Me gustó mucho, lo único que podría agregar es aire acondicionado en la pieza principal, ya que en invierno hace mucho frío.

La habitación tiene filtración de viento en el ventanal, un poco molesto para el invierno.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026Excellent location within a very short distance of the Puerto Varas centre and the Puerto Chico beach. The apartment was sparkling clean, with comfy furniture and a nice garden which gets sunshine in the morning. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and equipment. Checking in and out was very smooth. There is street parking available.
My only two small reservations would be: (1) you hear the neighbours / sounds from the corridor; (2) if you want to use this as a remote office, there is no proper seating.

Reviewed Jan 24, 2026Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, porque era muy práctica y cómoda para moverme. El departamento estaba impecable, bien amoblado y con todo lo necesario. También me dio una sensación de seguridad, lo que hizo que la estadía fuera aún mejor.
No tengo nada negativo que mencionar, todo estuvo excelente

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026El departamento es prácticamente nuevo y está equipado con todo lo necesario para cocinar en caso de necesitarlo. La ubicación es excelente. Desde el patio (terraza) del departamento puedes observar el Volcán Osorno. Perfecto para pasar unos días en Puerto Varas. Super recomendado. No dudaría en regresar.

Reviewed Dec 13, 2024This is a cozy little apartment. It is an easy pleasant walk along the waterfront to the center Puerto Varas where the majority of restaurants are located. It was very clean and we had everything we required. There is always someone at the front desk and they are very helpful and friendly. A large grocery store is close by. The apartment is conveniently located a short scenic drive to Osorno hiking trails. Our host was very helpful and friendly, answering some questions we had.

Had some mold and mold smell with heating on, have to pay for washing clothes, like 3 bucks, but wasn't expected, the while building (now may be normal for chile) smells like a house fire. I hope Chile changes the ways they do things it is very frustrating but I guess this is experience of travel.
