We had a really pleasant stay at this apartment. It is spacious, well laid out, and perfect for two people, especially with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The building is very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is lovely. The pool area is great, the beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and a supermarket is conveniently nearby. The WiFi worked perfectly. The apartment is new, clean, and well kept. While there are a few small details that could be improved, this did not affect our stay at all. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The team was extremely welcoming, attentive, and helpful, and we really appreciated the early check-in. Communication was excellent—they kept us well informed in advance, and the transparency was much appreciated. The notice we received did not affect us in any way. Overall, a wonderful stay—we would definitely recommend it and hope to come back in the future.

The location is quite close to the nearest beach. It tends to be crowded on weekends with locals, but it’s much quieter during weekdays. There is also a grocery store nearby, as well as a nice restaurant. There was a free parking lot in the basement (it's good because parking on the street is not allowed there)

Some parts of the apartment could definitely use renovation and a refresh. When we checked in, we noticed a couple of dead bugs on the floor. There was also a strong smell of cleaning products that did not go away during our stay. Additionally, there is no air conditioning in the main living room—only in the bedrooms.

It is spacious and well-lit. It is quite modern.

The towels, the linen and the pillows should be paid more attention, because they have a strange smell as soon as you dry yourself up. I think they should be washed at a (much) higher temperature. The view is not the best and there is some noise coming from the construction site near.

Relatively new and large apartment in Pereybere with two bedrooms both with private bathrooms, large livingroom. Walking distance from supermarket and public beach, underground parking and swimming pool.

We got an apartment opposite the sea facing a construction site which was not very nice. Also, there were very few dishes and glases, no bowl or wine glasses and generally the kitchen could have been better equipped. Apart from that all was good!

Pool is big and clean, apt is amazing. Everything is good. Wi-Fi is OK. Rooms are great and terrace is big enough. Staff is super nice!

Nothing to complain

The appartment was very clean, well equipped and has a parking space. Good location, not far from the supermarket and the beach. We loved our stay. 🤩

Very warm and frindly host visited every day for cleaning and to check that we were OK. Very large apartment with 2 large double bedrooms and bathrooms, large living room with well equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine and good sized balcony with tables and chairs. Underground secure parking kept the car cool. Close to the access to an amazing sandy beach with good snorkelling near the point where we saw turtles. Nearby a good choice of reasonably priced restaurants and a large supermarket for more general food supplies. Very good Perebere public beach a very short walk away.

Location and apartment was modern

Shower head in both bathrooms need attention. Outdoor furniture is aged and needs a revamp Pool decking broken Housekeeping was poor and slap dash

Pillows were a bit hard

The wooden floor of the pool area was broken and needs to be repaired.

Very spacefull appartment, Good modern furnished, equiped with literally everything you might need. Good WiFi, Netflix. Pool is great as a part of building. Beach is 3 minutes walk, lot of restaurants and supermarket nearby

Only noise isolation is really bad

nice really modern flat. all clean and really nice interior. we’ll situated to reach the main things to do perfectly in a really short time. handy to have a parking garage. we really liked it here and would come back if we’re in the area again!

right now (march 2023) is unfortunately a construction site right next to the balcony so we couldn’t sit there. for us it was okay because we woke up early anyway and had a lot to do so left the flat early everyday.

Our lucky choice!🥰 Lovely big apartment, it has everything you need. Every day there was cleaning, it helped a lot with small children. The owner of the apartment was very kind and promptly helped in any questions. On the territory there is a large swimming pool with sea water, it can be visited both during the day and in the evening. There were never a lot of people in the recreation area. In 5 minutes there is a magnificent beach, a large supermarket. Zuhair, thank you so much for your hospitality and exceptional attitude and help! ❤️ We would love to stay for a long time, but the apartments are very popular and always busy) P.s. Relatively close there are a couple of hotels where you can come to a restaurant and smoke a hookah (details in private messages).

We love the location and how beautiful the surroundings are . The apartment was walking distance from the beach, local supermarket, restaurants and to get the bus/taxi to anywhere in the North. The apartment was homely and great space to socialise and relax. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. If we ever go back we will stay at the residence apartment again.

The service from Rabiya and the staff was incredible. They are at the image of Mauritian people. Very nice, welcoming and always helpful. I recommend it !

Very large, modern and comfy apartment next to a busy road what you don't hear. Apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for 4. High speed internet.

Owner charged us at a high exchange rate (VISA at ATM was about 41, he asked 44 to the Euro) Has nothing to do with the apartment, but there is nothing in Pereybere, better look for a place in Grand Baie, definitely a better place also for shopping.
