Limpiaron el piso con un producto aceitoso, no cómodo para caminar, cuando llegue en la noche Estaba mojado porque el refrigerador se estaba descongelando, no tiene sentido tener apagado un artefacto de este tipo, les avisé y nunca me respondieron ni auxiliaron, el resto perfecto

por el precio, no tener ningun inconveniente se pago casi 65.000 diario, quizas tener disponible a lo menos cafe y te.

lo único que no me gusto fue que el agua caliente se corta y ya no calienta en un buen rato, ósea uno debe bañarse super rápido, también pienso que deben reparar la mesa, estaba que se caía el vidrio, por lo cual no la puse utilizar, después todo super, me encanto la vista

Lo único fue ruido y música muy fuerte en mi primera noche, justo había gente en el dpto de al lado que no respetaba los horarios ni tampoco el reglamento, sin embargo en la segunda noche al parecer no los aceptaron más, por lo que la recepción del personal al yo avisar de este hecho fue muy acertada.

Al ingresar 4 30 pm a conserjería no hubo un trato muy agradable por parte del personal. Pero todo lo demás fue excelente.

Reviewed Nov 7, 2025The location was excellent, right next to the mall and a few minutes walk from the historic district. The views from the 24th floor were amazing. Apartment was very clean, and fairly quiet due to being so far above street level.
A coffee maker would have been nice in the kitchen, but I survived on tea!

La explicación poco clara de como llegar al lugar, además las toallas estaban ediondas qué al secarte traspasaba el olor a la piel, también la cama tenía pulgas, por lo cual no pude descansar como corresponde.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2025The apartment is well appointed (kitchen, bathroom) and in a good location, next to a mall with shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the apartment is spacious and clean. The views were also very nice.
The apartment parking was challenging. We needed to leave at 3am for a flight and despite communicating this, there were no clear instructions on how to do that. If staying here with a car and needing to leave early, make sure you know where the pay station is and lift logistics, etc. The floor was sticky / wet to walk on throughout the apartment and unfortunately there was about a minute of hot water for the shower for 2 of us.

Somehow we expected a modern clean and comfortable apartment, but we found a ok-ish room with a moldy smell, stains on the towels and bed sheets and just not very homey at all. Also the staff almost forced us to transfer the money beforehand via what's app several times the days before our arrival. The message said "otherwise we won't get any access information". We left cash instead after our one night stay.
