Reviewed Sep 13, 2026I thought it would be a single room with a shared bathroom but actually it is one bedroom in an apartment with a kitchen and a bathroom and a living room! There are two bedrooms in this apartment and there was no body else booked the room when I was there. So it was super quiet. The location is very good, walk one minute to coops and two minutes to bus station.

Es wäre hilfreich wenn wir wüssten, ob die Wohnung auch von anderen Mitbewohnern zugänglich wäre. In der Nacht wurden wir ca. 1 Stunde durch Unruhe von oben geweckt.

There was a mistake made about the pricing from booking. Com. We were apparently charged for 2 people not 3. Although it very clearly said 3 on our booking confirmation. We were asked for extra money and made to feel very bad about this. There were then calls in the middle of the night and knocks on our bedroom door. The room was cramped and the sofa "bed" was more just a sofa. I don't think the staff were actually bad just very awkward.

We would prefer firmer pillows, but that’s personal preference. Everything else was great.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Super convenient to the hiking trails or cable cars. The unit was comfortable with communal kitchen and bathroom/showers. It's a great spot and it's nice that the market is right next door.
When I went, it was considered off season so nothing was opened. No cable cars, no shopping, no restaurants. It's OK though, my whole goal was to climb so accomplished that

Il faisait un peu frais dans l'appartement. Sur notre demande, un radiateur d'appoint électrique nous a été mis à disposition le 2ème jour, c'était parfait comme ça.

You also get a complimentary "Saastalcard" when staying at this chalet, which means that you can take the cablecar up and down to Kreuzboden and Hohsaas as much as you like during your stay. The chalet lies in a quiet area and has clean and spacious rooms.

There are basically 3 double rooms which share a kitchen and bathroom, though there is a sink in the bedroom too. We had booked 2 of these and had the place to ourselves during our stay which was great Kitchen is very new too.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2022The property is very conveniently located next to Coop grocery store and a bus station, making it super easy to connect to Saas Fee, where we skied. The mountain-view apartment is gorgeous with its spacious living room, bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom. I am not joking about how squeaky clean was the apartment. Bernadette, a super sweet lady, helped us to get situated and offered us Swiss candies and cookies for Christmas. We enjoyed our conversation with her. In short, love the entire stay so much and wish to return again for ski trips.
