Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Sve je bilo vrhunski - apartman je bio ugodan, cist, sa malim balkonicem na kojem si mogao vidjeti izlazak sunca. Ambijent - udaljen 8 minuta autom od centra Schladminga pruzio nam je mir i tišinu, svjež zrak, zelenilo, domace zivotinje, djecji parkic odmah uz objekt, pogled na dolinu i planine u okolici. Uz nocenja u objektu u ovo doba, dobije se i Summer Card koji omogucava mnoštvo atrakcija, žičare, bazene, muzeje... besplatno,uz mnoge druge kojima je reducirana cijena
Sve je bilo odlično, ali ako bih morala cjepidlačiti, jastuci su bili premekani :)

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026The house is very nice with a stunning overview of the valley. The apartment had all we needed, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Birgit helped us with all our questions and requests, and we could also charge our car there.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026Brilliant house and amazing location. Birgit was very thoughtful and attentive to our needs. There is no meal option at the property but Birgit is very kindly running a service of bakery delivery early in the morning which makes breakfasts much easier.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026Velice pěkný penizon, který se nachází mezi areály Hauser Kaibling a Planai. Do obou areálů je to autem kousek, takže se jedná o velice dobrou pozici pro oba areály. Penzion nabízí pro každý apartmán v lyžárně uzamykatelnou skříňku. Apartmán byl velice prostorný a pěkně vybavený. Velice se mi líbila možnost si nastavit přes termostat teplotu v každém pokoji, takže jsem měl v pokojích příjemné teplo. Ubytování bylo velice příjemné a jediná maličkost, která byla otravná je využití klíče pro zapnutí elektriky, protože pokud si chcete zamknout pokoj, musíte vypnout elektriku, zamknout pokoj, a zase zapnout elektriku. Pokud by dveře zevnitř měli knobku pro zamykání bez klíčů, bylo by to na hodnocení 11/10 😄

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026Bardzo dobry apartament, czysty i pachnący. Duże pokoje, łazienki kuchnia. Dobra jakość mebli, pościeli i ręczników. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona w zastawę stołowa i masę niezbędnych przyborów kuchennych, zmywarka, plus również odkurzacz. Bardzo miła właścicielka. Fajna opcja zamawiania świeżego pieczywa z dostawą rano.
Chyba brak minusów, no może jedynie przydałby się jakiś odświeżacz powietrza w toaletach ;-)

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025Moc hezké apartmány, opravdu velký a prostorný, dvě koupelny a dvě toalety. Prostorná a dobře vybavená kuchyň. Dostatek místa pro parkování pro všechny hosty. Ovšem nejlepší byli majitelé, velmi příjemní a velmi nápomocní když jsme měli problém s rakví na autě. Děkujeme za vše.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2025Landhaus Birgit is een hele fijne uitvalsbasis voor een vakantie in de omgeving Planai Dachstein. We verbleven hier met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Het huis staat op een werkelijk prachtige locatie op de berg, terwijl je met slechts enkele minuten rijden bij zowel Planai als Hauser Kaibling bent. Het ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk en alles was goed schoongemaakt. Er is veel informatie over uitjes en activiteiten te vinden in de centrale hal. Parkeerplek is er genoeg en ook de tuin is super: een speeltuin en trampoline is aanwezig. Last but not least; de Schladming Dachstein Sommer card is inbegrepen bij dit verblijf. L Prijs kwaliteit is goed hier!
Het enige minpunt voor ons is de Wi-Fi. Deze werkte vaak niet of nauwelijks. Maar dat mocht de pret uiteraard niet drukken.

מקרר קטן, אין מיקרוגל, לא היה ברור איך להפעיל את הקומקום מים חמים, היה חם ולא היה מאוורר ולא רשתות בחלונות ולא ניתן לפתוח חלונות כי החרקים נכנסים , קומה שנייה ללא מעלית, כביש מפותל ובלילה קצת מפחיד לנהוג בגלל הגובה.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2025We zijn heel tevreden over Landhuis Birgit. We kregen gelijk een enorm welkom gevoel toen we aankwamen en waren vervolgens echt verrast over de ruimte in ons appartement en hoe netjes alles eruit zag. Onze oudste zoon heeft zich volop vermaakt bij het speeltuintje en bij de konijnen. Leuk dat dat er ook bij zit! Wij komen hier zeker terug.
Geen opmerkingen, alles was perfect.

V apartmánu nám vůbec nic nechybělo, byla zde myčka a dostatek nádobí takže jsme nemuseli nic umývat ručně. To jsem v apartmánu viděla poprvé. Postele pohodlné, klid a krásné výhledy jak z apartmánu tak z krásné terasy před domem. Pro děti skvělé hřiště, ovečky a králíčci, které naše dcera milovala. Paní majitelka velmi příjemná a se vším nápomocná. Moc děkujeme za krásný pobyt.

Snad jen hodně měkké matrace, ale to je drobnost.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2025Birgit ist eine super nette Gastgeberin. Die Lage des Hofes ist toll, es ist ruhig, man ist in 5 min mit dem Auto in Haus und in 10 min in Schladming. Birgit empfiehlt tolle Ausflugsziele, hilft sofort, wenn man Fragen hat oder Unterstützung braucht (nach einem kleinen Unfall half sie mit Schmerzmitteln aus, ihr Hausarzt hat mich weiter versorgt). Es gibt frische Eier vom Hof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in 5 min erreichbar und dank der Sommercard kann man richtig viele Angebote nutzen. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, seinen Urlaub bei ihr zu verbringen.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2025Spacious apartment, received clean, well equipped. Quiet, in the middle of nowhere (in a good way), small playground. We adored the balcony overlooking the quiet nature, the tractors coming, and we even saw some animals!
It was a bit uncomfortable to reach the owner for simple requests like toilet paper, changing bed linens, etc. All instructions are in German. Overall it felt like an “airbnb” rental more than an apart hotel. We expected a bit more present staff.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2024Das Haus liegt idyllisch am Berg mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Sommercard fanden wir auch toll, man kann Bergbahn fahren und Badeseen, Schwimmbad, etc. ist ebenfalls inklusive. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vielen Dank!
Ein paar Kissen oder eine Decke auf dem Sofa wäre nett gewesen, aber das ist nur ein Detail.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2024Es war ein unglaubliches Erlebnis in diesem luxuriösen Appartement wohnen zu können. Herrliche Aussicht, günstige Lage und die Gastfreundschaft der Familie haben uns unseren Urlaub so schõn gemacht, dass wir ein nächstes Mal bestimmt kommen werden.
So viele kostenlose Angebote mit Sommercard und.zu wenig Urlaubstage, sie zu genießen.

Situata molto in alto con un panorama pazzesco....noi purtroppo non abbiamo avuto la camera davanti,ma dietro è di lato, ma lo stesso è stato bellissimo e tranquillo. Al mattino siamo stati fortunati di vedere 3 "bambi "🙂 L appartamento e molto bello ma soprattutto molto,molto pulito...difficilmente trovare in questi giorni una pulizia così impeccabile,grazie Brigit, ci hai fatto sentire come a casa!
