Rooms described as spacious, comfortable and well set up (espresso machine in room, snacks basket, fridge with water), with direct port access in some units.

Multiple guests explicitly praised cleanliness: rooms and bathrooms described as 'clean', 'siisteys', and 'very clean' in reviews.

Location repeatedly described as excellent with amazing port/sea views and immediate access to beach and town; a few notes about night noise and one guest indicating location concerns.

Consistently outstanding host service (Paolo, Michele and owners): welcoming, helpful, gave local tips, organized extras (wine tasting, train tickets, parking help) and rapid responses.

Limited direct commentary on full dining; guests appreciated in-room coffee/tea, snacks and an organized private wine tasting, so F&B is positive but not extensively reviewed.

Good in-room amenities noted (espresso machine, tea/coffee selection, fridge, toiletries) and hosts provided extras like snacks and local arrangements (parking, train tickets).

Several guests recommended the property and appreciated added value (garage included vs street parking, organized activities), but explicit comments on price/value were limited so assigned a slightly lower score relative to other strong positives.
