The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We felt right at home and really appreciated the host’s hospitality. I would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to come back again!

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026I love the area because its central and the property has a safe feel to it with 24 hours security and gated with coded entrances to the building , the apartment was well equipped and comfortable and of course my host Ms Janice is always friendly and helpful , that's my to go place whenever I'm in Kingston .

There wasn't any Netflix on the Tv and the air conditioner in the living room wasn't keeping the area cool. I highly recommend new air conditioners for the room and living area.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2024The furniture has done its time; very worn and old fashioned. We kept getting bitten up every night but no signs of mosquitoes and the landlord didn’t accept that it could have been from bed bugs.
The elevator doesn’t work; the TV kept shutting off itself (could be an electrical short); the Gym was in disrepair and filthy it should not have been listed as an amenity; the bathroom was dusty; the hallways had strong cooking smells from the various apartments.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2023I loved that the BnB had everything for comfort and everything was clean. The area was very quiet and was a minute walk away from the town centre, the manager for the property was quick with her replies and was very nice to talk with.
The A/C in the room does not work properly and needs to be fixed. I was hot more than half the time ( and no it was not due to leaving the room door open, it was always closed). Also they had no toothpaste which would be the bare minimal for the bathroom. And I had no idea how to get in contact with the cleaning staff, so I had nothing to mop up when something made a mess. Other than that. Everything was great.
