Host & staff are nice, place is clean, and in a quiet area but close enough to walk to stores & Oistins.

At least the outside looked nice.

We booked this location, indicating from beforehand that we are landing at 11pm. The host emailed and whatsapped me indicating that I should call them when landed to secure my entry. I am in a party of three, including a pensioner. I arrived as scheduled and both whatsapped and called the host, who to this point, at 9 am on the next day has not responded or called. What that meant is that from 1130pm to 2am, my entire party was stuck outside the apartment building, in an unfamiliar location, with nowhere else to go. On top of that it started to rain. More than 30 call attempts later, attempts at emails and messages through booking.com and as of 831am on the next day, I have not been contacted even with an apology. This has forced me to not only use Uber to get to another location, but to pay, at the very last minute, the price of a night at another location at 2am. This is unacceptable and reprehensible on behalf of a company and location offering stays to visitors. I want not only an apology, but the difference in price between what I would have paid, and what I eventually had to pay at the other accommodation, and the Uber. I may also have no choice but to report this location with the relevant government body in Barbados. Ridiculous.

Everything. Especially Esther, who dropped me to the mall when I asked about getting a bus or taxi.

No toiletries. I was on a one night stop over and would have enjoyed having shampoo and shower wash available.

Fantastic apartment, clean and comfortable and great location. The host was able to get us in for a last minute booking after our original apartment unexpectedly cancelled, so we were very grateful! AC was strong in both bedrooms, lots of space in the kitchen and main area. We would definitely stay here again.

Very peaceful and nice balcony area outside.

The sofa bed caved in so one of ours sons ended up having to sleep on the sofa. Other than that everything else was perfect

No aceptan tarjeta de crédito. Esto es un problema porque generalmente no viajo con tanto efectivo. No había jabón en el baño y me tocó salir a comprar y ya era tarde.

After a delayed flight, we arrived late at destination airport and missed our connector. At very short notice, near midnight, we were accommodated for an overnight stay, so we could fly out the next morning. Much appreciated 😊

I could not find the location. As it showed as a hotel but it seemed to be a residence and noone was there.

Very clean and convenient accommodation close to Oistins Fish Market and restaurants. Frequent bus service on close nearby coast road. Beach across the road (200 meters) but during March there was some weed there, which you don't get further up the west coast road. We used it anyway :) . Friendly staff and the air conditioning was a great relief! Recommended .

All good. Shared rear balcony with next door apartment, but wasn't a problem.

The top appartment is very plush and comfotable, great value for money. We stayed in the bottom one which was small and basic but lovely all the same. We were a family of 9 travelling together. Staff particularly Esther lovely and very accomodating as we left luggae there to go ou for lunch b4 flying home.

Like I said difference between the top and basement appartment is vast but we were only there 2 nights, location good for Oistins etc if that's your thing and great value for money. Staff absolutely ovely and very accomodating

Perfect location only 10 minute walk from the beautiful Welches Beach. Also nearby Oistins fish fry and St Lawrence the Gap

A lovely clean and comfortable apartment set in a really nice residential area - with the most comfortable bed ever! Its possible to walk into Oistins and Miami Beach in about 20 minutes. Good supermarket 15mins walk away. The walk to the Gap is around 45 minutes, but its easy to catch a ZR (reggae) bus from the main road (about ten mins walk away from the apartment). It feels safe walking back at night as its in a nice area. The beach towels provided were a welcome bonus. There wete only two of us but there is plenty of room in the living area for 4 people. The host, Esther, is fabulous.

Lovely clean apartments in a great quiet neighbourhood 5 min walk to welches beach which is perfect for a morning dip in the blue warm sea The host was very helpful and friendly

We would of ideally liked a second floor apartment to have better views

Apartment was basic but price was excellent. Air conditioning in both bedrooms worked very well.

The shower head in our unit barely gave a trickle of water so a decent shower was difficult.

it was clean spacious

the wifi did not work, certain amenties for an AIrbnb such as sugar, oil was not there.. this can be improve as its a staple everyone uses and does not spoil

Bit far from restaurants

Location is private in a cul-de-sac yet still close to amenities such as Supermarket, gas station, bars etc. It is approximately 7 to 10 minutes drive from St. Lawrence Gap and 3 to 5 min from the popular Oustins Fish Market and fish fry location. The external and internal environs of the properly are well maintained and clean. Access to parking facilities, Internet, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious and and well laid out apartment are all a plus. I will highly recommend the apartment for visitors to this beautiful island.

Screens on windows needed cleaning. However this may be due to high levels of Sahara dust in the Caribbean at this time of year.

Location near Oistins Fish Fry, beaches and shops was handy. The hosts looked after us and our needs very well. The apartment, although not sparkling, was spacious and comfortable for our needs. Certainly recommend this apartment to anyone.

The television wouldn't work, even after the hosts had someone take a look at it. Need a sink plug to allow for dishwashing. On occasions, communications were slow in coming but never caused major concerns.

Don’s apartment is a lovely place to stay in Barbados. The location is very good and the apartment is comfortable and practical. Don and Esther were very helpful and accomodating. Will be staying here if we come back!

A lady was at the property to help us check in.

I couldn't get hold of them by phone as number didn't connect but lady was there so that was fine.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying in this nice apartment during our first trip to Barbados as a family of three. The accommodation was perfectly located in our opinion, offering peacful views of lush greenery right from the balcony where we enjoyed sipping coffee, tea, beer or rum. We loved spending time out there every single day for at least an hour, watching the hummingbirds flit by, observing the playful geckos and other lizzards, and being mesmerized by the butterflies and many birds. At night, the magical fireflies added a touch of wonder to the serene atmosphere. Every morning, we were greeted by roosters :) and at least one monkey in the tree, which was a delightful surprise. The apartment itself was spacious, nicely equipped, and comfortable. It had a fan for airflow in the living/dining room, and the bedrooms were equipped with air conditioning, making our nights cool and relaxing. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the island. We were also very impressed with the attentiveness of the hosts. Mr. Don was always quick to respond to our emails, providing us with any information or assistance we needed. Ms. Esther, who welcomed us on the evening of our arrival, gave us a great overview of the area. She kindly showed us the nearest beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets, as well as shared useful tips on where to catch buses. It really helped us feel more at home and confident exploring the island. The neighbourhood was peaceful and welcoming, with kind local people greeting us every time we met. It truly felt like a safe, friendly place to stay. This location was an ideal starting point to explore the island, with easy access to nearby attractions. We are already planning our next trip and will definitely be returning to AnnJenn's.

Comfy appartment, but not near from beach. 20 min walk to Miami beach and fishmarket, 15 min by bus to Rockly beach, 20 min by bus to Karlaile beach. Ester is very positive and nice women ❤️😘

Great place to stay,Esther and Don couldn't do enough for us,very quick to respond, if needed.

Great location, close to the Supermarket and Oistin Fish Market on foot. Close to the beach, however it’s worth to get a bus and check many other beaches too. Close to the bus stop and a great restaurant, Surfer’s café. Spacious rooms and terrace in the Apartment. The host prepared us some beers in the fridge, they were very kind.

There could be some basic spice in the kitchen, like salt and pepper.

The location was really bad if you have no transportation!

Esther was extremely helpful, it was pouring rain when I arrived and she called ahead to make sure I had dinner and was willing to help me get some if not. She also checked up on me to ensure I was ok when I went out when i was traveling alone

I really enjoyed my short stay at AnnJenn Apartments.Would definitely recommend there for your next visit, Mr Dan and Miss Esther was very friendly and welcoming, I would surely be back 😊

What was there not to like. Come on. First things first the place was very clean. The host was extremely pleasant and helpful and kind. The apartment was comfortable and had everything you need for a short or long stay. If you don't have access to a vehicle you can walk in and out the gap yh.

Arrangements were made for my pick-up at the airport, I was also assisted with finding a place to have dinner.

Very good location. Close to all the restaurants, shops and supermarket. Host went out of his way to help us. We arrived late and needed help finding a place to eat. Our host recommended a place. He also helped us to book our taxi to the airport for the next morning. Overall, very satisfied with the apartment and would stay there again.

Signposting to the apartment could be a lot better. It took us a little while to find it.

We were in a 2 bedroom apartment, it was truly excellent, in a very good qute area, but not to far from the bars in Oistins, Surfers cafe, the Sage bar & several beaches, was good to see a few monkeys & humming birds right next to the apartment in a wooded area, it's a 600m ish walk down to the coast, which we enjoyed but just mentioning it in case future guests are disabled or have walking difficulties, Don is the perfect host, everything worked, WiFi, AC TV etc, go on get it booked!!!

The property was spacious. To accommodate family or two couples. Had all necessary facilities to have a self sustained stay. Parking and patio. Walking distance from the sea. Nice friendly host. Overall we had short but peaceful stay and we were happy with.

Location away from main street and no short cuts for pedestrians... Aircon wasn't adjustable and we were unable to direct air flow to the ceiling in which case half of the night we my wife got cold and we had to turn it off and open the windows... No major complaints

The host Don was excellent. Met us on arrival , explained everything. Home from home facilities. Quiet residential area.

Location a little off the main so if you dont have a car it can be difficult to walk to if your mobility is poor.

I just needed a base from which to conduct my activities, and Annjenn provided it. This was my fourth stay at Annjenn. I particularly like the veranda at the back of the property, which is very private. The apartment is very spacious. The housekeeper is pleasant and helpful, as is the owner. I am likely to stay there again.

Spotlessly clean Walking distance from the coastal road and Oistins and even the Massey's Supermarket. 7 mins walk to Welches beach which was wonderfully quiet(early February) with only the odd surfer. We needed somewhere serviceable to stay for a few days and get our bearings before moving on to the resort where we were going to spend the rest of our holiday who were arriving from other countries. It is good value for money.

I am fairly fit and happy with the steep uphill climb coming home but it was a barrier for older members of the party. And the lower ground apartment we stayed had no pleasant views to serve as a distraction.

The peacefulness and the location

Don has made the apartment so cute and welcoming. a short walk to the beach, everything very clean, and Don was just wonderful and kind.
