all'altezza delle aspettative. Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti. Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo notato un leggero odore di umido e le pulizie non erano state effettuate in modo accurato. La prima sera abbiamo trovato una blatta morta all'interno dell'appartamento, che abbiamo rimosso pensando fosse un episodio isolato. La seconda sera, invece, verso le 22, ho trovato due blatte vive che camminavano tra i cuscini del letto. Dopo aver controllato meglio la stanza, ci siamo accorti che nella camera da letto erano presenti complessivamente sei blatte. È stata un'esperienza davvero spiacevole e inaccettabile, che ci ha costretti a contattare immediatamente la struttura. Devo però riconoscere che l'assistenza è stata eccellente. In poco tempo ci è stata trovata una soluzione alternativa e abbiamo potuto trasferirci in un altro alloggio. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Anna, che ci ha seguito con grande disponibilità, professionalità e gentilezza durante tutta la gestione del problema. È un vero peccato, perché la struttura ha un grande potenziale, ma la pulizia e il controllo degli infestanti devono essere migliorati per garantire un soggiorno all'altezza delle aspettative.

Great private space in small complex.

Additional towels would have been nice. Mattress was low quality memory foam and far too firm.

Good location, bungalow had everything you needed for self catering although we ate out every night. lovely small pool and water nice, not cold at all, lovely and quiet at night at the apartment also.

It was a shame but we had quite a lot of cockroaches, we reported to to maintenance, they did come and give us some spray and we did kill a few then the middle of the week they came again and gave us some product to put down the sink/shower and kitchen plug holes which we did, we sealed everything up then and left it for the day, after that we didnt see any more but this was now the Thursday of our second week, they did offer to move us to another one of their properties on that day but we declined as we didnt want the upheaval by that time. To be fair it was only the cockroaches that spoilt it for us everything else was fine.

Parking was difficult Neighbourhood dogs barking late at night. I appreciate this is something the owners can’t control.

This is the third time we’ve stayed here and it’s great. Would not stay anywhere else. The apartments are clean well stocked with cooking utensils what is there not to like. Lovely pool your own sun beds and umbrella. Right across the road is a shopping centre for supermarket restaurants clothes shopping. And it is so quiet at night. About 400 metres to the main strip. Will be returning next year

Loved the location and pool. Kitchen had all utensils necessary to cook. Entire apartment was very clean and it was a quiet area, very close to a shopping centre

La verdad que la ubicación me fue de lujo. Las instalaciones bastante comodas.

No sabría poner pegas, todo lo que necesité fun ionó muy bien.

Inizialmente sembrava ttt molto pulito ma poi,Il bagno puzzava sempre di fogna, odore molto forte, dietro lo schienale del letto era pieno di cucaracha e di muffa, ho sollecitato più volte la referente che rispondeva dopo parecchio tempo, il ragazzo della manutenzione mi ha lasciato il medicinale contro le cucaracha e mi ha chiuso dei buchi delle prese che pendevano da dove forse entravano. Pieno di formiche ovunque,probabilmente ne avrò ingerita qualcuno perché minuscole e ovunque.Vado a fuerte da diversi anni, so che ci sono le cucaracha ma in camera dietro le schienale del letto e poi così tant’è formiche non mi era mai capitato.

Great location, private and quiet

Supercar clean and tidy. Excellent location for both restaurants, shops and beach. Nice and quiet with friendly fellow guests. Well equipped with the simple home bits. I’ll be back for another visit and recommend to all.

WiFi was a bit limited and did not cover the bedroom.

Quite comfortable and peaceful

Bit of damp in bedroom where paint was flaking of walls and drains could do with a bit of attention as toilet sometimes emptied completely leaving a smell of drains in the apartment. Fine if you checked it and made sure it had water in it. This is me being very critical but maybe when you next refurbish the place pay renew the drains system as I understand they are probably very old and may need some updating otherwise a loverly stay.

Perfect location for access to the main strip, supermarket in the little square across the road and the beach a short walk away. Love it so much we extended our stay. Peaceful and relaxing with everything you need. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived later in the evening, no toilet roll, 1x would have been useful until we could get to the shop the next morning and some drain cleaner as the bathroom does smell from the drains, not a fault of the apartment though and if you keep bathroom door closes its fine.

The bungalows were lovely and fully equipped with everything you need , very clean , comfy bed , lovely patio area and sunbeds , private , quiet and with the pool for guests only and with adults only it was very relaxing . Location was ideal with shops/bars/restaurants/ beaches all within walking distance.

Posizione ottima, vicino al centro e vicino alla spiaggia, L'appartamento molto accogliente e arredato bene, il letto è molto comodo e grande, uno spazio per il guarda roba, un piccolo salottino con divano e tavolino e una cucina fornitissima, dagli utensili e gli elettrodomestici

Il wi fi è troppo lento e a volte inutilizzabile, Il bagno è un po piccolo e la doccia non ha una tenda quindi ogni volta il bagno restava tutto bagnato wc compreso, Le luci accanto ai letti non funzionavano (o non abbiamo capito come farle funzionare) e non ci sono prese accanto al letto

Las sillas del comedor, con mucho uso La pintura quitada de los respaldos. Por lo demás, todo correcto, limpio, amplio, buena ubicación

Goede communicatie, zag er schoon uit, niet helemaal spik en span maar prima. Bed slaapt goed en goede locatie.

Mag wel wat onderhoud aan gebeuren. Douchewater loopt de badkamer uit en boiler is snel leeg. Bank zit niet al te best. Beddengoed was schoon maar zag er echt niet uit met allemaal gaten en scheuren. Zou wel degelijk moeten zijn.

wir sind früher ausgezogen, weil weder die kaputte Lampe repariert wurde, noch ein Ersatzfernseher gestellt wurde, die Matraze auf dem Schlafsofa war mit gelben Flecken übersäht, ständig war ein Reparateur im Studio, bis heute keine Entschädigung erhalten, obwohl booking.com alle Beweisbilder von mir bekommen hat und die Inhaber anschrieb - hier kam keine Reaktion mehr!

Nice small quiet complex only 8 units, outside area all southfacing, staff very accomodating, very thorough with cleaning..nice hot shower,comfortable bed..5 mins walk to main street, 2 mins walk to supermarket, big fridge..use of safe and washing machine. Stayed extra 2 days.!

The towels a little worse for wear especially hand towels, need renewing. It really needs a lick of paint ,especially in bedroom and doorframe in bathroom. Only small things but would make a difference..would stay there again..

Location and staff excellent.

Toilet seat was broken on arrival, but was fixed after a few days. Damp in the bedroom with mould near the air conditioning unit. Advertised satellite tv but there was none. Also inside wardrobes was very damp feeling on our clothes.

The bed was nice and comfortable and the pillows were pretty decent. The shower was a good flow and the location was pretty central and close to bars, restaurants and shops. Wasn't noisy and close to beach. Complex itself was small and quiet with a big enough pool for a dip.

There's an issue with gaining easy entry as you don't have a key and the door didn't open easy at all after putting in the code, had to eventually look over the wall and ask a resident to let us in. Most of the other holidaymakers said they had also had the same experience so may help if this was looked at. Lounge looks a bit tired and could maybe do with a lick of paint and general update of some items. Only 1 cereal bowl so could do with 2 at least and perhaps 2 or 3 dish towels. No instructions on how to use the cooker and not having seen something like this before it took us until Wednesday to learn how it worked. The bathroom itself is fine but shower slightly high which makes the screen less effective which thus increases the floor getting wet and the floor towel being soaked. The tv could do with an update if only to have at least 1 english news channel to watch the news over breakfast. All in all a decent stay and would probably visit again.

Location very good. Site is nice and small, walk out of room on to your own sunbeds, very convenient. Once we had Anna's WhatsApp contact good. Was able to leave cases till Noon as well.

Needs kitchen revamp to match rest of facility. Needs an oven. Also couldn't get TV to work. Lack of information pack, no info on rubbish bins, recycling etc. Pre-holiday information a little hard work through Booking.com, would be better with direct access tto Anna

Location, the outside setup re pool, sun loungers, table and chairs. The kitchen area was very good despite there not being an oven. Very comfortable bed.

There was no windows with an outside view, bizarrely they were frosted over. There had been dampness in a few places that had been poorly resolved.

The location was great for us as it is close to the beach, the Campanario and my sister who was staying at nearby accommodation. The apartment complex would be really good for couples but also solo travellers as it is quite small and secure. The apartments have the sun all day long!! :)

I feel you cannot change this - it feels that the apartments are so close together it could feel too cramped and overlooked. The pool was too cold to swim in - that was a shame. if the pool was heated in the winter months it would be better.

Perfect location near to shops and restaurants. The bungalows were quiet and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the set up as we could sunbathe right outside our bungalow. The tall fridge was an asset as we enjoyed the flexibility of eating and drinking at the accommodation during the day. We had a really relaxing stay.

The pool was cold but I expected that at this time of year.

Il y avait une odeur de renfermé et d'humidité assez forte dans le logement. De plus, nous avons eu la très mauvaise surprise de rencontrer un cafard au milieu de l'appartement, nous aurions pu nous en passer, surtout pour ce prix.

L’appartamento ha tutto quello che serve, si trova in una zona abbastanza comoda e vicino al centro di Corralejo.

C’era un odore non piacevole nel bagno, non siamo riusciti a capire cosa fosse o come fare per mandarlo via. A parte questo tutto bello.

The location of the property is ideal for local bars, restaurants and low key bar nightlife. A well stocked supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. Easy access in and out. The property offers a more relaxed quieter feel when you're at the villa. If hiring a car, parking is free on the surrounding streets so you're always close by.

Whilst the villa's are exceptionally clean and comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with the very basic's for your holiday which if you like cooking at home in the villa like us can make it harder than you'd like it to be on vacation. If you're going to be out and about in local resort eateries then this is great as a base to explore.

Visited a few times, love the Neptuno

Would have liked a towel change but then I found out there was a new washing machine that I could use. This is an excellent addition the bungalows.

Overall this was good value for money. I had no issues at all, I would have stayed longer if there was availability. I have no doubt there are bigger villas with better facilities, but based on the cost, this was good value for money.

There was no real natural light in the bathroom or bedroom.

La ubicación. Está muy cerca del centro de Corralejo. La urbanización es muy coqueta y muy completa con una zona estupenda para tomar el sol. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario. Utensilios de cocina, perfectos.

Las almohadas podrían mejorar, una de ellas era muy buena, pero el resto, se podrían renovar.

Was netjes ingericht en schoon. Ligging van het complex is top! Vlakbij winkelcentrum en centrum Corralejo. Alles op loopafstand.

Er is weinig kastruimte in de studio. Zeker in de badkamer kan je niets kwijt. Kleine boiler. Je kan niet achter elkaar douchen. Dan staat er één koud te douchen. De langwerpige kussens op bed vonden wij verschrikkelijk liggen. Maar dat is persoonlijk. De stoeltjes buiten daar houd je het max 10 minuten op uit! Wij hebben de stoeltjes van binnen buiten neergezet. Verder heeft het terras van de studio maar tot 15.00 zon in november. Dat is jammer omdat je juist daarvoor komt in november.

Great location. Close to supermarket. Easy 5 minutes walk to the beach. Peaceful location with shared pool. Bars and restaurants close by. The terrace outside bungalow got sunshine for most of the day.
