The place is nice and clean. All required facilities could be found near the apartment. The property manager is very responsive and respectful.

The TV screen is small.

It was a great value for what we spent. Beach was beautiful and the apartment was well thought out and clean. Would stay again.

The apartment itself it’s clean and have everything new , I believe the owner made the apartment with good care

First of all there is a 100 LE fee per person per night for access the sea and pool and I don’t have problem with that but the beach is separate one for visitor of course crowded and one for owners , so bad people level at visitor one I even got stolen with 3000 LE smoking electronic device , the security care on only cards and interring fee cards when I asked for the stolen device he just replied someone had taken it as it’s something used to be , even security main office same reply , the security in this facility are disappointing they seem to come for old movies , ppl too to many come with huge bus below standers of north cost About the swimming pool it’s so crowded I never be able to get chairs for my family or table , some families take tables with 10 chairs although i already paid 4 tickets daily , hardly I got 1 broken chair to put all our stuff on hopefully not to be stolen Organization is this facility is a miss while the apartment is very good , fair and square

The apartment was nice and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The weather was also great, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was well-equipped and convenient.

The apartment was located on the third floor with no elevator, and also it is far from the quite far from the beach

Everything , the owner is very generous , welcoming , detailed oriented , he is taking very good care of each detail of the chalet , the cleanliness is perfect , bed sheets and towels are even in thier plastic bags brand new , spoons and cutlery items also . The chalet is sea view from a distance , you can walk or use ur car to access the beach. Perfect for staycation , little escape for a small family at North Coast. Thank you, mr.mahmoud.

الشقه جميله جدا بتشوف البحر ،وفيها كل حاجه،وا محمود صاحب الشقه متعاون جدا،القريه جميله ،والبحر حلو ،البيسين زحمه شويه،،وفيه لعبه اكوا واحده،في رسوم دخول للقريه عشان البحر و البيسين 50 جنيه للفرد في اليوم.

الشقه في الدور 4 ،،لو حد كبير ممكن السلم يتعبه شويه.

الشقة ممتازة جدا جدا و يتوفر بها كل شيء من اجهزة و ادوات مطبخ و المالك غاية في الذوق و الادب الفرش نظيف جدا و الغرف مكيفة والقرية ممتازة و فيها كل شيء

Mr. Mahmoud the owner is very nice, friendly and very cooperative. The apartment was clean and the equipments are almost new. Also the furniture are very good and almost new. Mr. Mahmoud took care of the small details. The towels, sheets, soap and even spices. We all enjoyed the staying in the apartment.

The stunning view from the bedroom and reception. Flat is fully air-conditioned with 3 TVs (1 in every room) also internet access. The resort contains all required services (Market/Pharmacy/Bookshop/Bakery/Restaurants)

Flat is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so if you're not friends with the stairs then this is not the place for you. The beach is a bit rocky.

The balcony of the chalet provided a serene and peaceful retreat. Surrounded by tranquility, it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Whether I wanted to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or soak in the sunset in the evening, the balcony offered a tranquil oasis. One of the standout features of the chalet was the presence of three smart TVs with access to Netflix. This entertainment setup provided endless options for relaxation and enjoyment.
