Reviewed Jul 13, 2026There are some groceries and coffeeshops a few minutes walk away.
1. The apartment is in a residential area without any charm. 2. The apartment has the worst location in the building. It is on the ground level , next to the entrance. If you open the shades in the living room or bedroom the people outside look straight into the room. 3. Sound insulation is bad. Lots of noise from people talking in the hallway. 4. The AC is a bad joke ! It took 10 hours to cool the room down to 25° 5. The location made it difficult to get a taxi at 6:45 a.m. to go to the airport. The taxi prices from and to the airport are a rip off. 15 € for a 7 minute ride ! 6. A cat sitting outside the window of the living room, trying to get inside. 7. Some guy feeding stray cats right at the entrance into the apartment building. It looked unhygienic and dirty. 8. Pre check in information was the worst of all the many apartments where I had stayed in Morocco. Supposedly there is a video about how to do the self check in. I asked several times for this video and never got it even though the landlord said that he sent it. I didn't receive it neither by WhatsApp not by email nor through booking.com The self check in was very frustrating. I had received a WhatsApp message with a photograph of a key box with the code. However nobody had mentioned that this key box was not next to the entrance but it was on the wall of a separate little building where the security guard stayed. There were 3 different " keys " in the box. Nobody had instructed me on which one to take nor on how to use the plastic token in order to open the main door to the building. No information on where to find apartment number 7. No information on how to handle the ridiculous lock of the apartment. I needed to call the landlord to receive a multi number code which I needed to type into the doorknob. As it didn't open I needed another call to find out that after the number I needed to press a certain button to be able to open the door.

Reviewed Dec 20, 2024Everything about this place is a win! I fully felt like I was in my home away from home. There is a washer/dryer unit available that's perfect to help travel light. The decor was relaxing with the feel of a hotel room. The owner is communicative and informative. All the information needed for a successful stay (including a video of the facilities that is accurate down to the security guard on duty; who happens to be VERY helpful)was provided in advance. This rental in located in a developing area that will be an active hub once fully completed. Even though the area is still under construction, it is easy to get a top of the line meal at the restaurant next door. I will definitely return again.

Reviewed Oct 15, 2024The owner is incredibly thoughtful and kind. Responds quickly to any questions you might have. We felt very safe and comfortable in the apartment complex. Room looks just like the pictures. Clean and quiet. There's two very nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We tried them both, one for dinner and one for breakfast. We stayed for one night during our road trip through Morocco. It was a perfect place to get rested before getting on the road again.
A place to dry your wet towels after showering in the bathroom would be nice, but that's a minor detail.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2024This apartment was ideal for a stay before an early flight the next morning from Casablanca Airport. It is clean, well decorated and conveniently located 5 minutes from the airport by Taxi (about 10 Euros). It is practical and well equipped with a small kitchen and TV (Netflix).
FYI the apartment is in a residential area, there is not much to do or see within walking distance around the apartment. There is a small selection of restaurants/cafés and supermarkets around the apartment so I would recommend planning accordingly (we brought snacks).
