Das Appartement Nr.123 ist sehr nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Viele Geräte (Eiskasten, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kochfeld, usw.) vorhanden, um sich Frühstück und kleine Gerichte zuzubereiten. Viel Platz, um Gewand ua. aufzuhängen - eine Art begehbarer Kleiderschrank mit Vorhang und großem Spiegel. TV-Gerät mit Ledersofa davor, sehr gemütlich.

Zimmer gut ausgestattet und sauber

Ameisen im ganzen Zimmer. Man konnte kein Lebens mittel rum liegen lassen. Klo Spülung funktionierte nicht immer auf erste Mal Dusche dauerte mindestens 5 Minuten bis leicht warmes Wasser gekommen ist

Der Gastgeber hat uns die Schlüssel persönlich übergeben, es ist alles ganz unkompliziert, Hr.Hager ist sehr entgegenkommend. Wir waren schon einmal hier zu Gast und haben uns auch diesmal wieder sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist alles da was man braucht. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft im Grünen, toll gelegen direkt am Kurpark.

Zimmer ohne Frühstück

Küche war super Ausgestattet, Zimmer groß und ausreichend

Amseisen sind durch das ganze Zimmer glaufen und haben sie auch an den Lebensmitteln bedient. Dusche musste 5 min glaufen lassen, bis warmes Wasser kam. Klospülung war eine Lotterie, mal ging sie, und mal nciht, dann musste immer wieder versucht und versucht werden.

We stayed at the property for the second time, returning after two years. The apartment is close to the city center. You can drive to the nearest metro station and then take the metro to the center of Vienna. There are many parks and places for walks nearby, both in the forest and in the quiet. Hiking trails are well-marked (Kaiser-Franz-Joseph-Jubiläumswarte, Auge Gottes Kapelle, Vöslauer Hütte, Vöslauer Dolomitwerk etc.). Parking is quite convenient, outside, partly under a carport. We had no problems parking our car. There was always a free space.

The apartment needs renovation. This is evident in the details in the kitchen and bathroom, including cracked tiles, missing grout lines, and slightly tilted stairs. Unsecured WiFi network. In the late evening, before midnight, I had the impression that someone in the apartment closer to reception was playing bass guitar. This is unless it was rock music played at a higher volume.

Die Lage ist gut. Das Appartement ist groß genug für 5 Personen mit Kleinkind. Die Küche ist funktionell.

Wir hatten vereinbart, dass ein Gitterbett vorbereitet wird. Darauf wurde leider vergessen, der Kleine schlief dann bei den Eltern im Bett.

Příjemný apartmán. Bylo tam vše potřebné. Výhled do přírody. Výborná poloha. Není co vytknout 😊.

Všechno bylo v pořádku. Jednoduché, čisté a účelné.

The apartment was well equipped, spacious and perfectly located for our visit to Bad Vöslau. Reception was warm and friendly.

Dated. Could do with a refurb. Leak in bathroom, which appeared each night. Presumably from underfloor heating. No-one available to speak to at reception when leaving apartment.

Sehr zentral gelegen, ruhig und alles vorhanden.

Check-in war schnell und unkompliziert, sehr freundliche Begrüßung. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Die Lage war perfekt

Ausstattung - es gab keine Couch um uns gemütlich hinzusetzen - nur Sessel oder Betten; wir hatten ein altes abgewohntes Appartement, kein angenehmer Geruch im Badezimmer

Gute Lage, freundliche Ausstattung und Atmosphäre

Der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend, da wir ein Appartement mit Gartenzugang bekamen, denn ich habe mit den Knien Probleme und mein Mann mit der Atmung. Und wir haben den Ausblick in die wunderschönen Bäume vor dem Fenster sehr zu schätzen gewusst.

It’s a charming place. The staff is excellent, very helpful. The bus stop is like 5 steps away from the apartment. We loved our stay there.

Tolle Lage für Besuch des Thermalbads, ruhig, geräumig und sehr sauber

Uns ein bisschen zu viel "Retro-Flair" der 70er und 80er mit Braun-grün-rotem Fliesen--und Tapetenmustermix. Fotos vermitteln einen moderneren Eindruck.

Hunde sind erlaubt, sehr sympathischer Hotelbesitzer, kleiner Garten direkt vor der Tür.

Aufgrund der Dachschräge war es relativ warm im Raum aber ist halt auch Sommer.

Früstück war nicht inbegriffen

Sehr sauber, sehr gute Lage - nur zwei oder drei Minuten bis zum Thermalbad und Anreise vom Bahnhof problemlos möglich. Auch sehr gut: es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder, die überdacht sind.

The location of the apartment in the city is very good. Everything is within a 15-minute walk. Also a very quiet location. It is a clean and spacious apartment. Possibility of parking within the apartment and even in a covered parking lot, which are in limited quantities.

The negative thing is that there were some problems with the electricity at the electric hob. It would be good to fix this as soon as possible. And the skylight is obviously a bit worn out and leaks water when it rains, it would need to be replaced. The colors of the walls are a matter of taste. They are very colorful.

The location of the appartementhouse is perfect, just the opposit the Thermalbad on the other side of the road.. Silent eventhogh the main road is very close. Covered parking place in the garden! The appartment was fully equipped and clean. The beds were comfortable The lady at the reception desk was very-very friendly. We were satisfied with everything.

Very comfortable place for either 1 night stop or for few days exploring Wien and sourroundings. Room is big, very tight, access is easy, parking just outside the door.

The Appartementhaus Witzmann was over our expectations. It is locatad right in front of a dog friendly park. We travel with two dogs and our hosts were so kind that there are no words to say, we've got always smiles and hospitality all over our journey. Absolutely recommended if you'd like to stay at a quite silent locataion on the New Year's Eve.

Truly incredible. Way more affordable than anything offered in Wien, and it's well connected to Wien by train. The room really feels like a cozy little home. Bad Vöslau also amazed us --- a small and quiet town with beautiful architecture. We will certainly come back at some point.

10 minutes walk rom the train station, 2 minutes from a bus stop, a quick stroll to the shops. It's perfectly located for all that B.V, and the wider area has to offer. The apartment itself is very comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. This was the 2nd time I'd stayed here, I'm sure there will be a third.

Perfect location -10 minutes walk from train station, 1 minute from spa baths, 5 minutes from shops. Friendly staff, clean apartment,great facilities in the apartment, just a great place. Ticked all the boxes for what I needed, would definitely stay again.

We´ve been there for a second time. Again great location, fully equiped appartement (kitchen with cooker, fridge, cofeemachine, etc.). Very nice staff who allow us to stay there with a small dog. Parking right next to the appartement. About 20min. ride to Peilstein (great climbing), spa is just across the street, a lot of possibilities for cycling and trailrunning.

The apartment was very clean, well laid out, and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The location was, for the most part, very quiet. The host was very friendly and helpful

The water was not very hot and remained lukewarm and even cold for a long time after a tap was opened. Eventually it did warm up, especially in the shower which was satisfactory. The Wi-Fi worked weakly and, in the end, not at all. There was an infestation of ants by the kitchen sink.

Able to get a friend to collect the keys. Good and close train into Vienna. Good local shops and eateries.

Nice apartment (second one), good situation, warm welcome

In the first room, there was a strong cigarette smoke, not very pleasant...

We came at the evening just to sleep before a flight from Vienna airport, so we didn't really need anything more than the basics.

Many! We didn't get the basic requirements from a descent place. you need to wait 10 minutes for warn water, Appartment was re-designed many years ago. Family room with 5 separate beds?? really? can't I sleep with my wife? Broken shower head, Broken shower lock, Pictures are SOOOO far from reallity. it's was like a diffrenet room. Kitchen is tiny and very very old. Floor makes a lot of sound when you walk. and more.... I am sorry (if owner reads it) but you must take an advisor to make everything work!!) One free parking left when we arrived (7 pm)
