This place was great for the long-term traveler. There was a functioning kitchenette, washing machine, and a/c. Easy walk through the neighborhood to a market and a tasty koshari place. (Plenty of friendly neighborhood judges, if you're into that sort of thing.) The premise was clean and quiet and the host was helpful and responsive. We'd stay again!

Это одна из сдаваемых студий на большой вилле, в ней есть газовая плита,хороший холодильник,электродуховка,телевизор,новая стиральная машина,мощный вентилятор и старый , но тоже мощный кондиционер. Местотоположение студии- превосходное. В 7 минутах ходьбы находятся одни из лучших в Шарме пляжей и згаменитле кафе ФАРЩП. Рай для любителей снорклинга! Вход на них составляет 4 доллара за день посещения.Сюда входит шезлонг,лежак и полотенце. Можно заказать еду и напитки.Пляж обслуживает дружная команда молодых парней,говорящих на итальянском, русском,английском и других языках.На берегу пляж песчаный,потом в воде начинаются убитые кораллы с рыбками и далее находится риф с бурной морской жизнью..Нужно купить коралловые тапочки для входа в воду Окодо берега находятся плавающие понтончики ,что очень удобно для загорающих.С обратной стороны студии находится торговый центр Дахаб с большим количеством разного рода магазинчиков,аптек,кафе,парикмахерских и т.д. Чуть далее,влево по дороге, находится типично арабсктй райончик с дешевым магазинчиком овощей и пекарней с арабскими лепешками и другой выпечкой.Там же есть дешевый рыбный ресторан,куда я ходил почти каждый вечер.Там же можно сделать заказ на вынос. Я рекомендую эту студию для проживания, учитывая соотношение качества и цены.Я уезжал поздно и хозяин,узнав,что в аэропорт пускают только за 3 часа до вылета, подарил мне 6 часов дополнительного пребывания.Спасибо ответственному за квартиру Нассеру.Он однажды меня выручил,открыв захлопнувшуюся дверь с ключом внутри. Отдых мой прошел хорошо!

Квартира,однако требует некоторой покраски и санации,что сделает ее более привлекательной. Думаю,что хозяин это хорошо понимает.Он оказался добрым и отзывчивым человеком.Недалеко находится мечеть и призывы к молитве достаточно громкие и происходят несколько раз в сутки. Но к этому постепенно привыкаешь.Есть в этом некий национальный колорит.

Отличная квартира в 500 м от пляжа Хадаба. Хороший интернет, холодильник, мини-кухня. Ещё раз точно сюда приедем.

We arrived a night before that we were supposed to and we got a very nice room next door. The studio is beautifully located. We got everything we needed. 100% recommended. Thank you for everything ❤️

The studio was way better than we expected from the pictures. It was spacious, it had a small kitchen, a little space outside in the shade. It was in a good position to walk to the beach, or to any shops around. The bathroom was clean, we would definitely come back if we are coming back to Sharm.

I finished my 3 weeks tour in Egypt in Sharm and stayed in the studio for one week. The host was very polite he let me check-in early in the morning and let me checking out in midnight according to my flight without to asking for any extra pay. By my opinion the studio have the best location - close to the beach, to bars and restaurants, church, mosque, supermarkets and shops, any services, the old market and amusement parks, delivery is also very fast to there. I had everything I need in one hand distance. In the evening is quite, the bed is very comfortable and you can fully relax, studio is very clean and equipped with all necessary things for pleasent stay. Neighbourhood of Hadaba is very safe, clean and quiet. If you want to feel the local spirit out of the all inclusive resorts this is your place, pick up for excursions also is free from Hadaba.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése. Élelmiszer üzlet és tengerpart Farsha is nagyon közel, gyalogos (10perc) távolságra elérhető. El Fanar beach is megközelíthető egy 30perces kényelmes sétával. (minden strandon 200EGP belépőt fizettem és ez igazán megéri) Ár/Értékben egy nagyon jó szállás, én csak aludni jártam oda.

A lakásban korábban dohányoztak, így úgy éreztem egy hamutartóban élek. Több szellőztetés segített. Esetleg a címnél jó lenne, ha ki lenne írva a szállás neve, hogy könnyebben megtalálható legyen. A klíma rozoga volt, nem is használtam

Lo studio è molto pulito, il letto molto comodo, la doccia funziona perfettamente. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche dell' acqua. Posizione eccellente.

Il voto 10 è meritato! Il soggiorno è andato benissimo. Il proprietario è stato davvero accogliente, disponibile e gentile. Dell'appartamento abbiamo apprezzato molto la pulizia accurata: le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano profumati e ben puliti, ogni superficie, anche all'interno dell'armadio, era senza polvere. Piccolo appartamento dotato di tutto, cucina, aria condizionata, ventilatore, tv, Wi-Fi veloce ed efficiente, veranda chiusa con anche la zanzariera, così come in tutte le finestre c'erano le zanzariere, doccia ampia e ben funzionante sia come acqua calda sia come scarico, un dispenser di sapone liquido sul lavandino e due dispenser nella doccia, mensole e ripiani in posizioni strategiche, asciugacapelli/phone, tavolino e due sedie vicino alla cucina. Abbiamo apprezzato la cura nei dettagli dell'host. Grazie per questo soggiorno! Spero di tornare presto qui :)

Todo excelente. También el trato del propietario. El hospedaje Cumplió nuestras expectativas , tenía buena ubicación y eran muy cómodas las instalaciones , así como las camas también. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente

The owner of this place and the man who welcomed me are incredibly nice, I had the chance to be in a bigger studio, but both studios have everything you can need. I really loved the place and would definitely come back if I come back in Sharm. Thank you again for everything!

Perfect really. Quite and conveniently located neighborhood. Great price. Ac and wifi were working and in order, and the owner was always responsive, when needed. Highly recommended

There aren't really windows though, so if you want a view or sth look elsewhere. But that is not something we cared for.

Questo studio è davvero fantastico! Pulitissimo , lenzuola ed asciugamani che ancora profumano di bucato, aria condizionata, bollitore, frigo e lavatrice! Il proprietario gentilissimo e sempre reperibile su whatsapp. 3 minuti a piedi da Dahab mall e 5 dalla spiaggia del Farsha. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo , perfetto per viaggiatori low budget. Prossima vacanza prenoterò sicuramente di nuovo qui . 😊

Very little natural light and air con noisy but still great for the price

Location and cleanliness is great, facilities good equipped. You can cook in kitchen just be aware none spices provided.

AC is a bit loud, and it’s old version with strong wind. The room was attached with Villa, which means only one side of wall was connected with villa, room without AC is like a sauna steam house. It won’t be a problem if you spend most of time outside though.

Great location. 5 minutes walk to the beach, Farsha cafe, mini-markets, bazar, cafes, restaurants, small bus stop. Cosy clean Studio, and everything you need to stay. Everything is in working condition. Best price for good quality of stay in this location. Good communication with the owner, quick help in all matters. Comfortable and clean!

The location is in Hadaba, good for some beaches. Sharm Is bit large so you need to know if it's convenient for you or if you prefer to stay in another area. But here there is a minibus and taxi in Sharm, so not a big problem.

Studio hasn’t got enough space inside but a sweet patio with a table and two chairs at outside.

Very prompt communication from the host who was also very kind and let us stay longer as our flight was only in the eve. The place is as described, good location, close to shops and quiet neighbourhood. The studio apt was clean, had enough storage for 2, fridge and AC worked, internet speed 1-2Mbs only, iron, toaster oven, kettle and basic equipment all available, Would gladly stay again. There is a georgian restaurant at the mall nearby that is incredible just FYI

🥰 great location and micro bus station is near by, clean studio, it has everything you are looking for, quick answers to questions and requests and always available either the owner or Mr. Nacer. I arrived very early in the morning at 5 am and they arranged a place to stay till mine got ready at the check in time. I felt at home to be honest and nobody bothered me during my stay. Thank you.

The apartman was clean overall. The location was good. There were always hot water, mostly we could use air conditioner, there was a fridge, and some kitchen stuff. The bed was very comfortable, which is very rare, this is a big plus.

The bathroom was smelly. The whole apartman was extremely noisy. The fridge was old, noisy and leaking heat. The airconditioner was extremely noisy. If you opened the window, you could listen to the owner's resonating air conditioning all night. The kitchedn dishes were dirty. The owner halucinated that we didn't swithched off the air conditioner, I had to beg him to return my money several times. It was very annoying. Jesus... electricity price in Egypt is 0.03 USD/KWh.... The stained walls and worn furniture could do with a lick of paint. The air conditioner was thick with black grime. The over broke of a large coral, which is at least -3 point in my review. Overall, I see the owner's effort, but it is not enough. I recommend to select a different option. And destroy corals....

Cozy place, clean, extremely responsive and helpful host. Walking distance to several beaches and an aqua park. Decently equipped kitchen.

The Wifi router is not in the actual apartment and signal was initially quite weak, but when they moved the router location to be nearer to our flat, it was more reliable. Hard for tour excursion operators to find (I recommend you ask for pickup at Farsha Cafe, a 5 min walk away. We almost missed one of our tours because we asked for pickup at a hotel that had the wrong location on Google maps!).

The owner is amazing! We closed the door from outside ,leaving the keys in the lock inside. The owner helped us out immediately and was friendly from beginning to end.The flat has everything one needs, very clean, the bed is comfy, the air-condition works well, great location in a local quite and safe neighborhood. The best beaches are 500meters away. There's also a small shopping center"Dahab" real close where you can get fresh Egyptian bakery, fruit/veg. And there is a pharmacy there too. The old town is near by.

The host was kind and offered me a taxi to arrive to the property. I collected the keys. It was a few minutes walking from old Market and there were shops and restaurants near by. The accomodation was clean and tidy and we're well equipped. There have small oven, fridge, wifi... I would recommend to anyone who visit Sharm

I travelled for work to attend a conference - in what was going to be an already hectic time, my bag was lost in transit. The owner went above and beyond to support me with helpful advice ranging from suggesting the best places to shop for clothes to asking around when a neighbour's kitty came to say hi. Last but not least, while all other hotels had pretty much scammed guests by hiking prices as much as threefold upon their arrival, taking advantage of the conference, the very convenient price of this lovely and comfortable flat was never in question! Could not recommend more!
