Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Location near to the outlet city
Our time at the room was plagued by numerous problems that fall far below acceptable standards: Room Conditions & Amenities: The room was outdated and lacked proper air conditioning, with only a small, inadequate fan provided. The plugs for the coffee machine did not work, there was no kettle, and no milk was provided in the fridge. The side tables were uncomfortable and not up to standard for an apartment. TV broken 😞 Cleanliness & Maintenance: We found dirt under the shower and the handheld shower head was dirty and in poor condition. The bathroom was very small, lacked any shelving, and suffered from an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. Location & Staff: The hotel is located in a socially poor and dangerous area. Furthermore, communication was extremely difficult as the staff did not understand other languages and only spoke Russian, compounded by an unhelpful and unwelcoming reaction from a staff member during check-in. Policies: A 10:00 AM check-out time is excessively early and inconvenient. Given these ongoing issues, terrible conditions, and multiple negative experiences, we will definitely not be using your hotel again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Location is great. Only 5 minutes walk to the outlet city. Free parking on the site is a very good point. Easy self check-in. They provided a fan in case the weather is hot. Hairdryer in the bathroom didn’t work, but there was another hairdryer in the closet which you could use. Tea maker, Coffee maker, coffee capsules
Bed size was too small for 2 people. Pillows were not comfortable for us and they were too big! There were some small holes in the bed sheets. Room was clean itself, but in the ceiling there were some spider webs! They could work on the negative points to make stays much more better.
