Although there was an unexpected water issue beyond their control, the staff handled it very well. They gave us a complimentary extra night's stay and made sure our baths were ready before we woke up. There was nothing they could have done better

It was spotless, calm, and felt like a little sanctuary. The host (Tshidi) was amazing. Both the host and hostess were so professional, warm, and helpful with everything. They made us feel so welcome. Shout out to Neo and Mpho I left feeling completely refreshed. If you’re looking for peace, quiet and a place to truly switch off, this is it. 10/10 would stay again.

The past weekend was very cold but no cold weather was formed against us because the facility provided a heater, they had two warm blankets and two throwers. The tv quality was good. The WiFi had a strong connection. The place was in very good condition. They provide a two pin plug for the hair dryer, there’s and iron, kitchen utensils were more than enough. Basically they had everything that one could need at their disposal.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026It’s STUNNING, in a beautiful and quiet area. The view from the room was amazing. And it was peaceful.
One of the staff members started shouting and singing very loudly in the morning, but luckily I was already awake. I think it’s because the house is so big, and so not easy to communicate with each other, but just to make them aware so that they are more careful. Other than that it was a great stay. Oh and I missed my taxi because of confusion about the gate, so I think it would be better if a guest is alerted on arrival that there are two gates. But Neo helped me with getting to the right gate.
