We loved everything, starting with the fact that they are truly pet-friendly. We liked the location, the lovely courtyard, the friendly staff, the nearby quiet beach and the little village.

Apartmant u kojem smo mi bili je u prizemlju, i pogled je bacao preko puta i preko parkinga (koji je vecinu vremena bio prazan ili polu prazan - u pitanju je livada) na more. Do mora treba oko 3min. Smestaj ima spolji tus i lepo uredjeno dvoriste sa stolovima i stolicama, lezaljkama, drvecem i prirodnom senkom... tako da je za nas ovo bilo idealno, Prosetas se do mora, okupas se u moru, vratis se nazad u lepo i mirno dvoriste. Parkiranje je ono milina, u samom kompleksu ima parking a i sa druge starne se nalazi parking ispred mora, tako da ono nema brige za to. Inace smestaj se nalazi na tom nekom lokalnom putu koji ima cetiri restorana (poprilicno dobra) i dve prodavnice. Put se odvaja od magistrale ide pored mora i vraca na magistralu i dugacak je 2-3km, tako da je idealan za jutarnju/vecernju setnju. Menjaju peskire i sredjuju svaki dan! Cisto je, novo je i jako lepo sredjeno.

Imaju wifi, ali u nasem apartmanu je bio jako los, dobar je bio napolju u dvoristu ali u samom apartmanu je bio los. Resio sam tako sto sam kupio esim i sam sherovao net klincima i to je to. Kada se ulazi u more je veci sljunak, i ima stena ali onda posle toga dolazi pesak.

Nice modern and well equipped apartment, close to sea. The place is nice, there was also garden.

Gazda a fost foarte drăguță, amabilă. S-a ridicat zilnic gunoiul,curățenie și schimbat prosoapele în fiecare dimineață,lenjeria la două zile. Ai posibilitatea să faci grătar, să stai în grădină pentru că ai multă vegetație. Camera este util mobilată și cu vedere la mare.

Este puțin gălăgie de la mașinile care trec pe stradă.

Чисто, прибирають кожен день і це супер👍🏼, зміна полотенець - кожен день і це класс👍🏼 перша лінія- з балкона гарний вид, при бронюванні уточнюйте яка саме у вас будівля нова чи стара, бо стара будівля знаходиться трошки ближче до моря(ближче на 10 метрів 😁) До моря 20 метрів, є дитячий майданчик, є зона барбекю. В номері є весь необхідний посуд для приготування їжі - і все це було чистим. Також є фен, холодильник, кондиціонер, чайник, кава машина(таблетки до неї також кладуть кожен день- 👍🏼) Якщо ви їдете на машині і плануєте готувати то я би радила брати з собою те чим ви звикли користуватись кожен день, приправи або щось з їжі і тд , щоб не шукати і не купляти це тут.

Не має пляжу, тобто він є але його буквально 3 -5 метрів і він в гальці, а в морі купа великого каміння, будьте готові до того що купатися будете в камінні, обовʼязково треба брати аквашузи, для дітей не зовсім зручний варіант, ну або їздити на інші пляжі, найближчий це десь за 7 хвилин.

Фото соответствует реальности, жить там было комфортно и приятно. Отличный персонал. Было чисто и в номере и на территории. Очень красивый двор.

La camera era arredata molto bene, la cucina molto bene fornita, la macchina per il caffè aveva anche le capsule e lo zucchero. Molto belle le camere del secondo piano!

All'arrivo ci è stata data una camera al piano terra che non corrispondeva a quella che avevamo prenotato secondo le foto di booking (quella camera su booking proprio non si vede nelle foto). La proprietaria molto cortesemente ci ha cambiato la camera il giorno successivo, ma insomma, non è stato il massimo dover cambiare Fate attenzione alla prenotazione!

Odası harika sadace banyosu çok konforlu değildi

ΤΟ διαμέρισμα ήταν διαμπερές και είχε ανοιχτή θέα προς την θάλασσα. στα θετικά είναι η καθημερινή καθαριότητα και η αλλαγή πετσετών, το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και πρόθυμο και ο κήπος πολύ προσεγμένος και όμορφος..

κατά την κράτηση είδα τις φωτογραφίες που είχε αναρτήσει ο οικοδεσπότης και οφείλω να ομολογήσω ότι παραπλανήθηκα καθώς το 90% αφορούσε το νέο κτίριο και η κράτηση που έκανα τελικά ήταν στο παλιότερο. Το wc στο διαμέρισμνα της κράτησης δεν ήταν όπως στο νεο κτίριο που είχα δει στις γενικές φωτο πριν την κράτηση και οι χώροι του διαμερίσματος ήταν διαφορετικοί. η αλήθεια είναι πως η κράτηση που έκανα αντιστοιχούσε στο διαμέρισμα που μου παρέδωσαν αλλά οι γενικές φωτογραφίες που είδα πριν την κράτηση θεωρω ότι ήταν παραπλανητικές και θα έπρεπε να ήμουν πιο υποψιασμένος και να κάνω καλύτερη έρευνα. ένα σημαντικό επίσης μειονέκτημα ήταν η απουσία σίτας στα παράθυρα, και το πολύ μικρό ψυγεί. Η κουζίνα ήταν μικρή και δεν μπορούσες να κάνεις με ευκολία ούτε μια σαλάτα.

Επιτέλους ένα κατάλυμα όπου δεν ακολουθεί τη νοοτροπία της Χαλκιδικής και δεν εκμεταλλεύεται τον τουρίστα! Τα δωμάτια ήτανε μεγάλα και η επικοινωνία ήταν άψογη σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε

A fost un sejur asa cum mi-am dorit și exact cum am rezervat. Locație excelenta, curățenie, iar proprietara, Anastasia, de nota 10. Un view din cameră și terasa cu vedere la mare, super. Plaja la 30 m. Din camera se aud valurile. Accepta și animale de companie, fără taxe.

Plaja și întrarea în apa este cu pietre, dar faptul ca este o plaja retrasa și are și umbră naturală, a fost ok. Dar faptul ca doar traversezi o străduță și o mini parcare cu iarbă și ajungi la plaja, a fost un mare plus. Umbra de la pini a fost ok pentru animalul de companie.

Super miejscowość Mola Kaliva mała dwa sklepy cztery restauracje, plaża super mimo że kamienista w wodzie piasek, warto mieć maska do nurkowania piękna czysta woda, codzienna zmiana ręczników super, kichania ma wszystko co potrzebne, grill w ogrodzie robiliśmy rybkę, piękne drzewka oliwkowe i hamaki na wieczórorny wypoczynek. Polecam napewno wrócimy ❤️

Jedyne co na zdjęciach nie ma pokazanego budynku w którym są pokoje classic jest to osobny budynek bliżej plaży niż ten który jest na zdjęciach nowy. Ale widok z balkonu super morze i palmy 🏖️

The accommodation had a beautiful garden, dining area with BBQ facilities, children's playground. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels and toiletries changed. The beach is close, as are the shops. I recommend special beach shoes, because the beach is rocky and it is difficult to move around, as well as swimming, you have to be careful where you step.

Great thing is their garden and wide place for kids to play. Parking is ok, but not specifically oriented, if the space is taken you can be double parked. They clean every day and change beds and towels so that is good.

We just needed a place to stop for a two days but we only stayed one. We just don’t like this type of accommodation. Being in the box, it supposed to be a bigger room but it’s just beds and bathroom. On the entrance there is a small kitchen well equipped but utensils not cleaned properly. Almost under the kitchen sink there is a single bed which we did not have used. Table and chairs for dining are on the small terrace, terrace with the view on parking lot not at the sea. Even though they favorite only new accommodations which they are on pictures only and they are so hyped by the reviews, we knew that we booked room in old building so somehow we expected this. Also you can’t choose your “neighbors” but if the building is full then you can expect noise, moving chairs and dropping thing sounds from upstairs. For that one day we travelled to Poseidi for lunch and beach day because area around Mola papaya doesn’t have to offer more than a basic walk route and few supermarkets.

Страхотно място, в центъра на Мола Калива. Апартаментите са с голяма и хубава тераса. Стаята се чисти всекидневно. Точно срещу хотела има малък свободен плаж и точно до него има и заведение с частен плаж. Минусът е че плажовете по цялото крайбрежие са с камъни.

Se facea curatentie zilnic, desi destul de superficial. Camerele din cladirea veche au vedere directa la mare. Cladirea noua este moderna iar pentru camera de acolo nu am nimic de reprosat.

Am avut 2 camere rezervate, una a fost in cladirea noua, unde totul a fost ok, spatios si confortabil. In cladirea veche seara la ora 21:30 nu era apa calda la temperatura optima, probabil foarte multi foloseau dusul, cei care am stat in cladirea veche am fost nevoiti sa mergem la persoana din grupul nostru care a avut camera in corpul nou pentru a face dus. Mult praf in zona plintelor, balcon si camera foarte mica, nici vorba sa fie 35 m2 , era foarte ingust. Pete de sapun vechi pe bateria de la chiuveta si dus. Usa la balcon din lemn cu geamuri clasice care vibrau la orice masina grea sau zgomot din vecini. Balconul de 3 ori mai mic comparat cu cel din cladirea noua. Per total daca doriti cazare in cladirea veche nu merita. Cladirea noua este in regula, a meritat banii. Mare atentie ce rezervati, preturile sunt similare in cladirea veche fata de cea noua, ceea ce nu mi se pare in regula.

Мястото е прекрасно, чисто, поддържано, модерно обзаведен. Градината е чудесна,лимонени и маслинови дръвчета, има осигурени маси за кафе, маси за вечеря/обяд, играчки за децата. Всичко необходимо за релакс и спокойна почивка!

A szállás nagyszerű volt. Az érkezéskor vártak minket, a szállásunk olyan volt mint a képeken. A tenger nagyon közel van, kellemes hőmérsékletű, a part kavicsos. Egy kisebb bolt a szállástól kb 30 méterre található, abban minden alapvető dolog beszerezhető. A településen további bolt és éttermek vannak. Anastasia és szállás teljes személyzete nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Köszönjük az itt eltöltött napokat, szívből ajánljuk!

The location is good and they allow pets.

When we arrived the toilet was dirty. Almost all of the photos of the property are for a new building but when we arrived we were accommodated in an old building. We were told that this is what we have booked. It is very misleading when 99% of the photos of the property are from their new building and we did not realize at all there was an old building were rooms start with Classic. The most bizarre and annoying thing was that on the second day after the daily housekeeping they wrapped my dog's cup full of water in my son's pajama and put it on the bed. I did not understand why they did such thing to us.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön ausgestattet. Ich fand es ein bisschen zu klein, aber insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Terrasse war sehr schön und mit schönen Möbeln ausgestattet. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und die Badetücher wurden regelmäßig gewechselt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine kleine Küche mit allem, was man braucht, einschließlich Kaffeemaschine und Airfryer. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. In der Nähe gibt es einige Restaurants und einen Minimarkt. Das Meerwasser ist sauber und wunderschön, allerdings ist der Strand sehr steinig. Deshalb war es schwierig, ins Meer zu gehen. Wir sind daher jeden Tag zu einem anderen Strand gefahren. Mit dem Auto kann man in 10, 15 oder 20 Minuten sehr schöne Strände erreichen. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Very clean and comfortable studios, lovely decor and ambiance. Fresh towels every day and bedding regularly changed. The sea view is amazing from the balcony, you can sit with your coffee and admire the sea. Staff is very nice, polite and welcoming, they made us feel at home. The studios have a lovely garden with tables and chairs, a few tree swings, playground, lounge chairs a well. It’s a dog friendly place so my two Pomeranians had a lovely time too. The barbecue in the back garden is a top feature, a few people can make their own barbecue at the same time as it is a purposefully built long and convenient and has many grills and tools to make bbq. The beach is so close, but you can walk to the other beach easily. A nice taverna is near by, as well as a place for gyros and a couple of small shops. Resepsiyonla İlgilenen hanfendi çok tatlıydı bize çok yardımcı oldu ve etraf hakkında kapsamlı bilgi verdi oda genel olarak temizdi mutfak gereçleri yeterliydi duş biraz dar ve tavanı alçaktı otelin hemen önümdeki deniz çok taşlı ve girilmesi aşırı zor. derinlerde bile taş var giremedik, o yüzden denizi için gelinilecek bir otel kesinlikle değil.. Otelin hemen ilerisindeki balık restoranı galini çok iyiydi balıklar çok lezzetliydi ve manzarası baya güzeldi.ve her gün havluları değiştirdiler bulaşıklarımızı bile yıkamışlar o yönden çok güzeldi

Tesisin konımu çok güzel denize 100 metre yürüme mesafesi. 4 gece kaldıkm. Her gün girip temizlik yaptılar ve başarılılardı.

Beğenmedi olarak değil ama biz 2 yetişkin 2 ise 17 yaşında çocukla gitmiştik. 4 kişi olarak satılan oda oldukça küçük ve dar. Ayrıca resimdeki binayı görerek satın almıştık ancak öndeki eski binada kaldık. ( eski bina kötü manasında değil ama bu resimdeki binada değil)

В даному помешканні сподобалось все! Починаючи від приємної поснімшки Анастасії, до неймовірного вигляду з номера щоранку! Чиста, доглянути, продумана до дрібниць територія! Тиха та затишна зона до відпочинку із кріслами і шезлонгами, гойдалками! Поруч мангальна зона з усім необхідним для приготування барбікʼю, дитячий майданчик з іграшками для діток! Номер дуже маленький, проте ВСЕ необхідне для перебування є! Я брала із дому свій гриль, бо не повірила, що в номері надається аерогриль! Кавова машина, тостерниця, маленька електроплита та електрочайник! Сковорідки і каструлька, тарілки, стакани і бокали! Прибирання в кімнаті щодня! Це прям вау! Жінка, що прибирала у нас на першому поверсі молодчинка!!! Завжди приємно пахло в кімнаті, чисті рушники ЩОДНЯ!

Tesiste 1 gün konakladık. Tesisi seçme sebebimiz denize yakın olmasaydı. Denizden geldiğimizde odada su yoktu. Duş alamadık. Görevliye mesaj attım kısa sürede çözüleceği söylendi ama çözülmedi. Sabah duş alırız dedik yattık. Sabah hala odada su yoktu. Böyle bir tesiste depo olamaması çok mantıksız. Ya da su olmadığının haber verilmesi gerekiyordu. Wc’yi bile kullanamadık su olmadığı için. Duş akmıyor, sifon çalışmıyor. 1 gün kaldık ve şaka gibiydi. Suların akmadığını video da çektim. Sonra bookinge ücret iademi istediği belirttim cunku odadakı olanları kullanamadım ve mağdur edildim. Onlar da paramı iade etmedi. Yaz günü duş ve tuvalet kullanamadığım yere para ödedim. Sadece yatak kullanacak olsam daha uygun fiyatlı bir yer tercih ederdim. Asla tercih etmeyin mağdur olursunuz.

Помешкання нам нереально сподобалось! Дуже привітний персонал, дівчата любʼязні та щирі, підказали нам багато класних закладів. Сам номер чистий, прибирання і заміна рушників було щодня. На кухні є все необхідне для приготування їжі. Дуже сподобався сад біля помешкання. Нам було приємно та комфортно жити тут.

Sehr ruhig gelegen. Dennoch super Restaurant in direkrer Nähe Galini. Viele Parkplätze. Das Hotelgelände ist sehr schön und super gepflegt. Wir hatten vom Balkon aus wunderschönen direkten Blick aufs Meer (ohne jegliche Bauten, die die Sicht versperren). Zur Abwechslung mal viele Kleiderhaken und Handtuchhaken.

Die Matratzen waren recht hart. In Verbindung mit etwas "wenig flexiblen" Kissen echt gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber für 3 Nächte gut tolerabel für uns.

Ευχάριστη, άνετη διαμονή σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Το προσωπικό πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Θα το επισκεφτούμε σίγουρα ξανά στο μέλλον!

Όλα ηταν εξαιρετικά! Η κα Φωτεινή πολυ γλυκιά και εξυπηρετική. Γινεται καθαριότητα καθε μερα και ανανεώνονται κάψουλες για καφε, πετσέτες, είδη μπάνιου κλπ (παρα πολυ θετικό στοιχείο για εμενα). Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο. Ήσυχο μέρος, ιδανικό για όποιον θέλει να ξεκουραστεί και να απολαυσει με ηρεμία την φυση.

We had a great stay at Mola Papaya studios! ☺️ Mrs. Fotini and Mrs. Anastasia are very kind and welcoming. The studio is well-equipped, the beach is just a few steps away, and there are two taverns, a supermarket, and a café nearby. Highly recommended!

Stanza vista mare con favoloso panorama. Il mare dista massimo 100 metri dalla struttura. Struttura immersa nel verde.

L'edificio e le relative stanze pubblicato sul sito si riferiscono ad una nuova costruzione che poi una volta fatta la prenotazione, dunque una volta giunti sul posto, non corrisponde a quanto scelto, tant'è che il gestore ti assegna la room appartenente ad una costruzione più vecchia e datata, sebbene con vista mare. Di conseguenza gli arredi sono rumorosi perché datati e gli infissi privi di zanzariere nonostante menzionati come presenti in fase di prenotazione. Luogo vicino per visitare Possidi beach ma scomodo per visitare qualsiasi altro luogo presente a Kassandra.

Rooms are perfectly cleaned, like a 5-star hotel. Owners keep them in the best condition. Rooms are equipped with a private bathroom and kitchenette. You will find there everything that is needed to prepare your own meals 😊Balconies – you will love them and their views. That is a great pleasure to spend evenings there, sipping local vine and admiring the scenic landscape. Garden - magnificent. Also the great advantage is that they are dog-friendly. And now something that is the greatest value of that place – their owners and staff. They are perfect. Great atmosphere. Mrs.Fotini keep an eye for everyting and she is a great landlord. You can fill there like home. Really 😊 They put attention to all the details and they are willing to help you with each issue. Mola Kalyva - it is my place on earth for summer. Small, quite place, not crowded - where you can really "take a breath" and take a great relax, without any crowds. Also, it is a great place to visit other destinations on the Kassandra with plenty of magnificent beaches. Best regards to all of you. Fingers crossed and keep it up. See you in the future. Ottima struttura con parcheggio interno e grande giardino con amache e giochi per bambini, a due passi dal mare; molto pulita e arredata in modo moderno. Accolti di persona dalla signora che gestiva la struttura, ci ha spiegato la stanza e i luoghi da visitare. Cosa molto utile e apprezzata, lavano la cesta dei panni sporchi senza nessun extra e la restituiscono nel giro di poche ore. Avendo il volo di rientro la sera, ci è stata data all'ultimo un'altra stanza di appoggio con extra ragionevole. Proprietaria sempre disponibile e pronta a rispondere sempre su whatsapp in modo gentile.

La posizione non è in una delle spiagge più belle della zona, conviene avere la macchina per girare.

Offene kleine Duschkabine somit immer Wasser am Boden im Badezimmer und Knarschendes Bett.

Kesinlikle denize çok yakın. Evden çıkıyorsunuz tam karşısı deniz. Yürüyerek 1 dakika sürüyor. Bahçesi tertemiz. Oturmaya alan çok. Masalar var. Yetişkin ve çocuklar için salıncak var. Odalar her gün temizleniyor. Havlular değiştiriliyor, çöp atılıyor. Her gün kağıt havlu-tuvalet kağıdı tedarik ediyorlar. Kapsül kahve getiriyorlar. Çalışanlardan Mrs.Fotini çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Onu çok sevdik.

Temizliği harika, hergün havlular değişiyor ve otopark sorunu yok hemen karşısında market biraz yürüme mesafesünde çok güzel bir restoran var.

2 bina var birisi eski birisi yeni eski olanda kaldık. Camlarda sineklik yok akşamları belki sorun olabilir biz konakladığımızda sinek yoktu.

The property is situated in a quiet, green area of the island and features a wonderful garden. Parking in the complex courtyard is very convenient. The rooms are excellent, and cleanliness is maintained at an exceptionally high level. The staff shows constant care and attention to the guests. The kitchen is practical, fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The internet connection throughout the complex is reliable. The hosts are friendly and took great care of us. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We would be happy to return. I would recommend installing mosquito nets in the standard quadruple rooms and checking the handheld shower heads, as they need a small repair. Thank you for everything!

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ ήσυχη. Το κατάλυμα πολύ μοντέρνο και καθαρό και ο περιβάλλον χώρος πολύ όμορφος. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από διάφορες επιλογές εξορμήσεων με το αυτοκίνητο.

Η θάλασσα πεντακάθαρη αλλά με πολλές πέτρες. Χωρίς να χρειαστεί να χρησιμοποιήσεις αυτοκίνητο δεν έχει πολλές επιλογές για πράγματα να κάνεις, να δεις ή μαγαζιά να επισκεφτείς.

We had an amazing stay at Mola Papaya Studios in Mola Kalyva. The place is clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up, with everything we needed. The atmosphere is relaxing,the location is perfect and the host is incredibly welcoming and helpful. We felt at home right away and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended we’ll definitely be back.
