Great location, very accessible to all shops/restaurants. Beautiful scenery outside on the porch which was breathtaking! The kitchen was great to cook, had everything you needed! Will definitely be back!

Bardzo mili gospodarze, przestronny salon i wlasny ogrodek, bogate wyposazenie kuchnii. Przepiekny widok!

Apartament jest z lat 80-tych i to czuc i widac, szczególnie w lazience (brudne fugi, wytarta z emalii wanna), ale tez w kuchnii. Spartanska sypialnia. Uwazam, ze to miejsce bardzo na tym traci i po niewielkiej inwestycji w odnowienie go bardzo by zyskalo

L'apartament és fantàstic i molt ben equipat. Està situat a pocs metres del telefèric del First i disposa d'aparcament propi cosa que és molt còmode. Els llits són comodíssims i les vistes des del jardí magnífiques. Tot i no veure en persona el propietari, va ser molt amable i ens va deixar instruccions clares de tot. I va tenir un detall amb nosaltres deixant-nos una tauleta de xocolata de cortesia. Moltes gràcies!

뷰만으로도 만점입니다! 서랍속에 방명록이 여러권있었는데 80년대부터 시간이 켜켜이 쌓여있었어요 이곳에 머물다간 정성스러운 발자취를 보고있자니 감동이 밀려왔습니다

오래된 건물이다보니 욕실을 리모델링 하면 훨씬 더 숙소의 퀄리티가 올라 갈 것 같아요

피르스트 케이블카 정류장 바로 앞이라 도보 이동 너무 편했음 앞마당에서 아이거 북벽을 바라보면서 가족과 함께 삼겹살 구워먹는 경험은 어디에서도 할 수 없는 장점 한국인 이용객이 두고간 간단한 조미료(소금, 고춧가루, 후추) 이용할 수 있었던 행운까지. 편안하고 깨끗한 침구류는 여행의 고단함을 회복하기에 충분했음

The view is excellent. Gave us an enjoyable experience staying in the mountain village of Grindelwald.

This place is a must stay! The day we arrived, we met the lovely old couple who owns this property but doesn't live there any longer. They were really sweet and kind enough to let us keep our luggage since we arrived early. Everything was just perfect about this beautiful apartment. It's overlooking the majestic mountains. The flat was a great size for us ( family of 3).I am sure it can fit more though. We loved the back garden and the outdoors seating ... We used to look forward to coming back from our day excursions and having our dinner there every evening. My 3 yr old son loved playing in the back garden with sparrows and bugs. The location is perfect, it's just 12-15 mins walk from the Grindelwald station. The First gondola is literally a 2 minute walk. We also took a stroll around to go near the stream, it's a must do. We are definitely coming back and will highly recommend this place to our family and friends. Thank you

I would like to recommend a few things to make the experience even better. -better and prompt communication( the person managing lives in Canada so don't expect a reply immediately) -first aid kit -a portable fan as it was extremely hot during our stay -a hair dryer if possible

It's located in a wonderful location. We are waking up to a wonderful view. We felt like that we are living in a local swiss house

I am wondered how this property got outstanding rating? Nothing for that except location. It's not clean enough. Toilet is not good. Very old setups. And there's no enough tissues. No toiletries. Before reaching, I send message to host regarding our parking. But didn't get any reply After reaching there, felt too difficult to find parking and find our room. Nobody responded to messages and calls. Finally, One neighbour helped us to find the room

Fantastic location, close to the shops and train station with all the links to the activities in this breathtaking area. Our kids loved playing in the garden in the snow and the apartment was cosy and warm with everything we needed, even a raclette set!

Amazing view of the Alps from the property! The location is right in the center but of the town, in walking distance of attractions and restaurants. Very pretty house, that was immaculately clean. The host was very friendly and communicative. We really appreciated the welcome card he left us ☺️

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Zeit im Almis Sunna. Die Lage ist super, die Unterkunft ist gut ausgerüstet und war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Highlight: der wunderschöne Ausblick auf die Berge.

Tolle Lage, schöne Aussicht

Für 5 Personen eher klein, aber da wir sowieso meistens unterwegs waren, war es ok.

The place is conveniently located. Everything in Grindelwald town centre is within walking distance. The apartment was kept very clean and tidy. It has free parking spot.

There is no washer to do laundry although it did have a basin you could wash your clothes by hand. It would have been better if it had some drying rack. We also learned that Bodmi and First area has less snow compared to Männlichen. We ended up going to Grindelwald Terminal every day by bus instead of walking up to First gondola for skiing.

Wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Heimelige Wohnung. Alles da, was man so braucht. Check-in war sehr einfach, gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber

very nice location especially if you are planning to go to First Cliff...

it is difficult to evaluate this apartment as to be fair I need to compare it to other apartments in this area where most of them are in old hoses where appliances and rooms are not as modern and nice compared to other places we have visited in Italy, Croatia and Montenegro. I guess it is normal for Switzerland and to get anything newer/better you have to pay much more... So generally we were happy but it is not perfect.

The apartment is in a fantastic location—close to walking paths and the town centre, all within easy reach. It’s spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning and adds a special touch to the experience.

We would have rated our stay a perfect 10 out of 10, if not for one inconvenience. Although checkout was clearly indicated as 10:00 AM, a woman arrived at 9:30 and began mowing the lawn, creating a lot of noise. At that moment, our baby was asleep, so the disturbance felt especially inconsiderate. We had every right to enjoy our final peaceful moments on the terrace, and the early interruption was disappointing

We loved the location of the property. It had stunning views of the mountains, which were so close to us. The location was peaceful, just a few minutes' walk from the main street. The property had an old-fashioned style about it, which was charming, and the owner had kindly left some food in the fridge for us. We had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay and would return again. There was very good communication from the owner.

We had good directions from the property owner, but unfortunately, (our mistake) we got off the train at Grindelwald Terminal instead of the next station, which is called Grindelwald station.

The place was conveniently located near a bus stop and also close to the train station, which we were able to reach on foot. It felt like staying in a warm, well-kept Swiss family home. Most of all, the view of the Eiger North Face from the living room was absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed outdoor dinners every evening during our stay. It was a view we'll never forget for the rest of our lives.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Almis Sunnis. The instructions were very clear on where to park with our reserved stall. Getting into the apartment was very easy. The location is absolutely perfect: it is a 3 minute walk to the Grindelwald First station, i believe 5 minutes to the Pfingstegg Gondola, and a short 10 minute walk to the Grindelwald station. There are several good restaurants, coffee shops, and bars all within a very short walk. Also, the apartment has an incredible few of the mountains right outside your door. We had coffee/wine and sat on the patio and took in the incredible views.

This is not a good or bad, but just for awareness: the two beds in the living room are essentially a slightly tiered pullout, with one twin pulling out from under the top bed. Its very suitable for kids, but not quite as suitable if you had 4 adults for instance. It worked great for us.

The location was INCREDIBLE. I am extraordinarily please that I was able to come to the paradise that is offered there in Grindelwald.

The extraordinarily RUDE neighbor could have been more informed instead of simply being a complete jerk. Also, please point out the importance of future guests finding the correct parking spot, as this was the only problem that we had there.

You can meet a fantastic view and a reasonably priced house. Above all, the view outside the floor door was so fantastic, and although I couldn't meet the landlord in person, she responded kindly and quickly. And with everything you need for travel, you can feel the comfort in your home in Switzerland. The location is also perfect, so it's located right under the Firstbahn, and the parking space is also perfect. Honestly, it's such a perfect house that I only want to know and I don't want to let anyone else know

There's nothing flawless about it, but the thick 220v socket these days might not fit. Get a multi charger and you'll enjoy your accommodation more

The location is fantastic. Just right in the centre. Easy to walk around anywhere. The host is willing to provide his private parking during our stay which is very kind of him. Check in is smooth and clear instructions were provided.

This place is perfect. We will recommend it to all our friends and family. There couldn't be anything better than this. The house was so comfortable. A very comfortable little apartment that was quiet and had everything we needed.

My only comment is that we had three quilts with covers and one without. But we made it work.

Firstly, the view from the terrace is breathtaking! And the location is absolutely perfect, in a central location but so quiet! It was really relaxing and also just a short walk to the gondola Bahn to First and also a short walk to the bus stop! The house was really clean and so well equipped. We also had car parking which was really convenient. All in all, it was a great stay!

The only thing I wasn't so comfortable with was the bathtub, it was very clean but pretty old. But it was okay to take quick showers! Other than that, everything was amazing and I would stay there if we visited again!

Very nice view and garden. It’s a great place to sit and relax in the evening. TV and internet were very good. Excellent water pressure in the shower.

The apartment is old and it shows. The freezer doesn’t work. There’s no A/C and no fan for hot days.
