FaltariaTV en el dormitorio,información de cómo usar la cocina,ya que muchos usamos has no electricidad El hecho de tener que pagar el total sin ver el departamento.Solo con transferencia y eliminan tarjeta de crédito o efectivo,tuvieron que cambiar la plataforma de transferencia ya que no podía con la ofrecida,no es personal todo mecanizado,estricto no me gustó

Podría ser bueno poner en el dormitorio persianas blackout para que no entre tanta luz a la mañana temprano.

Modern and clean apartment with two portable radiators which, with enough time, warmed up the apartment. Walkable to areas of the town.

Property management was slow to respond and provided zero information about the apartment. Checking in with the concierge was awkward, had to figure out on our own the key card allowed underground parking door access. We never quite figured out how we entered/exited the parking garage door - do security cameras show someone is there? This could easily be resolved with a 1-page summary of pertinent information.

La ubicación es muy buena. Muy cerca del centro, con comercio, bares y restaurantes a pasos caminando, y del paradero de minibuses. La decoración y el equipamiento del depto es muy útil y funcional para quienes se hospedan varios días. La TV es smartTV, hay parlante para escuchar música y wifi. Cuenta con estufas eléctricas, muy necesarias por el clima de la zona.

En sí, la propiedad tiene todo lo indispensable y más. Aún así, incluiría un par de detalles como un secatoallas o tendedero y/o sacarle un poco más de provecho a la terraza. Las ventanas del dormitorio son muy traslúcidas. Respecto a la reserva, piden el pago anticipado, lo que no es tan común ni tampoco te lo advierten previamente, pero no tuve problemas.

- Apartamento cómodo, con estacionamiento. - Buena ubicación, a 3 minutos andando del centro, a 4-5 de la costanera, y con supermercados y otros servicios cerca. - Bien calefactado. - Cómodo, con todo lo necesario para estancia de varios días. - Cama cómoda y bien equipada para el invierno.

- La limpieza de algunos elementos de la cocina podría ser mejor. - El gimnasio está muy descuidado, es una pena. Entiendo que esto no es responsabilidad directa del alojamiento, sino del condominio; pero es importante dejar nota. - Se agradece dejar alguna toalla adicional (para secarse el pelo, etc.). - Me hubiera gustado saber que el pago sería por adelantado a través de un enlace directo. Al principio me generó desconfianza, y en Atención al Cliente de Booking no me ayudaron a clarificar la situación.

Departamento full equipado, eléctrico, amplio y moderno; cama amplia y comoda, tiene 2 estufas eléctricas que calientan el depto rápidamente. Está ubicado a 5 minutos a pie del centro, cuenta con estacionamiento privado y todas las necesidades básicas cubiertas. WiFi de alta velocidad (fibra), tv cable, cama King, baño amplio con extractor de aire. Las ventanas doble panel hacen que el depto sea muy silencioso! Anfitrión responde rápidamente. ¡Me volveré a quedar sin duda! 10/10

A veces tiene muy poco olor a humo de cigarro proveniente de otros deptos, pero encendido la campana de la cocina, se va.

Very wel outfitted apartment and spotlessly clean.

Location was excellent. The apartment and building were well maintained. Really appreciated the 24/7 concierge and onsite parking. Best shower in the 6 or 7 places we have stayed so far.

"Modern" design wasn't as functional as it could be. E.g. limited counter space in bathroom and very few towel hooks, single light in bathroom.

I really enjoyed the layout of the apartment and that the floor plan was in the photos. As couple the space has everything you need, eating area, relaxing space and bedroom with loads of storage space. The location of the flat is great with 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. We used the Pool at the building which wasn't heated but still great. We cooked in the apartment a lot, and I was really placed with how well the kitchen was stocked, including a knife sharpener. The Wifi was great! I would 100% stay again, we were really sad that we had to leave.

Some extra information would have been really useful. We arrived late by taxi and the person in reception was doing his rounds and not at the desk to unlock the door. We had big bags and if one of the residents of the apartment building hadn't conveniently been entering the building at the same time, we would have been waiting outside for a while. Not sure which button to press on the dial (The bell at the top right). After about 10 minutes (Thankfully waiting in the lobby), the reception guy returned and took our details. We asked about the door for future reference and he said there would be a key fob in the room which there was. The residents of the apartment block were very kind and helpful. Hom gave us the contact details of a person to message, and I messaged to say we had arrived but it was late and 30 mins before they responded. If we had been unable to get in I probably would have called them. The key to enter the apartment (Green) is very stiff and you really have to push it in. The wifi code is literally as you walk in on the left under the fuse boxes. At the end of our stay, we found the laundry card which is required for the machines on level -1 (turning right out of the lift). It would have been really useful to have known about this before the last day. To access the pool and gym on level 1, you must register for the key at reception (-2) and, again turn right out of the elevator. This information may be buried somewhere within the booking information but it would have been handy to have had a physical sheet in the apartment with Photos, of what did what, and how things work.

Very clean, modern apartment. Well equipped. Would definitely return to it if we’re back in Puerto Varas.
