Departamento residencial Valle Nevado

Sector silencioso. Muy agradable el departamento y bonita decoración, bien equipado, calefaccionado. Cama super cómoda. Buena comunicación con el anfitrión.

No hubieron aspectos que no me gustaron.

Um pouco longe do centro de ski.

Acomodação ótima , pertinho do centro de esqui do Valle. A proximidade do mercadinho facilitou bastante a estadia. A comunicação com os funcionários da recepção é Nota 10. Klaus foi gentil e me indicou o Pato para o transporte que também foi muito bacana ! Gratidão

Só sentimos falta do wfi que não conseguimos manusear, mas como tínhamos chip internacional não atrapalhou !

O anfitrião foi super prestativo e atendeu todos os nossos questionamentos. No prédio tinha um concierge que também nos ajudou com a chegada e instalações.

La Atencion de Klaus y berta fueron estupendas, muy recomendables. El depa es acogedor pero super completo con todo lo necesario para que la estancia se genial, el edificio tiene una pista para llegar a Gondola esquiando.

A cozy place to stay on Valle Nevado mountain. The apartment has everything you need. A ski locker, underground parking, in-suite kitchen. The price is lower than the full-service hotel.

Not real ski-in-ski-out. Some hiking required to get to the slope. About 500m walking to the hotel and restaurant area. But it's not really a problem if you have a car.

Location, very close to the snow park, it also has shuttle bus, every 10 minutes...awsome cortesy. The view from the room, wonderful to the mountains, happy to open the shade....for me, very important thing! The apartment has everything you need and more...super well equipped! Perfect heating temperature...working perfectly and water temperature in the shower, also perfect, very important! I went with a friend and we were very happy with the studio. 2 People, maximum.

Nothing!

The property provided easy access to the mountain and chair lifts. The room is small, but you aren't there to stay indoors! The owner Klaus was very prompt in responding to any questions about the room, the resort and restaurant options, as well as personally helping us retrieve some items we had forgotten in the ski lockers. Can't thank him enough!

Bad WiFi

Klaus was a wonderful host, excellent communication and very easy to deal with. Would thoroughly recommend Klaus and this apartment

WIFI wasn’t that great.

We came for skiing and it has direct access to the trails and lifts. The shuttle that brought us back to the apartment was very convenient.The apartment had everything we need especially for preparing our food. The bath towels are big, thick and soft! The linens were clean and the mattress firm that relaxed our tired backs. They even have a storage room in the basement to keeps our luggages secure while we skied after checking out. Most importantly, they have a locker for our skis, boots and poles making the daily skiing so efficient and convenient.

Everything was perfect. Including the weak on-and-off internet service which made me focus more with my wife!😀

Apartment was perfect for a couple, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views and great location.

everything was great

The apartment has everything you can possibly need! It's so efficient. The view outside is unbelievable and we caught the most beautiful and serene sunset ever..and we have seen many sunsets in spectacular places! The constant communication and help is really commendable. We will come back at the peak of winter sometime!

ski in/out location

landlord could take a debit/credit card or international wire transfer - this needs sorting as no cash machine in resort; apartment was very small and 1/2 full of landlords possessions. neither are what we expected from Booking.com
