Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Prachtige locatie met iedere avond een mooie zonsondergang. Heerlijk huisje, waarbij alles aanwezig was, zoals alles voor het huishouden, maar ook (buiten)spelletjes, vuurkorf/ bbq, sups en fietsen voor korte stukjes. Heerlijk terras aan het water met uitzicht op zee. We gaan het uitzicht zeker missen! In de omgeving is veel te doen als je bereidt bent om een stukje te rijden of van hiken houdt. Beklim de Preikestolen en bezoek de Latefossen watervallen. De rit er naartoe is al prachtig! In de buurt een prachtig strand, een leuk, ouderwets dorpje en meerdere winkelcentra.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025Das Apartment war voll ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts, was während einer Urlaubszeit gebraucht wird. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hat uns in Empfang genommen. Per Türcode gings dann ins Apartment. Die Lage des Apartments direkt an der Nordsee (Seeblick) ist topp. Von der Unterkunft aus waren Ausflüge nach Bergen und Stavanger sowie die Umgebung von Karmoy möglich. Es gab Sat-TV mit deutschen Sendern und eine kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor Ort.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2025Perfect location for a relaxing break. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is private and there is no noise from the hosts house above. Deck right on the waterfront, with a seating area and use of BBQ if required. We used the fire pit, which was perfect on a cool evening. The hosts supply fishing rods and bikes for guests use.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025Ruhige Wohnlage abseits vom Touristenstrom. Der Standort am Hafenbecken ist sehr viel Wert und macht den Aufenthalt im Wohnzimmer und auf der Terrasse zu einem Erlebnis. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Ein Besuch von Avaldsnes hat uns sehr gefallen und es war trotz 5.000 Personen Kreuzfahrtschiff in Haugesund überhaupt nicht überlaufen.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025Het huisje ligt in een inham naar zee. Het uitzicht op zee vanaf het terras aan de achterzijde is mooi. Prima bedden en inrichting. Geen persoonlijk contact met de eigenaar maar efficiënt en vriendelijk via de mail.
De hygiëne liet te wensen over en de douche is aan vervanging toe.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2025Eine sehr gemütliche Unterkunft, es ist alles da, was man braucht und die Sonnenuntergänge hier sind wirklich unvergesslich. Die weißen Strände von Akrasanden sind auch unbedingt einen Besuch wert und von hier aus gut zu erreichen. Danke für alles!

Summertime visitors might appreciate darker window covers to keep out the ever-present light.

Just a minor point, but the leaflet with the house rules has a very angry and unfriendly tone (lots of capital letters and threats of being asked to leave the premises, if certain rules are not followed), which did not make us feel very welcome.

Reviewed Oct 8, 2023Everything! We were fortunate to arrive at the Seaview apartment on a gorgeous sunny afternoon. Stian was so incredibly kind, patient with our numerous questions, and welcomed us warmly to his spacious, immaculate and comfortable apartment. We sat on the patio enjoying the sounds of the North Sea and relaxed as the sunset so beautifully over the waters. The apartment offered anything anyone would want! Free Wi-Fi, Two bedrooms, living room/dining table, heated floors in the bathroom (equipped with a washer and drying racks for laundry), fully equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove, toaster oven, coffee pot with filters provided, also instant coffee and packets of sugar…other condiments available during our stay: salt, pepper, two glass bottles of excellent drinking water in the fridge! Bed was comfortable too! Perfection! We hated to leave.
We loved this property! Stian treated us so well. Free parking, privacy and all the comforts of home while so far from it! Thank you Stian!

Reviewed May 30, 2023The location is a quiet residential neighborhood on the west coast of Karmøy island. Google maps will lead you there easily. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, dishes and salt/pepper. The view from the patio is beautiful! Beds are comfortable and the living area is cosy.
The bathroom/laundry room is a bit crowded, but we appreciated the ability to wash clothes.
