Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Very nicely decorated and a beautiful renovated old building, a mix of modern and old-world charm. Very comfortable beds. We slept great! We stayed briefly overnight on a long road trip so we did not really use the kitchen, but it is very well equipped.
It felt like an office or meeting space, not an apartment. While pretty it was not cosy - small sofa upstairs is only place to lounge, downstairs has a giant table that feels like a realtor’s closing table or meeting room and no arm chair or sofa. The bathroom is modern but no place for toiletries or clothes. The drawers were full of stuff so there was nowhere to put our things. No luggage racks so suitcases were on the floor.

Köket hade verkligen allt man behövde.

No aircon. No diswasher. No blinders in every bed room. Kitchen table and few chairs were wobbly. With early morning checkout it felt a bit buzy to have a need to cleanup the place (take rubbish and sheets). This and that would need some love and care.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2024Check-in process, communication, cleanliness, comfort and the location of the place is top. Host was very much responsive 24*7 and able to address all the question even late in the evenings. Location is very near to the highway and the view behind the hotel was very nice.
Parking space for the Room we booked was occupied by someone else and it would be good to paste a reservation sticker on the day of check-in so that the guest doesn't have to trouble the host during late evening check-ins.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2023Very central location and easy access with parking space.
Location is very close to one of the main intersections in Härnösand. Building itself is a cute wood house with cultural value but every step from residents above is heard and with traffic makes for a very noisy stay. The foldout couch (in "room" 3) is ok for 1 night but not multiple as it has seen better days. Cleanliness of this room was nonexistent, couch dirty. No outlets to charge vehicle. No breakfast.... This is an apartment, not a Bed & Breakfast and there is nothing in the kitchen except tea bags, not even salt or sugar. Be prepared to bring or buy everything you need. Tip to owner: make a deal with Rutiga Duken and offer your guests a rebate ticket.
