Schlösser sind elektronisch und Hinweis zu App und Funktion wurde vorab geschickt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Direkt gegenüber ist ein Campingplatz ,sprich in den Garten kann jeder die ganze Zeit reinsehen zu dem ist die Küche relativ leer kein Salz, kein Zucker man muss alles selber mitbringen oder kaufen

כשהגענו הרצפה והספה היו לא מספיק נקיים אבל מיד כשאמרנו להם הם באו וניקו.

Előzetesen 18 és 19 óra közötti érkezést jelöltünk meg, 18:30 körül meg is érkeztünk. a szállásadó által küldött applikáció érvényessége lejárt, így azzal nem tudtunk bejutni. 8 órát utaztunk, a kocsiban 2 gyerek fáradtan, éhesen. 2 telefonszám volt megadva, egy órán keresztül egyiket sem vette fel senki. Ott álltunk a sötétben, hidegben, és egyszerűen elérhetetlen volt a szállásadó, fogalmunk sem volt róla, hogy be tudunk-e jutni éjszakára, vagy sem. Már hívtuk a rendőrséget is, segítettek, kikeresték a tulajdonost, ők is hívták, ők sem érték el. Közben jött egy másik apartman lakó, aki próbált segíteni, kb. másfél óra után valaki végül neki osztrák számról felvette a telefont. Van egy kulcsszekrény, annak bediktálta a kódját, de az sem nyílt ki, végül 5-ödjére eltalálta a megfelelő kódot, így be tudtunk menni. Horrorisztikus volt, mint egy rémálom, este ott állni egy kis falu közepén, és nem tudni, hogy a kocsiban kell aludnunk, vagy bejutunk, vagy talán óriási szerencsével találunk egy utolsó pillanatos hotelt-persze jó drágán. Ilyet még nem tapasztaltam sehol, hogy több, mint egy órán keresztül elérhetetlen a szállásadó, és fizikailag nem jutunk be az előre kifizetett apartmanba. Nem kívánom senkinek.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026The apartment is more than you can expect🥰it’s modern, extremely clean and fully equipped-the coffee machine, a huge choice of tea, microwave and the oven were available as well as disposable sets of toothbrushes, sewing kit etc…. Access to the apt is controlled with the AirKey app-I suggest installing it with advance following instructions send by e-mail by apt owners. We are really grateful to lovely Tanners family for all the warmth and help given us during the stay. We Fully recommend the apt for your stay in a charming town of Altenmarkt-a perfect place for walks, shopping and entertainment.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025Netheid en het appartement beschikt over alles wat je nodig hebt. Heel mooi uitzicht en gelukkig was de camping recht achter het appartement waar wij op uitkeken erg rustig.
De wc heel erg mooi maar het is niet echt prive, de glazen wc deur heeft een kier en zit in de hal. Gelukkig voor ons reisgezelschap geen probleem.

So for this place: very high quality apartment, kitchen has everything you need to have great dinners, easy to contact owner, apartment is high quality and new and modern. There about 5 other apartments on the property. We stayed here for almost a week and never seen or heard them other than the parking lot.
There's no mosquito nets. Although most of austria don't have these

Reviewed Sep 18, 2024The rooms were perfectly clean, new looking, cozy, the kitchen had evertyhing we needed, we enjoyed the garden and the sauna was great for the price. Communication with the host was excellent. It was kids friendly. We have really enjoyed the stay and would go there again.
The floors (room and sauna) were quite cold, but maybe because the weather changed a lot rapidly (25 to 0 degrees outside in 2 days). The mattress was a bit too soft for us, but that might be just our preference, not the hosts fault.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2024Perfect place! We stayed for 5 nights in the 2-bedroom apartment on the top floor. The apartment is beautiful, very modern and well-equipped. Nothing was missed. The kitchen has ALL a family needs. Every detail was overthought (in terms of user experience and design). Everything was very clean in a very high standard (wow!!). The location is very central and very easy to navigate to and from. It is a very pastoral and quiet area. The view from the room's balcony was astonishing (a mountain snow pick, a lot of green, and a small wadi outside). The communication with the owners was easy and patient. One night we had an issue with the warm water, but it was fixed right after we informed the owner.
We just loved everything!

The absence of a washing machine in the building is a bit of a nuisance, since there is also no laundromat nearby. The only remaining option is to buy external laundry service via the host at 25 euro a load. The way sauna is listed in the apartment description is also somewhat confusing - we expected a sauna in the apartment, but it’s actually in the building and also needs to be booked at a significant surcharge. Which is all ok and reasonable, but when you expect something else you can’t help but feel a little disappointed.

Toilet was very small and was located right in the coridor next to the bedroom, but that is a minir thing. Main dissapointment was regarding fully misleading info on features included in the price! While booking it is said that Sauna is included, same way as Wifi, flat screen tv and dishwasher! Sauna was one of the reasons why we picked this place. BUT after arriving-turnes out that Sauna is 50 eur/day. Extra towels-10 eur and some other local rules and fees. Apartment is really cool, but do not get fooled by the included features-some of them are not in reality. P.s. Buy small stuff for kitchen, when go there-no salt, no pepper, no cooking oil-just coffee.

Very hard to find .... -Electronic keys making access a bit complicated during checking , make sure you have the owner phone ready when you arriving to the property ( there is a spare key in a safe and you have to get the code from the owner ) -Watch out for the electrical stove , is is very strong when applying maximum heat( 9 ) you can burn your food easily. I wasn't aware that electrical stove can be so strong ...

The ACs were the small ones (two machines only), which push out the air at different speeds. They were not AC's and not cold, to be honest, as we faced warm weather during our stay.

I would only recommend to find a useful way to contact the owner when arriving late. it was scary for 10 minutes when we could not find our way in when arrived late at night.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2023Stayed in the three-bedroom apartment ("Tanners paradise") - Amazing room! very clean, well accessorized, great view, stream in the garden, and a lovely green hill (in July) next to it. Located in a quite place, inside a great peace of nature, while village center is still close by, with grocery stores, few restaurants etc.
I recommend verifying your registration to key application authorization, specially if the registration link expires before your arrival. For any case, make sure you have a phone number of someone available in your arrival time.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2023So nice and clean. So friendly host who cleaned our laundry very well. Really liked our stay. Bed was so comfortable. Very enjoyed the bath. Nice and quiet neighbourhood.
There weren't any soap and it was quite hot inside, no cooling system. In our apartment weren't any oven and even air cleaner in the kitchen in our apartment. In bigger apartments they were.
