Het huis zelf was niet up to date en hygiënisch. Er gaten in de vliegramen. Spinnenwebben bij het bed. Keukengerei was vuil. Geen koffiezet aanwezig hoewel het in de beschrijving stond.

Reviewed Nov 6, 2024L'emplacement est parfait, le cadre est vraiment magnifique. C'est vrmt très beau. Le propriétaire parle parfaitement français avec des conseils pr les visites et on a reçu de quoi se faire plusieurs petits déjeuners. Les lits sont déjà fait.
Pour améliorer il manque un peu de matière (machine à café, grille pain...)

Reviewed Jul 28, 2023Le gîte de GianLuca est situé dans un cadre magnifique, sur les hauteurs d'une colline surplombant un magnifique paysage toscan. Le gîte est simple mais il est bien équipé. Il est situé à une heure maximum des grands sites à visiter. GianLuca est présent pour nous accueillir. Durant le séjour, il se montre prévenant et attentionné. De quoi prendre le premier petit déjeuner nous a été offert par notre hôte La piscine est superbe !
Il faudrait préciser qu'il s'agit en fait d'un complexe de 12 gîtes. Tout est bien aménagé pour que chacun ait son intimité mais malheureusement, et ce n'est pas de la faute de GianLuca, certains hôtes sont particulièrement bruyants et on entend les pas et bruits de chaises de l'appartement du dessus.
