מס דברים - שירותים מקלחת בחדר הורים היו נעולים מאחר והיו תקולים . מאוד איכזב בכלל מצב הדירה - הריהוט , האמבטיה .. הצוות מסיים לעבוד בחמש אחה״צ בדיוק בשעה שניתן להתחיל צ׳ק אין , מורכבת הכניסה לבניין ולחנייה ואין עם מי להיעזר . יש מס לחירום שלא תמיד עונה ועד שענו במס הרגיל , כעסו שהתקשרנו אליהם ולא לחירום . בקיצור , מיקום מושלם , דירה מרווחת וגדולה אך התחזוקה שלה מאכזבת ובעיקר שירות הלקוחות מאכזב מאוד .

Reviewed Dec 19, 2025Very nice and spacious. Everything functions perfectly, all the furniture is up to date, and the apartment was clean. There is a nice garden overlooking the marina. I couldn’t fully enjoy it as I visited in winter, but it seems very nice and spacious.

Reviewed Oct 31, 2025Specious betifully decorated apartment. Amazing location. Clean. Comfertable beds, lots of towels.there is a well equipped gym and a large pool in the compaound. The beach is less than a 10 min walk. Great for families.
I would suggest filling up the kitchen with some more equipments, like more cutlery and a toaster.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025המיקום היה מצויין הדירה הייתה מרווחת ונקייה מים חמימים במקלחות מה עוד מה עוד קרוב לים בריכה גדולה לא היה מכשיר מים של מים לשתיה אבל השירות דאג לנו והביא לנו שישיית מים בנוסף גם חלב וגלידה שלא ביקשנו במקור אז זה היה מעולה
הרבה פעמים שהיינו צריכים להיכנס עם הרכבים השומרים לא זיהו אותנו בכניסה למרות שהצגנו את עצמנו בתור הדיירים של בניין 7 דירה 113 על שם נדב הרבה פעמים ביקשו מאיתנו את השם משפחה שלא נתנו לנו לא ידענו את השם משפחה וזה יצר בעיות כל פעם ועיכובים בנוסף גילינו כמה מקקים מתחת למיטות או פה ג'וק ושם ג'וק וחבל.

The only problem was not enough hot water for showers. We were 10.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2024The checkin experience was terrible so complicated and time consuming. We booked for 10 ppl and needed to open couches and put linen ourselves every day and close the couches in the morning it was a hassle and not fun to to in a vacation.

Reviewed May 21, 2024Absolutely nothing!!. Old apartment old equipment bad odour very low maintenance. NO communication with the host. The WORST part was that they forced us to pay another amout with an *external link* in order to receive the key!! Otherwise, there is no key. We had no choice but to pay as we just wanted a place to stay after the long travel :-((( now almost 2 months after NO one to talk to, very slow communication, no answers!! they chared us VAT twice as we already paid the VAT via booking.com !! and now they refuses to refund.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2022The apartment was beautiful, part of a luxury complex, right on the marina and a two minute walk from the beach. Prime location, comfort, cleanliness and just enjoyable. The pool and the private parking were added bonuses.

I didn't receive an invoice after requesting it more than 3 times!!! I had to remind the company that the invoice must be sent inmidiatly with the payment and without a need of requesting it (the electronic invoice)!! At my fourth requested, I finilly received by email the invoice. VERY BAD ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE!!!
