Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Esta estadia é maravilhosa 1- Localização = perto de tudo mas como é no começo da rua do forró não tem barulho para dormir , então dormi super bem 2- camas e roupas de cama = tudo de primeira qualidade muito bom e confortável 3- Chuveiros= pressão da água ótima 4- Café da manhã = muito farto, com frutas, ovos, sucos naturais 5- oferecem água na recepção, o que é uma ótima atitude, Jeri é uma reserva e não ter que ficar comprando milhões de garrafas de água e gerando lixo, já valeu a pena.
Essa hospedagem é ótima, a verdade é que nao tem o que falar mal. Só sugestão, quando chegamos era 14h a moça da recepção nem checou se o quarto estava disponível para gente adiantar a entrada, apenas disse entrada às 15h voltem neste horário, enfim regras são regras, mas se o quarto estivesse livre seria gentil adiantar :)

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Le personnel toujours aussi accueillant , qui vous aide pour toutes vos envies: massages avec Elinice et ses collègues qui sont incroyables,soin beauté , excursions, transferts….Tout est parfait Un jardin magnifique et des logements très agréables. Le petit déjeuner très très copieux …voir même un peu de gaspillage on ne pouvait pas manger tous les gâteaux, fruits etc… …peut être voir avec les clients la veille au soir afin d’éviter ce surplus.
Dans ce cadre enchanteur le seul souci d’importance est la proximité avec les autres villas. Malgré un règlement qui interdit tout bruit et fête certaines villas ont quasiment tous les jours et début de soirée fêtées anniversaire etc… A ma demande la conciergerie et la sécurité ont maintes fois intervenues mais ce n’a pas dissuadé les fêtards qui recommençaient 🙁.. ça gâche le séjour et ne convient pas au cadre de ce lieu superbe ….. il faut absolument faire appliquer le règlement entres les villas sinon c’est pas vivable. Même si il y a plusieurs gestionnaires. La chambre était très agréable, juste pas assez d’oreillers à notre goût. Ia peinture de la douche était écaillée , le carrelage serait peut être utile.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026Le lieu est vraiment très joli et élégant. On s’y sent bien, il y a de la place. L’ambiance bois donne un côté chic Le petit déjeuner est très bien On est à cinq minutes à pied du centre de jeri . C’est très calme la nuit.
Il y a des villas en construction autour, ce qui génère des bruits de travaux dans la journée. Le personnel n’est pas des compétence égale tous les jours. Nous avons eu des personnes très efficaces, mais aussi d’autres très lymphatiques.

J étais obligée d’acheter une serviette pour pas abîmer les leurs Bémol : Par contre leur draps étaient troués déchirés il devrait être plus clément sur les restrictions

L’équipement est très succinct pour cette catégorie: On ne propose pas une bouteille d’eau, ni la possibilité d‘en acheter. Plus un lieu de location avec une liste d‘interdits présente au début du séjour, qu‘un hôtel avec un sens de l‘accueil. La qualité du petit déjeuner est bien en dessous de que cela peut être dans des endroits moins onéreux.

Das Personal war sehr nett – wenn man etwas gebraucht hat, waren sie immer da. Das Frühstück war klasse. Es ist absolut empfehlenswert, dort zu übernachten. Es ist sehr ruhig und man hat viel Sicherheit, man fühlt sich dort einfach sehr gut. Wenn ich noch einmal nach Jericoacoara reise, komme ich auf jeden Fall wieder hierher. Vielen Dank für alles! Reviewed Jan 14, 2026Excelente ambiente, calmo, transmite tranquilidade e paz. O alojamento tem áreas comuns muito agradáveis, as vilas são pequenos oásis. Apartamentos grandes, camas confortáveis, casas de banho com excelentes condições, estava tudo muito limpo, Staff muito cuidadoso e atencioso.

Cafe da manhã muito bom e nao poderia deixar de frizar o bom atendimento da LETÍCIA Super simpática, atenciosa e faz um omelete, tapioca e uma água detox sensacional. Vc pode levar bebidas e ate produtos para cozinhar etc.Tudo maravilhoso. Super indico.
So o fato de nao ter restaurante e opções de bebidas e drinks. Mas por outro lado, permite vc levar bebidas e comidas pra consumir ou ate mesmo preparar na area de lazer do apartamento.

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Es hilft dir nimand beim Gepäck tragen. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein aber das Badezimmer dafür sehr gross.

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025Sendo que ficámos na Vila Ventana: - Decoração super acolhedora que nos faz sentir em casa; - Cama mais confortável onde já me deitei na vida; - Quartos são INCRÍVEIS, casa de banho grande; - Atendimento dos funcionários, reforçando que a Letícia é maravilhosa e faz umas tapiocas de outro mundo.
Podia ser mencionado aqui no booking que há várias vilas sendo que a Ventana, que foi onde nós ficámos, a piscina é usada também pelo pessoal que fica nos apartamentos. O check out é às 11H e podia ser um pouco mais tarde, mas o Hotel é super flexível e ajuda os hóspedes nesse aspeto.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2025El desayuno es excelente, las chicas que lo preparan (Renata y Leticia) son personas muy agradables y cocinan exquisito. La tapioca y el cuscus que preparan son de otro planteta. Todo el entorno, el personal y el mantenimiento de los espacios verdes son excelentes. Las personas de portería dispuestos a solucionar problemas. El aire acondicionado es muy bueno. Los colchones son excelentes pero son blandos, tener en cuenta aquellas personas con dolor de espalda. La piscina está muy buena aunque el agua un poco fría.
Si bien solucionaron el inconveniente de inmediato, la habitación que se me adjudicó no era la que reservé. Además del tamaño, la que yo había reservado estaba en el piso superior, pero se me había adjudicado la de abajo demasiado cerca de la piscina. Si bien es un detalle y lo solucionaron de inmediato, sería bueno solucionar eso. El lugar es muy lindo, pero las fotos están demasiado lindas y quizá se espera un poco más del mismo.

The wifi signal wasn't very good in our room, outside of our room it worked great. Water heater went out for the last day and a half but we didn't let them know right away and the water isn't exactly cold in Jericoacoara so it wasn't a huge deal.

There was no hot water in any of our 4 day stay, you couldn’t have a proper shower. It’s inexcusable not to be able to have a hot shower for 4 days in a row. We kept telling them each day that we have problem With the shower and they didn’t fix it until even the last day.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2022First of all, the proactiveness and kindness of Letícia who supervises the property and Katia who was assigned to look after our Villa really enhanced the experience. The property itself makes you fall in love with the place. Well looked after, clean and with all appliances in the kitchen and room. The pool is outstanding and also the barbecue area. Pretty close to restaurants and beaches. Letícia was very helpful booking tour and extending assistance when needed. I would always return to Aldeia anytime
