Lovely apartment in old town. Everything is close and apartment was clean. We enjoyed it

The location is amazing and the host was responsive. However, due to an issue with the studio we originally booked, we were moved to a different one. Although the host reimbursed the price difference, the replacement was nowhere near the same quality. It was extremely small for two people, with barely any space for our belongings and no table. The bathroom was very cramped, with rust on the tap and shower, and the shower water did not drain properly due to the poor floor inclination. The host had initially offered a late check-out. We messaged one day before departure to confirm a 11:30/12:00 check-out, but received a reply only one hour before check-out saying it had to be at 11. After reminding the host about the previous offer, we were given until 12, but by then we had already rushed to leave the room. On the positive side, we were able to leave our luggage at reception until our flight. Overall, despite the great location and positive reviews, we would unfortunately not choose this place again.

The location was perfect. Near to everything in the old town but nice and quiet. The staff are very friendly and communication with the host was excellent.

Apartament w sercu starego miasta, z bardzo dogodną lokalizacją do zwiedzania Korfu. Mieszkanie było przestronne, czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Kontakt z właścicielami apartamentu był szybki i sprawny, czuliśmy się zaopiekowani już przed przyjazdem! Serdecznie polecam!!

Very comfortable bed, the room was clean, had access in the room to an iron and ironing board. Good locations to old town and walking distance to the port. Be mindful on a hot day with luggage.

En rez de chaussée rue étroite donc pas beaucoup de luminosité mais c’est un avantage l’été quand il fait chaud Pas accessible directement car zone piétonne et escaliers raides heureusement on trouve toujours quelqu’un pour vous aider à porter vos valises

The studio was in a great location, very clean and a really good size including a spacious shower. Air conditioning was amazing, well needed in the current temperatures. Host was very responsive, welcoming and helpful.

Central location

Tina, the owner, was extremely helpful to us on arrival and was completely at our disposal with finding our little nest from the main square. It turned out to be a really lovely, thriving location. It was a lovely stay and we hope to stay there again, so we can visit Corfu Town.

Everything is absolutely perfect! Highly recommend, especially to those who wants to visit Agios Spyridonos Church - it’s literally 1 minute from the apartment. Also in 2 minutes you will reach the wonderful seaside promenade.

Vi hade bokat rummet Iris. Ett rum som var svårt att hitta eftersom det saknades namnskylt på dörren och språkförbistring för att bringa klarhet om vilket som var vårt rum.

Rummet var väldigt litet. Men eftersom vi bara skulle bo där en natt så kändes det helt ok för oss. Wifi var inte helt optimalt. Ett väldigt svajigt nätverk för oss iaf.

The apartment was spacious, with aesthetic details that made it welcoming. The cold bottles of water were much appreciated during the heatwave. The beds were comfortable and the location convenient for walking.

The description on Booking said the room was non-smoking, but when we arrived, the information booklet in the room said that the only room that smoking was allowed in was ours. That said, there was no sign that anyone had smoked anywhere in the building or room. We are very sensitive to smoke odors and smelled nothing.

The place it’s extremely humid and moldy. It has a strong smell in the reception and in the room too. They should run a dehumidifier all the time or work on better insulation is needed.

Beautiful room in a Lovely location with lots of little added extras. Very clean and the comfiest mattress and pillows I’ve slept on in years!!

Nothing really at all- a tea towel and a dustpan and brush would be useful. But everything else perfect.

l’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de vieux quartier Corfou Town, et le logement est très calme, ce qui est un vrai point positif.

Je rejoins les commentaires récents concernant le taux d’humidité et l’odeur désagréable présente dans l’appartement, en particulier dans la chambre. Les murs semblent se gondoler à cause de l’humidité et l’intérieur des placards dégage une très mauvaise odeur. Nous avons également constaté cette odeur dans la cuisine et la salle de bain. L’absence d’aération dans ces pièces l’explique sans doute, même si nous sommes arrivés avec la fenêtre déjà ouverte. La vaisselle est également insuffisante pour un séjour confortable. la literie est beaucoup trop moelleuse à notre goût, ce qui la rend assez inconfortable. Enfin, le ménage dans la salle de bain et notamment dans la douche laisse à désirer, notamment lié à la vétusté

Location was great. Host is helpful and responsive. They provide daily cleaning/refreshing of the room. They also provide big bottles of drinking water and snacks.

You need use a lot of stairs before reaching the apartment, not ideal if you are travelling with suitcases and with a child. The room is not well insulated, you can hear the noise from outside and neighbours upstairs.

It was our third stay at Casa Verde which is conveniently located in the old town and just a short walk from the port. The bed is super comfy and the property is very clean. Complementary refreshments are in the room. We stayed in Camelia which is one of the smaller rooms but perfect for a short stay.

Un apartamento pequeño pero muy acogedor en el centro de Corfú, cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle. Cama comodísima, detalles de bienvenida (zapatillas, galletas, aguas y zumos) Todo muy bien decorado y la encargada muy amable y formal. Nos envió todas las instrucciones con días de antelación y estuvo pendiente en todo momento.

Beautiful town house in the historic part of Corfu town - very easy to get to all the sights, the market streets and all the bars and restaurants in the old town . The room was lovely, great comfortable bed and fab pillows, a good shower and excellent aircon, plus welcoming water and juice in the room alongside the coffee and tea facilities. Tina was amazing with communication and extremely helpful detailed guidance (with pictures!) on how to find the house in the labyrinth of the old town - and she also let us leave the luggage in the house the next day when we had time to sightsee before our flight late at night. The whole house is beautiful and so well maintained in its historic character, it was a pleasure to have this wonderful place while exploring Corfu town. Thank you for all the hospitality- and for finding my husband’s new shirt which we left behind in the wardrobe!:) Best regards and hope to stay with you again!

Comfortable bed, if a bit soft for my lower back. Close to the shops and restaurants in the old town. But the AC was good and we enjoyed a bit of Netflix.

From the photos, I imagined the room to be much bigger.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location in the Old Town. Handy for all the sights and restaurants. Spotlessly clean and furnished nicely. Nice extras such as juice, water, tea and coffee. Excellent communication and such a great idea to send a series of photos to aid arrival (very easy to get lost without it).

The only thing I didn't like and the reason for the slightly lower score was the stairs. Our apartment was on the second floor accessed by a set of steep narrow steps spiralling upwards. Only sections had handrails but not the corners where it was more dangerous. It was hard carrying heavy luggage up especially as my partner has a very bad hip problem. I feel this should have been mentioned in the listings (if it was I missed it but certainly didn't see it) as it would definitely be a problem for anyone arriving with more severe mobility issues. We probably wouldn't have chosen the apartment if we had known about the stairs as it was hard for my partner going up and down.

The location is fantastic, the apartment is very cute and easy to get into (also it’s on the first floor so not many steps either). It was quiet and having a kitchen was great. There were biscuits and tea and coffee (with creamer) and water…very welcoming! I would definitely stay again.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον 3ο όροφο χωρις ασανσέρ, για εμάς δεν ήταν πρόβλημα αλλά κάποιος μπορεί να δυσκολευτεί.

It was an excellent location, a short walk from the very centre. It was immaculately clean and decorated in a modern but homely feel. I could have moved in!!

Property was clean and in a great location. Host was very detailed about how to find the property with the onsite staff very helpful showing us to our apartment. Really comfortable bed.

The bedroom size is suitable for travellers with small baggage, but for travellers like us with excess baggage for a longer stay, the room quickly became quite enclosed.

Unser Zimmer befand sich im dritten Stock ohne Fahrstuhl. Wir hätten das Zimmer so nicht gebucht, da wir mit Kleinkind und viel Gepäck unterwegs waren. Möglicherweise habe ich einen Hinweis übersehen, meine aber, recht genau gelesen zu haben. Außerdem haben wir einen unangenehmen Geruch im Zimmer wahrgenommen.

Very beautifully decorated room with luxurious touches like slippers and sheets embroidered with hotel's name. I really appreciated the cold water and juice, and cookies that were included in price and available for me when I arrived. A cold drink made the world of difference on a super hot day walking from the bus stop. Staff were friendly. The bathroom and shower was fantastic.

Not sure if I missed the light switch, but walking up the stairs in the dark was a bit hazardous.

L'emplacement idéal, à 3 minutes à pied, le calme et le confort de la literie. Les jus de fruits et l'eau au frais à notre arrivée et prise de l'appartement deux heures avant l'heure prévue.

Appartement très humide car aucune ventilation .Odeur très forte d'humidité dans l'ensemble de l'appartement et surtout sous l'évier de la cuisine où se trouve la vaisselle. Lit et oreillers humides toute la nuit. Nous avons dû tuer plusieurs mythes. La mousse du gel douche est ressortie par la grille au sol. Un manque d'insonorisation entre notre appartement et celui du dessus ou nous avons entendu les voisins marcher jusqu'à plus d'une heure du matin. Aucune tablette pour poser le nécessaire de toilette ni d'emplacement pour mettre notre savonnette. Nous sommes restés une nuit donc ça va mais pour plusieurs jours ça ne nous aurait pas du tout convenu.

Everything apart from the stairs and no lift. Anyone arriving from the port. Should use “yellow lockers”. To transfer their luggage if they have a lot from the port to the 3rd floor apartment .

The photo instructions were so useful in finding the property. It’s super-clean and well equipped.

The property is in an excellent position in the centre of the Old Town but on a quiet street. The room, private balcony and communal areas were immaculate abs attractive. Excellent shower and comfy bed. Communication with the host was exceptional, detailed check in instructions and the ability to leave luggage after checkout securely. Strongly recommend.

Snabb återkoppling på frågor som ställts via meddelanden. Mycket fint välkomnande vid ankomst. Tillmötesgående och hjälpsamma när vi behövde specifik hjälp. Hotellets läge helt perfekt. Rummet; allt var rent, fräscht och snyggt. Det blev en väldigt fin avslutning på resan.
