Deluxe STUDIO-appartement Heemstede Zandvoort

Zuerst einmal wurden wir ganz herzlich von der Besitzerin Reni begrüßt. Sie und Ihr Mann waren die ganze Zeit für uns und unsere Fragen da. Beide waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns wie bei Freunden gefühlt. Das Zimmer sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht, ist da. Parkplatz konnten wir genau vor der Haustür ergattern und Reni hat unser Auto registriert, so dass wir kostenlos parken konnten. Toll war auch, dass wir uns für 10€ pro Tag jeweils ein Fahrrad leihen konnten. Alte Drahtesel, aber absolut funktionsfähig und für den Weg nach Haarlem und zum Strand auch absolut ausreichend. Als ein Fahrrad einen Platten hatte, haben wir direkt Ersatz bekommen. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer Hauptstraße, aber hat auch Fenster zum Hinterhof raus. Wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Neben einem Doppelbett gibt es noch ein Einzelbett / Sofa. Wir haben beides genutzt, da meiner Begleitung das Bett etwas zu hart war, ich es aber super fand. Alles eine Frage der Gewohnheit und der Geschmackssache. Was man wissen sollte, sind die typischen steilen Treppen in holländischen Häusern. Einfach etwas Vorsicht walten lassen, aber alles machbar. Das Badezimmer ist eine Etage tiefer, aber man hat es für sich alleine. Die Lage fanden wir echt top. Kurzer Weg zum Einkaufen und zur Einkaufspassage in Heemstede sowie zu diversen Restaurants. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell in Haarlem und in ca. 25 Minuten am Strand von Zandvoort. Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt!!! Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Per accedere al bagno c’è una scala a chiocciola descritta comunque nell’appartamento La proprietaria la signora Reni davvero gentile e disponile Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di noleggiare delle ottime bici a €10,00 al giorno Bellissima zona vicino alla stazione dei treni e a 5 km da Haarlem raggiungibile in bicicletta.

Le logement est bien aménagé et situé au dernier étage d'une maison familiale. La chambre est très spacieuse, ce qui est agréable. Un petit coin cuisine a également été aménagé, ce qui est appréciable. La gare est facilement accessible à pied, ce qui est pratique pour se rendre à Haarlem ou à Amsterdam en train. Enfin, le style chaleureux et rétro du logement mérite d'être souligné.

Quelques points pourraient toutefois être améliorés. Tout d'abord, le lavabo de la salle de bains est très petit, ce qui rend le rasage ou la toilette du visage un peu moins pratiques. Ensuite, nous étions présents pendant la Coupe du Monde et avons trouvé l'écran de télévision assez petit et mal positionné par rapport au lit. Par ailleurs, bien que la chambre soit spacieuse, la hauteur sous plafond est limitée par endroits en raison de sa situation sous les toits, ce qui peut gêner les personnes de grande taille. Enfin, le réfrigérateur peut être légèrement bruyant pendant la nuit.

The hosts were so lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough for you to make sure you had a comfortable and an enjoyable stay.. there was a balcony we also got to use to sit out and enjoy some drinks before we went off for the day , remi gave us lots of info on places to go and visit and also where to dine . When we were leaving we even had a cuppa and and nice chat in their back garden before we left 😊, such a lovely place a little walk to tran station and buses .

This is an excellent location! We used the nearby train to get around and found it very convenient for travel to Haarlem, Amsterdam, and Delft. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was roomy. The hosts were absolutely incredible, providing us with valuable information about the area, as well as being great company. We felt like we were staying with our favorite friends or family!

The location was great for our requirements. It was a 10mins walk from the train station and about a 10-15 walk to Heemstede main shopping street, where the cafes and restaurants are. Parking outside the property can be a little difficult, but there is plenty of space in the surroundig area. The host kindly provides a parking permit. The room was large and comfortable, although we spent little time there.

The studio appartment is up 2 flights of dutch stairs, which can be challenging if carrying alot of luggage. We had private use of our own bathroom, however it was on a level below the bedroom/studio. This was not a problem for us, but if someone needs to get up at night those steep stairs need to be considered.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Reni and Ronald. They are an incredibly kind and welcoming couple who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were very attentive, took plenty of time for us, and provided us with many useful tips and recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. The surrounding area is charming and picturesque, with everything you might need close by. The beach can be reached in about 20 minutes by bus, and the lovely city of Haarlem is within walking distance or even quicker to reach by public transport. We felt truly comfortable and well cared for throughout our stay. Reni and Ronald made us feel very welcome, and their hospitality was exceptional. We would happily return anytime and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

A szállás olyan volt ahogy a hírdetésben meg volt adva, számítottunk a sok lépcsőre, valóban akinek mozgás problémája van nem ajánlott. A vonat és busz közelsége szuper, éttermek, boltok minden van a közelben. Reni végtelenül aranyos, segít mindenben, jó ötleteket kaptunk tőle.

Pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, attention marches étroites et raides. Ça n’a pas été un problème pour nous.

Végtelenül kedves és gondoskodó házaspáré a szállás, akik a földszinten laknak és a két emeleti részt adják ki egyben. Nagyon hangulatos a házacska és gyönyörű, rendezett, csendes környéken található. Biciklit is kaptunk. Tökéletes rend és tisztaság volt. Nagyon közel van a tengerhez és boltokhoz, vonathoz, buszhoz. Maximálisan ajánlom.

Bestens ausgestattetes Apartment mit super netten Vermietern, super Sauber, gemütlich und ruhig. Parkplätze waren an der Straße ausreichend verfügbar. Supermärkte und alles notwendige für den täglichen Bedarf ist Fußläufig erreichbar.

Heerlijk bed, comfortabel.

Die Gastgeber waren super nett und hilfsbereit und auch die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war schnell, freundlich und klar. Die Lage der Unterkunft war super - mit dem Zug ist man in wenigen Minuten in Amsterdam und mit dem Bus nur ein paar Haltestellen vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Die Stadt und Umgebung ist sehr schön. Bahn ist in der nähe um einen Ausflug zu machen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben gute Tips gegeben. Strand in der nähe 7km sehr sauber und nicht überlaufen

Das die parkplätze überall sehr teuer sind.

Quirky loft, very comfortable and nicely furnished. It has lots of steps and, typical of The Netherlands, those steps are steep. A number of restaurants nearby with all the nightlife of the beach resort at Zandvoort, only 10 minutes away by car. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and friendly and I would have no hesitation staying there again.

Location is very convenient, 7 walking min to Heemstede train station, where you can reach Amsterdam Centraal in 24 min. Nearby the train station, there are supermarket, fish shop and restaurants. The neighborhood is surrounded by family houses and green parks, quiet and safe. The facilities in the house are well maintained. Bathroom is spacious and the cooking area has 2 induction cookers, 1 small refrigirator and 1 dish sink. The main sleeping room is on 2nd floor and there is another sleeping room on 1st floor if you're travelling with 4 persons. It is to recommend to make a bike tour to go to the beach by using the bike path (try to get advice from the host). It's a 40 min ride one-way, through the beautiful villa area in Aerdenhout, golf place and tennis club, the dune park, F1 Dutch Grand Prix park. A lot to discover and experience. We were treated like family member by the houseowner Reni and Ronald. Always ready for needs. Once after launder, Reni helped to fold our clothes, as if we were at home. The day before departure, we were invited to an afternoon tea in their garden, enjoyed cheese, melon and fresh herring from Nord sea, a lovely moment in our memory. Overall a wonderful experience for me and my son. A last tip maybe for soccer fans, Koninklijke HFC is 900m from the house, easy to reach if your kids are coming here to join Ajax camp.

This is rather tips for traveller than critics. If you have companion with leg difficulties, it is not recommended because the wooden stairs are quite steep. The bath room is on 1st floor and sleeping room on 2nd floor. Mind your heads when walking on 2nd floor since it is under the roof and there are cross beams. It is defenitively adaptable and will offer you a unique living experience.

The location was very handy to get to the Kukenhof Gardens. We really liked the neighborhood. Their were very nice cafes and restaurants nearby. We were given very good information by the hosts. They were very helpful. This location was also easy to get to from the Amsterdam airport.

Bathroom and bedroom are on different floors. We didn't have a problem, but the steep stairs could be an issue for some.

This is a pretty attic room on the third floor if counting ground as first floor. The host kept it very neat and tidy. It has an adorable view. Reni was pretty kind, friendly and welcoming. The house show elegance and it was giving the vibe of being home and cozy. Well done for this lovely setting and good luck for your next visitors!

Located 500m from a train station, it gives you easy access to the center.

It's not mentioned in the description that the hosts share the house with you. They were very kind but it means that there is a complete lack of privacy. This isn't what I expected based on my reading of the facilities before booking.

It's in a very nice location. Good restaurants and shops. Only a short walk to Haarlem. Which is very nice. Hosts very nice Used it as a base to visit Antwerp and the Hague

What a lovely place with absolutely delightful hosts. Compact and very well equipped and with a very comfortable bed. Everything was spotless. Reni, the host, was so helpful with local knowledge which was much appreciated. Great location for use of public transport with both bus and train within a short walk making Haarlem and Amsterdam easy to reach.

We had everything we needed. Apartment was 500metres from the train station and a 20 min journey to Amsterdam. Bed was comfortable. Clean and fresh dressing gowns and towels were made available to us. Hosts were lovely.

The stairs were quite hard to navigate with luggage . The shower/ toilet was on the floor below which was a little inconvenient in the night however it's an attic apartment so was to be expected. This isn't mentioned in the booking. Not suitable for someone with restricted mobility.

We had a lovely 4 night stay. The hosts are two of the most loveliest people you could ask to meet. The Apartment is spotless clean and is in a beautiful location. The metro to Amsterdam is only 5mins walk. great stay.

It’s very tight. as a fit 6ft tall man, the romance of the attic losses it appeal. there are 2 steep spiral staircases it’s worth it but gets tiring. I also have to say it has a B&B feel to it which I don’t like. Lovely hosts though.

The house is very cute and welcoming. It is in a crucial location, just minutes away from the station, making it easy to travel to Amsterdam or Haarlem. However, I believe the main element is Reni, who possesses an extraordinary kindness and hospitality!

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was very cozy and beautiful. The host was so kind and offered great information about the surroundings. We would definitely recommend to choose this place. Even with the bathroom being downstairs everything felt very private and like an own little home. The location is also amazing. Travelling by bus, train and with bikes that we rented from the host was very easy and comfortable.

The apartment was very clean and well stocked, and nearby to a supermarket, many restaurants, and public transportation, including bus and train. The hosts were very polite and welcoming, and had many recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

The stairs to the room can be tricky with heavy bags - be careful.

If you looking for a clean and cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood, you found it. It has a well equiped kitchen, with coffee and tea maker, clean bedroom and bathroom, with towels and even bathrobes. The Host is welcoming and very kind. She gave us useful information about the surrounding area. The train station is nearby, about 5 minute walk. Highly recommend!

The location was easy access for food and public transportation

The cycling is the best way to go around but the bicycles height too high for safe riding

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment is gorgeous and cosy. It is equipped with all comforts, coffee & tea facilities, clean and soft towels, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen . The position is convenient and it was very easy to move around by bike or car. I would defintely go back.

This is a great place to stay, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Spotlessly clean, in a very quiet and peaceful location. We would like to mention that every detail and every corner of the interiors and exteriors are built with love and perfect taste. The owners are very nice people with a gentle character of hospitality.

The location is excellent, being close to a train station with quick, regular service to Amsterdam. The apartment is cosy but also has space to eat and relax.

The lack of a toaster is absolutely the only minor thing I found.

The host was very welcoming. She gave us maps of the area and had menus of the places nearby. We could use the umbrellas at the property. Overall a very positive and friendly environment.

Heemstede is just one train station too far for Amsterdam Region ticket. You can still use the ticket with buses though 😊
