Studio 7 - Air-conditioned, P-spot & Self Check-in

Majoitus hyvällä sijainnilla ja hyvät lenkkipolut lähellä. Majoittaja laittoi selkeät kirjautumisohjeet ja tällä kertaa parkkipaikka ei ollut käytettävissä asfaltoinnin vuoksi, mutta saatiin hyvät ohjeet, missä olisi parkkipaikkoja.

Pieni siisti asunto lähes keskustassa. Rakennuksen vieressä on pieni sisäpiha ja parkkipaikka, mikä on erittäin kätevä. Upea paikka ja ihana omistaja, johon on helppo ottaa yhteyttä kaikissa kysymyksissä. Suosittelen lämpimästi.

L'appartamento è accogliente e bello, abbiamo visto anche due lepri nel giardino di fronte ed è vicino al centro ed altre cose.

Diciamo che d'estate un modo per aprire una finestra sarebbe meglio(o almeno non lo abbiamo trovato) senza stare con la porta aperta o usare aria condizionata.

1. the TV was Samsung's the Frame, so you could use Airplay, and the speakers were very good. This was a very pleasant surprise, as after staying in so many hotels, I've found that being able to airplay from my computer makes the trip so much more enjoyable. 2. communications and instructions were very clear. 3. quiet area with a backyard view. 4. well-equipped. Thank you!

I never found the dishwashing tablets but maybe I was just confused!

Siisti ja hyvin varusteltu pikkuasunto. Erittäin hyvä sijainti keskustan kupeessa ja selkeä sisäänkirjautumisohjeistus. Koirakaverikin oli tervetullut. Suosittelen!

Tyynyt hieman liian korkeat minun niskalleni.

Nykyaikainen ja kompakti huoneisto,josta löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Selkeät ohjeet saapumiseen ja majoittumiseen. Kiva kun kahvia oli keitettävissä 😊

Meillä oli ongelmia vuodesohvan aukaisun ja kasaamisen kanssa 😅 Mutta se ei ole majoittajan vika.

Very comfortable and beautifully furnished place, kind and reactive host, clear check-in instructions, nice neigborhood... Highly recommended!

La casa è molto accogliente e carina, ottima pulizia e posizione. Molto dettagliate le indicazioni per il check-in .

Kaipasimme viiini- ja skumppalaseja, WC/kylpyhuone oli melko kompakti

Very convenient location and free parking as a great addition. very nice atmosphere and comfortable bed.

As a family with small kids travelling during the long light day time of the year we struggled a bit to make the room darker. But its a minor mishap.

Es war gut aufgeteilt und sehr gemütlich. Auch der Außenbereich war sehr schön und gepflegt.

Dass man die Straße recht laut gehört hat, in der Wohnung ging es aber. Zuerst gab es keine Geschirrtücher, aber unser Host hat uns netterweise noch welche vorbeigebracht!

Sehr schönes Appartement, voll eingerichtete Küche,privater Parkplatz,einfaches Check-In, zentrale Lage.

Hübsche Unterkunft an zentraler und ruhiger Lage. Nahe vom See und vom Zentrum.

Es war alles tip top.

Très bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire. Les indications pour trouver le logement sont très claires. Le centre-ville est accessible à pied.

La lumière du jour (le matin) pénètre par la porte vitrée, en été on est réveillé tôt.

Everything was great. Good bed, A/C, everything looks brand new, clean, location right next to centre but still quiet...

Very central, includes a parking space. Very clean too.

A quiet location and a good kitchen

Sofa uncomfortable and cupboards above the end of the bed where your head was was not ideal. But appreciate it’s a micro appartment for short term stay and in that respect it’s ok . The access is via a steep gravel path that is difficult to take a suitcase on - you have to carry it. Also there were wasps nesting in the nearby building so it wasn’t possible to sit outside.

The house is clean and renovated with very nice furniture, it is small but comfortable and has everything needed for two people

This beautiful apartment was extremely well furnished. Host was very responsive with all communication, and it was easy to check-in and park. We loved the location: right near the university, with plenty of restaurants nearby. For running and walking, it is right next to the great path around the lake.

This apartment would be small for a group of 4, staying for many days. It was perfect for our family of 4 (two teenagers) for 1 night. It would also work very well for 2 people for many days.

The place was impeccably clean, fresh and pleasant. Spacious, thanks to the bed being tucked out of the way. Completely equipped and functional. For staying alone I could not have wished for anything better.

Staff responded quickly; good location, very good facilities in kitchen, the bed is comfortable

They can be more generous to offer more toilet paper (I am quite economical and without any running nose but still used up the SMALL role toilet paper they offered); All 4 pillows on the bed are too soft and in bad condition (I finally found a more supportive one in the closet); The night I stayed there was abnormally cold at the beginning of April: minus 10 degrees at night..... One heater next to the bed (out of two heaters) didn't work at all.....so check with them if they fix that heater before your stay in winter

The studio was lovely, sad that I only stayed for one night. It was clean, nicely decorated, comfy bed. Didn’t get a chance to use it but the kitchen looked well equipped. Studio is about 20 minutes walk from the train station, so location seemed central though I only stayed for the one night for a concert so didn’t explore anything in the city . Would be happy to stay again if I visited Jyväskylä again.

Air condition in the apartment! Bed was comfy and the apartment was close to city center, train/bus station. Hosts were nice and provided me and my friend very nice stay! The apartment was perfect for us (two people) and there was everything you needed. Apartment was easy for us to find with help of google maps and the hosts directions. Location was also peaceful. I recommend this place. 😊 This is a very good option if you don't want to go hotel/the city hotels are too expensive for your budget or there is no rooms in hotels in city center. Since we came for the Suomipop Festival, the hotels were ofc full, but it did not bother us, since we found this place. Thank you!

A little lacking in places for clothes but nothing to worry about

The location was good and it was a nice minimalistic studio with all the necessary facilities. Although not far from the centre, it felt somewhat private and quiet.

There was dust above the lights on both sides of the bed and the floor was not completely clean.

Very neat and air conditioning. New and modern. Very good info and contact with owner. We lost a key but no problem.

The apartment is centrally located. It is rather new and therefore in good shape. Cooking facilities are good. Bed and sofa bed are comfortable. The host was answering promptly whenever we had a question.

I must admit that with this price range, I would have expected something better. First of all, the apartment was rather dirty when we arrived (food, dirt and dust on the floor, bathroom floor and rug soaking wet). According to the host, the apartment was cleaned before our arrival, but apparently not very thoroughly. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were nearly empty and had not been filled or replaced. Dishes (cups, plates etc) had a strange smell in them. Moreover, the water pressure in the shower was rather low. If you are traveling with a baby (like we did), the design of the bathroom is not ideal when it comes to washing your baby after diaper change. If you are a light sleeper, the noise of traffic and night trains might bother you. (My spouse woke up several times.)

Nice new apartment with a separate entrance. Very near to the Ava Alto Museum (which is currently closed). Friendly neighbourhood.

Impossible to open any windows for fresh air.
