Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Posizione della struttura, immersa nel verde e nel silenzio. Arredamento nuovo e funzionale. Cucina attrezzata e pulita.
Dovevamo fare otto notti, siamo andati via dopo due a causa dell'odore che emanava l'acqua dello scarico del WC (alimentato ad acqua piovana marcia) e si diffonderva in tutta casa. Aria condizionata non presente, mentre l'annuncio diceva di si.

The only downside was the extremely high temperatures during our stay, which reduced our overall enjoyment. Other than that, everything was great, and we would happily recommend this apartment.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Wonderful quiet neighbourhood location with beautiful homes and grounds, great for a walk in the evenings to see some stately homes. Bus to Brussels where you can go by train to other cities is just a 15 minute walk. The host was helpful with where to go and how to get there.
Really would have liked a larger kitchen with a toaster.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026L'emplacement de l appartement était agréable dans un environnement calme et hupé. L hôte était arrangeant sur l heure d'arrivée et nous attendait sur place (appartement est une extension de sa maison). Nous pouvons nous garer sans problème devant sa maison.
L'appartement mériterait un bon gros coup de nettoyage au niveau des murs et des interrupteurs notamment. Le bruit de la VMC de la douche toute la nuit qu'on ne peut pas arrêter. La température de l'eau de la douche qui même au maximum n'est pas suffisamment chaude.

The only down side was getting to the location, but if you own a car it’s no problem at all.

Para empezar,el anfitrión Jean fue muy maleducado y agresivo. La última noche se presentó en la entrada de nuestra casa sin avisar llamando fuerte a la puerta, cosa que nos asustó mucho, gritando de manera maleducada que era el dueño de la casa y le teníamos que abrir (nosotros ni le conocíamos ya que no se presentó el día del checkin). Al abrirle la puerta nos insultó y nos faltó el respeto por ser ESPAÑOLES, que en Bélgica se respeta a los caseros y que como somos españoles MEJOR NOS QUEDEMOS EN ESPAÑA, gritándonos mientras nosotros manteníamos la compostura sin entender nada. Todo para preguntarnos la hora a la que salíamos al día siguiente. Nos quedamos muy asustados, en la vida nos había pasado esto, fue una experiencia muy muy desagradable. La casa no estaba muy limpia cuando la encontramos y este comportamiento para terminar fue decepcionante. La peor experiencia con un casero de mi vida.

The Host is rude, ignorant and abusive. Complaint sent to Customer Services already. Am leaving Booking.com website.

La porte vitrée de l entrée restitue trop de lumière la nuit’ j ai du utiliser un masque pour mieux m endormir

Reviewed Oct 25, 2025C'était un très chouette séjour en Belgique. Nous avons apprécié ce petit studio car nous souhaitions être autonomes notamment pour la réalisation de nos repas... Bien décoré, bien équipé, la literie était confortable...
Petit bémol quant au temps de transport pour se rendre au centre ville de Bruxelles... Compter 10min à pieds pour rejoindre le bus, puis entre 35 et 45 min de transport en commun pour arriver à la gare du Midi. Mais sinon, tout était parfait !

De asemenea priveliștea din apartament este minunată, există multă zonă verde. Totul a fost la superlativ. Cu siguranță că dacă vom reveni în Belgia, ne vom caza doar aici. De asemenea voi recomanda acest apartament tuturor prietenilor mei. Mulțumim pentru tot

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025Petit studio rdc arrière maison des propriétaires. Accueil très bienveillant et discret. La voiture est garée sur la route du paisible lotissement juste devant l'entrée. Le logement est chic et très confortable, bien équipé. Agencé avec goût. Possibilité d'aller sur Bruxelles sans prendre sa voiture: Train à la station De Hoek à 5mn en voiture, se garer parking gratuit derrière l'église en toute sécurité. Prix du voyage jusqu'à Central Bruxelles 8,40e AR.
Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un rideau sdb pour avoir une intimité sous la douche. Peut être malaisant. Un rideau à perles pourrait être joli. Il manque aussi un rideau opaque devant la porte d'entrée vitrée. Forte luminosité le matin face au lit. Peut-être prévoir un ventilateur pendant les fortes chaleur d'été.

The apartment has everything you need, and felt private enough even though it is part of a larger property. Beautiful surroundings with shops and restaurants close by.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2023There were everything in the studio. We stayed 4 nights. The studio were clean and nice. The bathroom was modern and appealing. The host was exceptional nice. He took us around. He also showed us another studio as one of us is moving to Belgium. He made us relax. Also we were grateful to him that he also showed us a café nearby. Very special near the forrest and corn fields and horse riding place. We would like to return. If there was a washing machine, we could easily stay a couple of months or more until finding an apartment.
